Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Mathematik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.
  • Du besitzt fundierte technische Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit relevanten Azure-Diensten wie Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Azure, SQL/DWH/Analysis Services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse und Azure DevOps.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Massendaten, Datenmodellierung und Datenverarbeitung sind für diese Position unerlässlich.

The Big Data team plays a critical and strategic role in ensuring that ServiceNow can exceed the availability and performance SLAs of the ServiceNow Platform powered Customer instances - deployed across the ServiceNow cloud and Azure cloud.  Our mission is to:

Deliver state-of-the-art Monitoring, Analytics and Actionable Business Insights by employing new tools, Big Data systems, Enterprise Data Lake, AI, and Machine Learning methodologies that improve efficiencies across a variety of functions in the company: Cloud Operations, Customer Support, Product Usage Analytics, Product Upsell Opportunities enabling to have a significant impact both on the top-line and bottom-line growth. The Big Data team is responsible for:

  • Collecting, storing, and providing real-time access to large amount of data
  • Provide real-time analytic tools and reporting capabilities for various functions including:
  • Monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
  • Machine Learning, Anomaly detection and Prediction of P1s
  • Capacity planning

What you get to do in this role

  • Responsible for deploying, production monitoring, maintaining and supporting of Big Data infrastructure, Applications on ServiceNow Cloud and Azure environments.
  • Architect and drive the end-end Big Data deployment automation from vision to delivering the automation of Big Data foundational modules (Cloudera CDP), prerequisite components and Applications leveraging Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes to deliver end-end deployment automation across all ServiceNow environments.
  • Automate Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) data pipelines for applications leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker.
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting of various Hadoop components and other data analytics tools in the environment: HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase. Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Impala, Kudu, Redis, Hue, Kerberos, Tableau, Grafana, MariaDB, and Prometheus.
  • Provide production support to resolve critical Big Data pipelines and application issues and mitigating or minimizing any impact on Big Data applications. Collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), Customer Support (CS), Developers, QA and System engineering teams in replicating complex issues leveraging broad experience with UI, SQL, Full-stack and Big Data technologies.
  • Responsible for enforcing data governance policies in Commercial and Regulated Big Data environments.

Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 6 + years of overall experience with at least 4+ years DevOps experience building and administering Hadoop clusters
  • Deep understanding of Hadoop/Big Data Ecosystem. Good knowledge in Querying and analyzing large amount of data on Hadoop HDFS using Hive and Spark Streaming and working on systems like HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase. Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Impala, Kudu, Redis, Hue, Tableau, Grafana, MariaDB, and Prometheus.
  • Experience securing Hadoop stack with Sentry, Ranger, LDAP, Kerberos KDC
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines on Cloudera on Native cloud and Azure/AWS environments

GCS-23

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.   Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer, AI Enablement to join our AI Platform Acceleration team. The AI Platform Acceleration team will enable AI democratization through apps & services and asymmetric growth through embedding AI capabilities across our business. As Lead Identity Platform Engineer, you will have the opportunity to help modernize the identity and access management systems and tools used for our commercial platforms and services at 84.51°. We are looking for a knowledgeable, creative identity engineer that can lead and participate in architectural discussions, use their subject matter expertise in identity and access management to make recommendations for our authentication and authorization systems, and ultimately plan and implement solutions with other identity and shared commercial technology engineers. This position will contribute to the design and implementation of authentication and authorization for our web application ecosystem, providing best practices for our developers, and will support identity initiatives related to our API products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of and drive delivery of authentication and authorization solutions across our commercial web application ecosystem by:

  • Leading design and development of identity solutions using a combination of off the shelf tools and homegrown applications
  • Participating in architectural discussions related to authentication and authorization
  • Contributing to our identity systems as a developer, building prototypes, and evaluating open source and commercial products

We are seeking a Lead Software Architect to join our Media Engineering team.     Responsibilities

    • As a Dynamics CE Functional Architect, you will:

    • Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.  

    • Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements  

    • Identify the client's sales, marketing and customer service requirements through discovery meetings  

    • Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements  

    • Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation

    • Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools  

    • Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution 

    • Perform in a manner consistent with the Hitachi Pillars of Strength 

    Qualifications

    • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge

    • 6+ years of Dynamics CE (CRM) experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect 

    • 4+ years of experience in system design (8+ years for a Senior Architect)  

    • 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service etc... (8+ years for a Senior Architect)  

    • Familiarity with relational database concepts  

    • Strong Business Analysis skills including requirements and business process elicitation & documentation.  

    • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors  

    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed  

    • Preferred Education/Skills:  

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field is preferred; work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered 

    • Microsoft CRM Application certification a plus (such as MB-200, MB-210-240, MB-600, MB2-710, +/or MB2-716) 

    • Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or similar), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other related industry certifications

    • Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience a plus 

    • Experience in manufacturing, insurance and/or banking industries

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. 
    • 5+ years of technical engineering experience, including hands-on coding experience. 
    • Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, KQL (Azure Data Explorer), and other relevant programming languages. 
    • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Bicep, as well as Azure DevOps concepts. 
    • Previous experience implementing, maintaining, and scaling data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, CI/CD automation, deployment patterns, and monitoring. 
    • Familiarity with Azure data engineering or ML platforms like Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning is preferred. 
    • Strong coding skills in Python, C, C++, C#, React, Terraform, and BICEP. 
    • Familiarity with Agile Development Processes and Azure DevOps. 
    • Previous experience with data and AI technologies is advantageous. 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Recent experience with Azure data engineering or ML platforms like Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
