Our teachers are securely streamed in from across the country into tens of thousands of classrooms, providing instruction that would otherwise be unavailable in many districts across the U.S. Our goal is to enable high-quality, live teaching for every learner in the U.S., from kindergarten through their first jobs, so they can identify and pursue their unique passions in life. The Role:

We are looking forsuccessful andengagingAccountExecutives who arealigned with our mission. You willbe responsible forbooking business while developing and strengthening relationships with school districtleadershipand individual schools within the districts. This role is for someone fearless in engaging in peer-to-peer conversations around education while building trust-based long-term relationships!

What You Will Do:                                

  • Build your book of business and own the relationships in schools and districts  
  • Develop and manage a sales opportunities that lead to closed won revenue and quota attainment   
  • Generate new business activities that grow your sales pipeline 
  • Create and foster deep relationships with new and existing customers across many stakeholders  
  • Work with our school districts to understand their needs and find ways to position Elevate as a long-term partner  
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the renewal health of partner districts  
  • Cross-functional collaboration other internal departments   
  • Up to 30% travel may be required 

Qualifications:

  • Track record of successful selling into the K-12 space 
  • Prior experience working in K-12 educational system a plus (i.e. Superintendent, Principal, Instructional Coach)  
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with prospects   
  • Able to handle complexity in sales cycle within school districts and LEAs 
  • Structured, strategic approach to building and expanding relationships   
  • Experience working cross-functionally  
  • “Competitive”, “Builder”, “Closer” & “Adaptable” mentality

The Role:            

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Program Manager, RFP & Revenue Communications to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a winning RFP process from initial receipt to final submission. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of proposal development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment and possess a strategic mindset to ensure our proposals are compelling and competitive. The Program Manager, RFPs & Revenue Communications will support our revenue-focused communication strategy through streamlined channel and timely deployment. In addition, they will support sales enablement-focused content creation, organization and delivery.

What you will do: 

  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including receipt, review, and analysis of RFP documents. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, subject matter experts, finance, legal) to gather required information, identify win themes, and develop comprehensive and accurate responses. 
  • Create, manage, and maintain an RFP content repository to ensure proposal information is consistent, accurate, and up to date. 
  • Monitor and track RFP outcomes and metrics to inform process improvements. 
  • Execute internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience managing RFP proposals in K-12 education. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated persuasive writing, technical writing, and editing skills.  
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage all proposal requirements with zero errors or omissions.  
  • Experience building a standard process that facilitates smooth, efficient, and consistent submissions.  
  • Excellent project management skills.  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with communication tools and platforms experience a plus. 
  • Experienced with RFP management software (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio) a plus. 
  • Experience utilizing procurement data platforms, such as GovSpend and Burbio, to identify Request for Proposal (RFP) issuances and gain market insights.
