Qualifications

O que estamos buscando em você?

  • Conhecimentos nas linguagens PySpark, Python, Spark, SQL e frameworks de Machine Learning (ex. scikit-learn, TensorFlow);
  • Experiência na manipulação de dados, em ambiente Cloud. Será considerado um diferencial serviços Azure: Databricks / Synapse / DataFactory;
  • Experiência em desenvolver e implantar modelos de Machine Learning, com conhecimentos no pipeline de validação, tuning e monitoramento de modelos, MLOps (MLFlow);

Meet the Team

Help maintain, upgrade, and manage the IT infrastructure (software, hardware, and networks) centered at our locations. What you'll be doing:

  • Provide technical support for incoming queries or issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, with the ability to respond to after-hours requests
  • Manage users and systems within MDM tools (Intune, Landscape, JAMF), onsite and remote deployments of systems including Autopilot and continuing development of Golden Images
  • Monitor systems and respond appropriately to security or usability issues
  • You will help manage and maintain windows servers and our On-Prem/Azure Active directory service 
  • Manage physical and virtual servers and technology tools; conference room testing, deployment, and administration; hardware and software procurement and tracking; engineer, upgrade, and test systems with new releases and models
  • Maintain internal knowledgebase with up-to-date technical documentation and IT policies; and develop expertise in new systems to train staff on new or existing technologies
  • Maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse. Maintain equipment, materials, and supplies and maintain an inventory for chain of custody and loss control. Ensure all equipment is marked and catalog per the asset management protocol

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field plus 5+ years of experience; OR an Associate’s Degree in technical field plus 7+ years of experience; OR 10+ years equivalent work experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required 
  • Demonstrated excellence in documentation of work (ticket hygiene, project planning, requirements gathering, POC engineering, creation & maintenance of knowledgebase articles)
  • Proven experience maintaining operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email, workstations, and networking across multiple platforms on a variety of hardware
  • Microsoft enterprise technologies (AD, Azure AD, Office365 and other various Microsoft Server tools) and end-user workstation administration, enterprise application administration (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Virtualization and VDI experience (VMware, Proxmox, Horizon VDI)
  • Familiarity and Understanding of User Lifecycle administration, Identity and Access Management (M365/Okta), and Software license management

You will be responsible for the technical customer on-boarding and work with other members of the account team to define and execute account strategy. You will work with support in resolving cases and participate in first-level availability and security incident management. 

What you will do: 
  • Ensure successful technical customer on-boarding by aiding customers in overcoming technical blockers, within product capabilities.  
  • Work in close cooperation with Tech Support Engineers and customers to analyze problems and to deliver solutions. This may include, but is not limited to support tickets, remote sessions, on-site visits, etc. Assists Tech Support Engineers in creating product documentation, demos, and other support resources.  
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of customer setup automation. 
  • With the help and guidance of senior Cloud Solutions Engineers, own the technical relationship with a portfolio of accounts, and partners with the other members of the account team to define and execute account strategy.  
  • Act as the customers’ champion inside of Progress, advocating for them with Support, Product, Engineering, and other groups.  
  • Participate in first-level 24/7/365 on-call team for resolving incidents and providing root cause analysis to customers.  
  • Continuously get acquainted and remain updated of the product inner workings: architecture, components, API, features, documentation
Your profile:
  • Professional experience as Cloud Solutions Engineer, or experience in DevOps / Software Engineering / Technical Support

Our Security Engineers (CTR) are the front line for the security of our platforms and applications. The role prepares for, and responds to, security events and incidents across our systems.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information so that it can be safely shared and used to drive our growth and innovation - enabling information confidence
  • Mitigate the business loss arising from security issues by understanding security risk, monitoring for threats and responding to events appropriately within agreed hours
  • Integration with our other security functions to ensure that attack patterns are catered for in defense.
  • Improving Signal Noise Ratio, Developing Incident Response Workflows that can be automated.
  • Perform security monitoring gap analysis using MITRE ATT&CK framework and build corresponding process/framework for continuous evaluation as well as increase detection coverage.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Cyber Threat Response team during incident response, event monitoring, and threat-hunting activities.
  • Threat intelligence analysis, response and summary
  • Cyber threat analysis support, research, and recommending appropriate remediation and mitigation.
  • Deep understanding of several of the following fields: Email security (including PDF and Document analysis), digital media forensics, monitoring and detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, cyber intelligence analysis, and network analysis
  • Trending and correlation of monitored events to build new Indicators of Compromise (IOC), attack attribution, and helping establish countermeasures increasing cyber resiliency.
  • Identification of advanced cyber threat activities, Endpoint Detection Response, intrusion detection, incident response, malware analysis, and security content development (e. g., signatures, rules, etc. )
  • Being flexible to work through incidents as needed

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Security Operations
  • Ability to manage Security Incidents through the Incident Handling process.
  • Basic level understanding of ATP, EDR, API Security, Identity Management.
  • Security Incident Response and triage and able to do root cause analysis. Sound understanding of different log sources and event co-relations.
  • Security use-case development and fine-tuning based on the requirements (hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel/Kusto Query language preferred).
  • Developing and improving incident response plans and working with team to contain identified threats.
  • Tuning threat detection to minimize noise and amplify a signal.
  • Input to new SOC workflows/metrics, reports, dashboards and processes to improve SOC scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintaining proficiency by following the latest trends and developments in cyber security.
  • Perform security automation to solve security use cases within the organization & continually improve threat detection capability and accuracy.
  • Domain knowledge of Cyber Security, Threat Hunting (Active hunting on network flow, user behavior and threat intelligence), SIEM - Azure Sentinel, Ability to Comprehend Logs (HTTP, SMTP, Network), Windows Active Directory, Operating systems and servers.
  • Well-versed with different attack vectors/TTPs and be able to simulate non-invasive attack as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate and implement new approaches for detecting attacks and effective containment techniques, including scripting, analytics, and automation.
  • Experience working with a selection of SIEM, TIP, malware analysis, and multiple sources of threat intelligence to properly categorize suspicious behavior.
  • The ability to communicate complicated technical issues and the risks they pose to developers, network engineers, system administrators, and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, enjoys learning, and stays current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
  • Preferred Security certifications such as GCIH, AZ-500 & AZ-900, SC-100/SC-200
  • Hands-on experience SIEM/SOAR with analysis and/or response to information security threats or incidents.
  • Experience in performing performance health checks, tuning and optimization, Integrating log sources into SIEM/SOAR technologies.
  • Install / configure / build / fine - tune the SIEM/SOAR tools to setup an effective information security support / operation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Correlation rules creation / Update / Deletion.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes, ISO/PCI DSS, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks for threat hunting planning
  • Knowledge of Python, Powershell

  • Optimize and tune existing data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and automate data processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the data engineering team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and contribute to continuously improving data engineering practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
  • Expertise in building data pipelines and ETL processes using DataBricks, dbt, and Python
  • Extensive experience with PurView a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards is a plus.

Role:

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks and practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance principles, excellent communication skills, and a track record of implementing effective data governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Governance Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Data Quality Management: Establish and oversee data quality management processes to monitor and improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Metadata Management: Implement and maintain metadata management processes to track and document data lineage, definitions, and classifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with data-related regulations and ensure the organization's data governance practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Stewardship: Collaborate with data stewards and data owners to assign and enforce data responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and promote understanding of data governance principles across the organization.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data governance-related issues and discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of data governance practices with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data governance role.
  • Expert level skill in Purview.
  • Experience with SQL and Azure Cloud is required. Pagerduty, dbt, and Databricks are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with relevant data regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
