Under direction from the Senior Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative supports B2B sales efforts at top-of-funnel. The Business Development Representative serves as a critical first point-of-contact outbound sales prospects for mid to large brands. The Business Development Representative must efficiently engage a high volume of contacts, have meaningful exploratory conversations, and create viable sales opportunities for Account Executives. The Business Development Representative must thrive in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating great judgment, and the ability to connect with people. This is an in office position, requiring candidates to work from our Tulsa location.

The Account Executive will hunt and nurture new business for the ConsumerAffairs.com’s Reputation business, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. The Account Executive serves as the central point-of-contact for high priority out-/in-bound sales prospects and converts those prospects into closed sales. The Account Executive must efficiently manage a sales pipeline from “opportunity” through to “negotiation” and “close” stages. Successful AEs will utilize their fundamental sales and nurturing abilities including strong phone skills, follow-up and internal coordination to provide prospects with necessary information in their buying decision. The Account Executive must thrive in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating great judgment, and the ability to connect with people.

The Paid Search Analyst will work with category managers and internal stakeholders to define the accounts goals and strategy. They will be responsible for keyword research, keywords selection, ad copy creation, account set-up, campaign execution, campaign strategy and optimization, bid management and analysis of all paid search media accounts. The analyst will analyze, optimize and refine campaigns to meet clients’ goals, such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc., as they helped to define them at the start of the campaign.
