Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist with an exceptional record of accomplishment with CPQ software to join our Implementation Project Team.  As an Associate Implementation Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Implementation Team Manager. In this role, you will work with project managers and business analysts to deliver implementation projects and facilitate mentoring sessions for customers. An Implementation Specialist also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. An Associate Implementation Specialists is expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution concisely. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service/support and execute on project implementations.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives.
  • Participates in ongoing implementation team decisions/projects and writes detailed steps required to develop or modify applications.
  • Lead implementation of specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers.
  • Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications.
  • Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs.
  • Adhere to the Revalize Management System by participating in daily and weekly check-ins as well as weekly tactical meetings.
  • Update timesheets accurately daily. 

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • B.A. or higher in a related field 
  • Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories.  
  • Demonstrated JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL skill experience.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical skills.
  • Some travel may be required.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience with a familiarity to CPQ products.
  • Experience in the manufacturing market space.

    • Recruit, interview, hire, and train high-velocity sales reps
    • Player-coach role; it is expected that the sales director is able to do own sales as well
    • Coach with proven ability to measure and drive performance as well as provide real-time coaching/create actionable development plans.
    • Implements a prescriptive selling playbook. Ability to understand the customer’s purchasing journey, understand obstacles, and develop tools to overcome challenges
    • Provides weekly forecast using data to establish accurate predictions for quarterly performance
    • Conduct QBRs (quarterly business reviews) by leveraging insights from data and to improve rep productivity

    Qualifications

    • You have at least 3 years of sales management experience and have extensive knowledge of software sales ideally in the sale of CAD or other transactional/high-velocity B2B solutions i.e. rather short sales cycles (< 30 days).
    • Experience leading sales teams of at least five FTEs that do own prospect outreach and that consistently meet or exceed sales projections.
