The Field Coordinator I works with our provider clients and our clinical team to optimize practice workflows and generate a high level of penetration in the office. The Field Coordinator I works closely with internal departments (Clinical Consultants, Schedulers, Operations) and our provider clients to organize and coordinate patient and provider engagement.  The Field Coordinator I will ultimately drive practice penetration rates by maintaining our practice rosters and ensuring that every active patient has a Vatica visit. 

Responsibilities

• Visit provider offices to assist with Medical Record transfers
• Work with the Clinical Consultants to identify practice workflows and areas of opportunity
• Coordinate with practices to run reports out of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Organize and reconcile patient lists
• Work with Operations and Payer to verify patient eligibility
• Coordinate and maintain scheduling templates for all practices
• Track and maintain a list of all patients who need to be rescheduled and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a new appointment is scheduled
• Create shells of visits in the application and maintain the rosters within each site (schedule reconciliation)

• Provider office administrative/Medical Assistant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with specific experience using MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to travel to Provider offices up to 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts to strategize with Marketing and Regional Account Executives on prospecting plans.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects in targeted accounts.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for aligned Regional Account Executives by following up on warm (inbound) leads and researched prospects.

• Work cross functionally to increase conversion rates and generate quality pipeline

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling prospective risk adjustment and quality solutions to new healthcare practices and primary care providers. Responsibilities include securing commitment from provider groups and identifying initial scope of Vatica program deployment within the organization.

The Sales Executive works within an assigned territory (Midwest market of MI/IN/OH/) and often collaborates with Vatica’s internal stakeholders (clinical, operations, and marketing) to optimize the company’s market presence. This is a quota-carrying sales position with a dedicated focus on serving the information and insight needs of our payer partners, providers and health systems.

The Sales Executive operates in a hybrid (virtual and in person) environment and will be lead presenter and strategist on each provider target deal.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent Vatica and its products, exceeding sales objectives. Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, initial outreach, qualification, evaluation, demonstration, and close. The Sales Executive will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
• Effectively engage regional integrated delivery systems and local physician practices in assigned territories to communicate the value of the Vatica solution.
• Present Vatica solution to prospective clients in group, face to face, and virtual meetings.
• Use a consultative selling approach to truly drive meaningful conversations that align with pain points of prospective clients.
• Support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze, design, and develop networks through ongoing evaluation of both current and potential network participants.
