Job Description
As a Finance Intern, you will:
- Assist in providing core finance and accounting services including month end close process and reconciliation activities
- Assist in delivering accurate and timely financials and execute control performance
- Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company
- Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes and bringing your insights and ideas forward
- Support organizational capability by sharing your knowledge and expertise
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Management, Business, Accounting, and related courses; MBA and MFin also OK.
- Demonstrated knowledge and background in Finance and/or Accounting work
- Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
- Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage

Job Description
As an HR intern, you'll have exciting opportunities to handle People Operations and Employer Branding. This means, you'll help in leading:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of new hires
- Research on modern practices of Talent Management / HR
- Build content and reports based on research, and have debrief sessions with the lead.
- In-house (Internal) implementation of new processes & practices
- Build the Dashlabs.ai brand on respective social media platforms by engaging in social media marketing practices
- Cross-collaborate with other team members from different function(s) to extend operations support and work on diverse projects
- Work very closely with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects important for company growth and success
You will learn tools and workflow processes, including more advanced local and international certified standards.

Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the Dashlabs sales process: from generating and funneling qualified leads to nurturing and closing said leads.
Primary area of responsibility will be in the Visayas area.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate relationship with leads and securing visits or in-depth introductory calls
- Assessing and qualifying leads
- Preparing and conducting demos based from assessments
- Handling contract proposals
- Negotiating pricing and providing detailed demonstration to leads
- Closing leads by collecting signed contract and payment
Qualifications
- Currently residing/willing to work in Cebu
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Filipino, and Cebuano. Bonus: Ilonggo/Hiligaynon and other regional languages such as Waray, etc.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for endorsement, assessment, and sales cadence
- Extensive product knowledge
- Ability to handle objections, diverse opinions, and feedback
- Strong sense of initiative and management on multiple priorities independently
