We’re hiring a Growth Account Executive to help us grow Webflow’s presence upmarket and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers.

About the role 

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

    • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location. 
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $125,000 - $145,000
      • Zone B: $119,000 - $138,000
      • Zone C: $113,000 - $131,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD $152,000 - $176,000
  • For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’smarket location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.   • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Sales

As a Growth Account Executive, you’ll … 

  • Meet with potential customers, understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow Enterprise is a good fit
  • Proactively outbound into existing self serve customers and new customer base with value based language
  • Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from create to close
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
  • Ensure timely follow ups with all inbound leads and outbound targets 
  • Work closely with internal cross functional partners like Solution Engineers, Legal, and SDR/BDRs to ensure the customer receives the right support 
  • Negotiate annual software contracts
  • Proactively raise feedback to improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale
  • Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Growth Account Executive if you have:

  • 2 years+ of full-cycle SaaS sales and closing experience
  • Proven ability to run a comprehensive discovery call and effectively position next meetings throughout the sales cycles
  • Ability to engage multiple levels of business users with a strong point of view and value-based positioning of your solution
  • Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Strong calendar management and ability to complete tasks and follows ups thoroughly and on time
  • Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products
  • Are a proactive, resilient initiator who is excited about a career in sales 
  • Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Sales

As a Corporate Account Executive:

  • Meet with potential customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit
  • Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through account planning/POVs, partnering with SDR and cold messaging 
  • Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
  • Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
  • Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences

  • Guide our Corporate (Mid-Market) customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.

As Lead Counsel, Global Privacy, you’ll … 

  • Assess, develop, and continuously improve Webflow’s data privacy and compliance strategy, processes, policies, trainings, and documentation. 
  • Evaluate projects involving personal data, conduct privacy impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of privacy-related agreements and terms, including DPAs, and provide privacy and technical expertise and support for a variety of other agreements as needed.  Work with the Commercial Legal team to create and iterate on current terms and templates to move with heartfelt urgency in lockstep with cross-functional teams, and provide privacy support to the legal team more broadly.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to perform privacy hygiene assessments periodically, advise on mitigation of security and data privacy compliance risks, and ensure alignment between security and privacy compliance programs. 
  • Conduct privacy, technical and vendor due diligence in strategic partnerships and in Webflow’s M&A activity to identify potential risks and liabilities, provide actionable advice to mitigate them. 
  • Update, maintain and enforce, as applicable, Webflow’s privacy policy, external privacy notices, internal data handling, data classification and data retention policies.

  • Reporting to the Head of Research

As a User Researcher, you will...

  • Own end-to-end research projects, including planning, recruiting, execution, analysis, presentation, and knowledge management. 
  • Synthesize findings and use compelling narratives to communicate digestible and actionable insights and recommendations to a variety of partners in ways that build trust, informs, and drives consensus around key decisions.
  • Influence and support the formation of technical product roadmaps and tactical solution designs that are highly usable and useful to a diverse and global audience.
  • Evolve and elevate Engineering, Product, and Design’s (EPD) research capabilities by empowering non-researchers with toolkits, training, and processes to set them up for success in their own research.
  • Help grow the Research function at Webflow as the Insights team continues to evolve.
