Sales Operations Analyst

Wallbox is hiring a Remote Sales Operations Analyst

As a business operations analyst you will be at the center of all key business processes, interfacing daily with sales management, the broader business department, and other departments such as logistics and finance. You will help define the processes on which the business department is run, enable the stakeholders by ensuring adoption and systems efficiency, and monitor through deep analytics, to find insights and improvement opportunities. You will also assist with administration of the sales tools and continuous improvements. The end goal is to enable the business organization to execute the strategy, and provide the best customer experience possible, with the highest level of internal efficiency.

You will
- Act as the connector between Operations, Finance & Business to follow-up on daily operations, assisting the teams to ensure the processes run smoothly, and help remove any roadblock. This could include order submission when needed

- Assist in defining the methodologies and processes on which the business department is run for the different segments

- Enable process adoption and compliance, by assisting in the change management efforts of the department

- Participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of dashboards & KPIs; as well as conduct in-depth analysis of our business in assigned customer segments. The aim is to identify gaps and improve opportunities across the whole business department, inter-departmental process, and customer experience. This could be done independently or require collaboration with the data department

- Develop and implement solutions to address improvement opportunities, including changes in systems and processes. This includes leading projects, and working closely with external vendors to ensure changes are developed

- Keep management informed by submitting reports and presentations on ongoing activities and initiatives. Such as project reports, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

- Assist in systems administration and expertise, managing users, collecting feedback, providing assistance and solutions & ensuring compliance

- Become a subject matter expert on all things involving business operations; provide ideas, plans or suggestions to meet quarterly targets when gaps are spotted

- BA/BS University degree

- Operations experience, preferably in sales operations, sales

- Excel knowledge and ability to work with data

- Experience in process definition and improvement

- High levels of organization, communication abilities and problem solving skills

- Experience with Salesforce

You will:

Support the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their EV charging adoption journey.

  • Ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
  • Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
  • Measure progress against goals, be aware of gaps and the plans to bridge them and facilitate management discussions and decisions.
  • Develop the processes and policies that will correlate with Wallbox strategy.

  • Collaborate with sales managers to define and implement a consistent method of reviewing the business, and take the lead with following up on key business actions.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end definition, preparation and delivery of deliverables that meet specific project goals and objectives.
  • Analyze industry and internal data to understand the competitive landscape across markets and identify customer trends
  • Support and deliver key executive reporting consumed by sales management.
  • Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables to meet and exceed the Business Unit expectations.
  • Review operational metrics regularly with leadership and provide detailed understanding of business performance for the function, as well as detailed action plan when goals are not met.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or other highly quantitative fields
  • Professional work experience in strategic planning, business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
  • 4+ years of experience at a top-tier investment banking firm, consulting firm or fast-growth tech company
  • Skills in MS Excel, working with large datasets
  • Experience leading planning and analysis for large organizations
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders

Nice to have:

  • Experience working within a technology company and with cross-functional teams would be highly beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the North American B2B sector, aligned with Wallbox’s overall business objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities, target segments, and unique market trends within the North American EV and energy sectors.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management
  • Drive lead generation efforts through multi-channel campaigns, leveraging digital marketing (paid ads, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing) and offline channels (events, trade shows, partnerships) to maximize outreach.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target, engage, and convert key decision-makers at high-value companies across North America.
  • Develop content assets focused on lead generation, including case studies, whitepapers, gated webinars, and product collateral that cater to North American business needs and drive conversions.
  • Brand Development & Positioning
    • Build and enhance Wallbox’s brand awareness in the North American market, positioning the company as an industry leader in EV charging solutions.
    • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment with Wallbox’s values and value propositions.
    • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and customer insights to refine positioning.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
    • Develop monthly and quarterly reports detailing progress, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate closely with global marketing teams in Barcelona
    • Collaborate with the North American sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, supporting pipeline growth and revenue targets.
    • Work closely with the product marketing team to promote new product launches and ensure accurate and compelling positioning for North American audiences.
    • Engage with external partners, media, and agencies as needed to expand Wallbox’s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, energy, or EV-related industries.

Mission

The mission of the Senior Account Executive is to lead the sales efforts, develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic account management, exceptional client service, and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Main responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote our current and new to come Wallbox products
  • Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to Wallbox clients and partners/distributors

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Play a key role in the recurring revenue of current customers we have
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.

Account Strategy and Planning

  • Provide consultative advice and help solve issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with In-house Specialists from different departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Product development in order to enhance the customer revenue

Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Management of key accounts

Client Advocacy

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s industry and business environment
  • Market insights and reporting
  • Clear focus on  customer experience satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

    • 5+ years of experience in the fields of business development, account management, marketing management, or consulting
    • Bachelor's Degree related to Business Administration/ Engineering
    • Experience in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Experience in technical sales or technical background are mandatory
    • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting or resolving customers' queries
    • Demonstrated experience in account managing and long-term relationship building
    • Dutch as a native language and English is mandatory for the role
