Mission

The mission of the Senior Account Executive is to lead the sales efforts, develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic account management, exceptional client service, and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Main responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote our current and new to come Wallbox products
  • Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to Wallbox clients and partners/distributors

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Play a key role in the recurring revenue of current customers we have
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.

Account Strategy and Planning

  • Provide consultative advice and help solve issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with In-house Specialists from different departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Product development in order to enhance the customer revenue

Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Management of key accounts

Client Advocacy

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s industry and business environment
  • Market insights and reporting
  • Clear focus on  customer experience satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

    • 5+ years of experience in the fields of business development, account management, marketing management, or consulting
    • Bachelor's Degree related to Business Administration/ Engineering
    • Experience in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Experience in technical sales or technical background are mandatory
    • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting or resolving customers' queries
    • Demonstrated experience in account managing and long-term relationship building
    • Dutch as a native language and English is mandatory for the role
    • Ability to lead and/or motivate others around you (team-player), self-motivated, self-starter

The Role

The mission of this role is to develop and maintain long-term forecasting models, ensure efficient capacity planning, and manage short-term forecasting. The primary focus is on creating staffing forecasts and schedules for our major markets, with the goal of delivering optimized monthly schedules to operations. This role plays a key part in establishing best practices for Workforce Management (WFM) globally and collaborating with the Customer Care leadership team to ensure the most efficient and effective WFM processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term forecasting models for all our markets
  • Create staffing forecasts and schedules for the L1 team on a monthly basis
  • Optimize and deliver monthly schedules to operations teams
  • Lead capacity planning to ensure resources align with demand fluctuations
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Tableau and Snowflake to support forecasting and capacity planning
  • Generate dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key Workforce Management metrics and trends
  • Utilize Snowflake to access and manage large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in WFM processes
  • Participate in projects focused on the development and optimization of WFM processes
  • Continuously evaluate and challenge current WFM strategies and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care leadership team to align WFM practices with overall business objectives
  • Contribute to establishing best practice WFM processes globally within the first 6 months
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Workforce Management (WFM) role
  • Hands-on experience with all WFM processes: budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Tableau for data visualization and Snowflake for managing large datasets
  • Experience working in mid-to-large size Customer Care Team (50 to 100 agents)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex WFM concepts for different audiences (agents and leadership)
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and continuously seeks improvement
  • Proactive approach, with a bias toward action when identifying inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in generating data-driven insights that directly influence Workforce Management strategies

The Role

As the Security Manager at Wallbox, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of governance, risk, and compliance in terms of information security. This includes corporate, product, and eCommerce scopes. We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader who can successfully manage compliance audits and lead the adaptation and execution of the security master plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead successful compliance audits including ISO27001, TISAX, CyberEssentials Plus, and SOX.
  • Develop and execute adaptation plans to standards such as NIST, NIS2, SEC Cybersecurity, ENS, and more.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the Security Master Plan.
  • Manage Wallbox's privacy and data protection office, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate risk management and employee cybersecurity awareness programs.
  • Owner of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures at both the corporate and product levels.
  • Actively participate in projects aimed at achieving security compliance across the organization.
  • Define incident response plans and communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and analyze supplier security in collaboration with procurement and legal departments.
  • Design and execute IT security business continuity plans.
  • Manage cybersecurity for product and eCommerce web/apps.
  • Adapt IoT product cybersecurity to regulations such as LINCE and ETSI-303645.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in information security.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing compliance audits and in developing adaptive security plans.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of data protection and privacy legislation at an international level.
  • Experience in managing ISMS and coordinating cybersecurity awareness programs.

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. In this role you will:

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll process for employees in assigned European countries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, Social Security and labor regulations in each European country where the company operates to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxes.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with People colleagues and Finance department to ensure the accuracy of payroll-related information and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure the correct application of any enrollment, changes, or termination of employee benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, and other payroll-related benefits.
  • Data Processing: collect, maintain, and process accurate payroll data, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
  • Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees on payroll-related matters, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Audit and Control: Conduct regular payroll audits to identify potential errors or irregularities and take corrective action as necessary. Maintain accurate and complete records of all payroll-related processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors through the implementation of best practices and the updating of policies and procedures
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in cross-functional projects

 

  • Deep Knowledge: Solid experience in payroll processing in multiple European countries, with a detailed understanding of local tax and labor regulations.
  • Technical Competence: Familiarity with payroll softwares, as well as ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees of different hierarchical levels and cultures, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and meticulous attention to detail when processing payroll data and performing complex calculations.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, HR…
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in payroll processing in a multinational environment, focused on European Countries.

Main responsibilities

This position must be the responsible to assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements of the Group Wallbox and assist in the SOX procedures (prepare the evidence of the controls performed) and also attend the auditor’s requirements.

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance (ADE)
