The M&A Integration Manager will serve as the leader responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in the tactical aspects of the integration process, from due diligence to post-integration. You will take full ownership of the integration process and manage cross-functional teams across the organization. You will collaborate with the private equity team and work closely with internal senior leaders in Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role requires travel, with up to 50% of your time spent on-site during the most critical phases of integration. This role reports to the CEO.
