For our customers, the service desk is the single point of contact for all inquiries in the operational business.

As a team of 7 employees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We act as an interface between our clients and the operational units of Avaloq. As part of a fast-growing company, flexibility and satisfactory performance are very important. We ensure this as a team together with all our colleagues.

Key tasks

• Development and maintenance of customer relationships as a basis for long-term cooperation
• Ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the contracts and the SLAs
• Create reports as well as the monthly billing data
• Securing all operational service processes (Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, etc.)
• Processing, coordination and documentation of incoming requests for operational processes

Qualifications

• A successfully completed banking apprenticeship, a (dual) degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• A good general understanding of banking products and processes
• A confident handling of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Talent for communication and a quick grasp of new ideas
• A high degree of flexibility and the willingness to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics

• Previous experience in a similar role / position
• Experience in the service sector for banks or in IT (management of SLAs and escalations, service boards, etc.)

Du wirst Teil des SaaS Operating Centers, das für den stabilen Plattformbetrieb unserer Avaloq Software und Produkte für unsere Kunden verantwortlich ist.

Die manuelle Kurspflege ist die tägliche Pflege und Bereitstellung der Preise für die Assets der Mandanten. Speziell für Assets, die keine automatische Versorgung haben und für nicht liquide Wertpapiere. Zusätzlich werden Kurse für das Benchmarking im Bereich des Portfolios Managements gepflegt. Der Bereich der Kurspflege ist ein sensibler Bereich, da aufgrund der weiteren Verwendung im System ein hohes Risiko für Auswertungen, Meldungen und Bewertungen besteht.

Deine Mission

• Auswertung der End of Day Verarbeitung Pricefeed
• Analyse und Bearbeitung der Kurssprünge des letzten Tages
• Tägliche manuelle Kursversorgung der nicht automatisch versorgten Assets in ACP
• Monatliche Pflege der Ultimokurse
• Qualitätschecks der Kursversorgung
• Tägliche Bearbeitung der Tickets (hauptsächlich Kurspflege/Kurskorrekturen)
• Tägliche Benchmark und Indizespflege

Qualifikationen

• Deutschkenntnisse sind erfordelich (B2)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS Excel
• MySQL / SQL Kenntnisse sind ein Plus

Your key tasks

• Working with Oracle databases, PL/SQL development and Avaloq native scripting language (prior knowledge/experience not required)

• Demonstrating ownership and taking responsibility for your area of expertise

• Conducting analysis, designing, and developing new features within our team's scope of responsibility

• Identifying and resolving software defects, as well as improving and optimizing existing functionality

• Enhancing the quality of our functionality through automated testing and code reviews

Qualifications

• Excellent software engineering skills, with a deep understanding of software development processes and industry best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a commitment to high standards of quality

• A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills in English to facilitate close collaboration with colleagues and clients worldwide

You will get extra points for the following

• Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL

• Familiarity with German Tax Related Topics or previous experience in tax or financial services 

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics Engineering or similar fields

• Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals (ACCP) Certification

• German language skills are a plus
