As an IT Project Manager within Webflow’s IT team, you will be the pivotal force driving projects that redefine the intersection of technology and business. Your role is not just about delivering projects on time and within budget; it's about pioneering innovative solutions that enhance our technological capabilities, streamline our operations, and elevate the technology experience for our end-users. In close partnership with IT leadership and key cross-functional partners, you will help foster a collaborative and empowering environment, and guide our projects from conception to completion with precision and quality. Your strategic guidance will align IT projects with company OKRs, transforming challenges into innovations and driving continuous improvement, significantly impacting our organization and adding value at multi-altitudes.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $129,900 in our lowest geographic market up to $184,600 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll …
- Define and build the project lifecycle framework(s) for the IT team using project management tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira)
- Work closely with the IT team, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver projects within defined deadlines, scope, and budget
- Organize and facilitate project meetings including: team standups, cross-functional syncs, and executive debriefs, and others for coordinating project resources, developing schedules and managing statuses/updates
- Implement IT strategies using project management tools (Atlassian) to track project performance, and deliver within budget
- Assist with resource & capacity planning, track project performance and provide timely updates, and provide recommendations to IT leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders

About you
You’ll thrive as an IT Project Manager if you:
- Are a certified Scrum Master or possess an equivalent project management certification (e.g. PMP), and can apply your expertise using Atlassian products to visualize and deliver outcomes
- Can perform in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment with ambitious goals
- Have the ability to navigate, investigative, and provide solutions to unforeseen challenges and rapidly changing priorities
- Love to capacity plan, document processes and procedures, provide visual representations of planned work, and present outcomes
- Approach situations and challenges with simplicity in mind, and can effectively communicate — verbal and written — with a great sense of empathy
