The Role

We’re looking for a passionate senior content expert with B2B editorial experience to spearhead content for our key buyer personas: benefits teams and benefits consultants. You'll have a strong healthcare understanding with particular expertise in HR, benefits, and/or health care consulting domains. Ideal candidates will excel at keeping up with industry trends, client needs, educational topics, and mental health issues. As an "Editor-in-Chief," you'll manage external contractors while consulting with our Clinical Strategy & Research, Sales, and Partnerships teams to create and distribute high-value content.

This role, within our high-performing Demand Generation team, is key to scaling Modern Health. You'll execute the content roadmap, distribute assets to internal and external stakeholders, and be accountable for results. A highly organized self-starter driven by impact, you will report to our Director of Demand Generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead content creation: Research, interview subject matter experts, and develop relevant, compelling content; you’ll lead the creation of primary and derivative assets across our buyers' journeys to fuel campaign-related needs, including account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/digital authority, social media, integrated campaigns with benefits consultants/health plans, and evergreen nurture programs
  • Manage content lifecycle: Ideate, write, edit, review (with an eye for health data accuracy), and distribute final assets; you’ll have a dedicated content budget to hire a team of content contractors to help scale yourself
  • Be an editorial powerhouse: Develop whitepapers, eBooks, email/website copy, blog posts, reports, and case studies
  • Optimize content flow: Implement AI best practices, train colleagues on AI tools, and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Collaborate for success: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Partnerships, Clinical Strategy & Research, and Product Marketing teams to define content strategy and gather insights

Who You Are

  • Proven content expert: 7+ years in writing & editorial roles, preferably within B2B software, HR benefits or healthcare
  • Skilled storyteller: History of high-performing tech content creation (marketing, journalism, communications, etc.)

The Role

Modern Health is looking for an experienced Senior Demand Generation Specialist to refine existing marketing channels and develop new campaigns to help us generate new qualified pipeline, accelerate enterprise deals, and grow revenue. You will be key in optimizing our existing inbound and outbound demand generation programs across email, web, content, events, and outbound. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and metrics-oriented role for an individual who loves testing demand generation tactics, but also has a proven track record of supporting GTM teams in ABM programs and developing strong demand generation strategies. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in deploying account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics that drive pipeline for the business including new business revenue, upsell motion and/or development of partnership channel. This role will be part of the growth team at Modern Health which embraces a high-speed and customer-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive pipeline growth and closed revenue leveraging key channels such as webinars, events, content marketing, paid media, website chat, videos, social media, and email marketing
  • Partner with Demand Generation Team to deliver on monthly and quarterly MQAs, Meetings, and SQOs by deploying 1: few and 1:many campaigns
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Analytics Team to leverage our technology stack to measure, track, and analyze performance across the full sales cycle 
  • Build, execute, and test acquisition processes against different personas, size segments, and industries within territory and non-territory accounts
  • Collaborate with external agencies and technology vendors to execute on-demand generation programs

Who You Are

  • ABM Campaign Guru: 3+ years of digital marketing, virtual events, and demand generation experience in a B2B technology background in an Enterprise sales motion. Proficient in Demandbase One and Salesforce. Working knowledge of Marketo, Zoom Webinars, Vidyard/Vimeo, and Qualified/Drift
  • Strategic Thinker with Executing Approach: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

The Role

The People Operations team at Modern Health is a critical function that delivers world class HR services and programs to all employees. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery and support of People Operations processes and programs including but not limited to benefits, HR systems and technology, HR compliance, and end-to-end employee life cycle support.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, the People Operations Specialist will be an experienced People Operations professional who brings a collaborative can-do attitude to supporting People Operations programs that continually ‘Raise the Bar’ and puts ‘People First’. What You’ll Do

  • Own and support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life cycle changes
  • Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as People Partners, Legal, IT, Recruiting, and Finance/Payroll
  • Support employee benefits programs and perks, including time off and leave programs
  • Complete contract renewals for benefit programs and perks
  • Support visa sponsorships and assist with immigration program management
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll across the organization
  • Maintain Rippling HRIS; ensure people data accuracy and integrity; run reports
  • Assist with the submission of annual compliance reports and filings or audits as needed, such as EEO-1, ACA, CA Pay Data, SOC II, etc
  • Manage and organize employee records and HR documentation; be designated representative for legal documentation and retention policy
  • Provide support to employee inquiries; and effectively respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with cyclical HR programs such as open enrollment and other assignments

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of HR/People Operations, and Payroll, Benefits, HRIS or compliance experience
  • Experience with HR technology, HRIS and systems integrations
  • Experience implementing processes that scale
  • Experience administering and supporting benefit programs
  • Proficient working in spreadsheets and Google Suite
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and being able to pivot quickly as priorities change
  • Knowledge of HR/People laws, compliance and best practices
  • Handles sensitive information appropriately adhering to data privacy standards
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; ability to communicate with diverse audiences

The Role

Modern Health is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, who shares both our company vision to make mental health care accessible to as many people as possible and team vision to supercharge our Go-to-Market Team across Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships.

This role is responsible for building and deploying enablement programs that support repeatable success for our client-facing teams as we continue to scale. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success at the leadership, team and rep level. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of sales and client success best practices, and have a knack for driving data-based enablement programs that accelerate business growth. 

The ideal candidate is an enablement generalist, and will bring expertise in all areas of revenue enablement: learning and development best practices to drive behavior change, onboarding best practices for GTM roles, product positioning & messaging, strategy and segmentation, client & competitive intelligence, sales process optimization, sales acumen training (ie: objection handling, upselling etc.) This candidate will be in a highly visible role, having ownership in the end-to-end enablement process; from meeting with key stakeholders, becoming a product / process expert, developing content & strategy, leading enablement sessions, testing new processes, gathering feedback, iterating and making improvements, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the design and implementation of onboarding, training, and enablement programs that drive best-in-class Go to Market motions
  • Build playbooks for all Go-to-Market functions that ensure our team's process is scalable, repeatable, and successful.
  • Tactically execute project deliverables, ensuring that revenue enablement efforts deliver against our strategic goals
  • Strategize the initiatives that will have the highest impact given available resources, and be able to leverage your organizational skills in order to anticipate roadblocks, juggle priorities, and meet completion deadlines
  • Drive end-to-end performance and execution of multiple projects and initiatives, paying close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, with the goal of continuously optimizing existing approaches
  • Gather insights, facilitate alignment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and drive broader company goals
  • Lead pilot and testing initiatives in partnership with GTM, RevOps and Finance
  • Measure and evaluate impact, manage performance reporting — tracking revenue enablement metrics and ROI is vital to the growth and success of the enablement function!

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of Revenue Enablement Experience
  • 5+ years of Sales and/or Client Success Experience as an Individual Contributor, Manager or Enablement Lead; direct sales experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Sales/CS best practices, buyer’s journey, methodologies, and technologies
  • Experience in building and implementing scalable programs and demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment 
  • Naturally curious & data-driven experience driving positive impact on business outcomes, i.e. win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc

The Role

The Role- 

Modern Health is looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Manager to shape and drive our Consultant Program. In this highly visible role, you'll report to and work alongside our VP of Partnerships and own the day-to-day management of our partners and their clients – acting as a liaison between Modern Health and a targeted group of innovative and passionate benefit consultants. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners (i.e., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Lockton, Aliant, etc.), and representing Modern Health as a leader in the industry to positively impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and mission-driven.

What You’ll Do-

  • Support the growth of Modern Health by driving qualified opportunities from Referral Partners to the Sales team - you will drive the strategic plan and implementation with a set of national firms to ensure consistent referrals to Modern Health are made to their employers/clients
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence for ease of doing business with a targeted number of national consulting firms
  • In partnerships with the Marketing Liaison, you will implement, lead and create marketing campaigns that generate demand & awareness, and engagement events effectively leveraging referral partners as lead generation engines
  • Collaborate with partners to develop a strong GTM plan and manage co-marketing activities such as events, webinars, etc
  • Comfortable with developing strong and deep partner relationships both internally and externally as well as collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with leaders from internal teams including Product, Clinical Care, Client Success, and Operations
  • Serve as the executive source and day-to-day contact from Modern Health to executive-level stakeholders, subject matter experts, and lead consultants at our partners
  • Work closely with our Account Executives and Client Success team members to jointly leverage strong relationships with key contacts in the benefits consultant community to drive sales qualified opportunities and streamline renewal experience
  • Build, customize and present our solutions and capabilities, and expand the broader conversation around mental health strategies with key innovation leaders in the benefits broker space

Who You Are-

  • 7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space or experience in partnerships or sales in the vendor space
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being
  • Experience working with benefit consultants and proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships 
  • Proven track record meeting monthly and annual goals including either creating sales opportunities and/or meeting annual revenue goals
  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success with large, national strategic partners
  • Maintains and cultivates a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space 
  • Attention to detail, superior presentation skills, and the desire to lead national strategic projects with high visibility
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency

The Role

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with the CFO and the leadership team to shape and execute our financial strategy. The Role

As a Client Success Manager in our Mid Market segment, you own Modern Health’s employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for driving product adoption and engagement and, over time, client retention.   • 4+ years experience managing relationships or selling to HR leaders or clients within the B2B tech and/or employer benefit space

  • A proven track record of success with enterprise or mid-market accounts 
  • Experience and comfort using data to share insights and make actionable recommendations

The Role

The Customer Operations Manager is a highly visible role across Modern Health’s go to market teams. You will play a key role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success (CS) team including development of strategy & processes and proactively managing the performance of the post-sales business. The role acts as an advisor to the CS leadership team and is responsible for driving performance, forecasting, retention and other high impact activities. This is a unique role where you will both shape leaderships’ thinking around business performance and create the operational frameworks to support Modern Health’s growth.

This position offers a candidate with experience in Consulting, CS/Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Planning an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of the business, interact with Modern Health’s most senior CS and executive business leaders, and become an impactful operator within Modern Health. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, CS Strategy and Operations.

What You’ll Do

Data

  • Develop deep understanding of the metrics that drive Customer Success and manage Client Success data with the goal of driving insights to actions
  • Ensure data quality across various systems of record and flag areas of continuous improvement
  • Monitor dashboards daily and communicate actionable insights to CS leaders to guide short- and long-term execution of goals

Process

  • Provide project/program management and manage day-to-day CS operations tasks (e.g., reporting and analysis)
  • Fully document existing and new/improved processes in a centralized location
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, compliance, etc.) to implement Client experience process improvements

Technology

  • Directly contribute to the CS business strategy by designing and implementing new or improved technical processes and workflows within the CS technology stack
  • Design and implement digital success programs and journey orchestration within Gainsight for the tech-touch Client segment
  • Manage our systems and tools as well as the implementation of new solutions, including requirement gathering, design, testing, training, successful roll out and continuous improvements within the CS technology stack
  • Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies or our tools through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in management consulting, Customer Success or Business Operations
  • Knowledge and experience with typical CS SaaS tech stack such as SFDC, Gainsight, Marketo, Looker, and Gong with specific expertise in Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce, Looker or other relevant business intelligence tools
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Experience designing and executing complex data analyses to deliver insights on business performance
  • Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards common goals
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments

The Role

Modern Health is looking for a leader for our Revenue Operations team, specializing in Sales Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations will partner with our Sales, Marketing and Partnerships leadership in running a high-performing Sales Operations team, and owning our annual planning process for Go-to-Market.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire

  • Own and execute step-change initiatives

The Role

What You’ll Do

  • CEO
    • Manage complex calendars using Google Calendar - including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations to optimize the CEO’s time and productivity

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Modern Health member journey and the various support touch points along the way
  • Be the expert on the technical side of the Modern Health product and service offering
  • Support members and ensure they are receiving the best level of care in a timely manner
  • Manage member escalations and find creative solutions to get them access to care
  • Assist in developing a long-term support strategy that can enable large enterprise sized launches
  • Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies or our tools through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
  • Complete other special projects as needed

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of support experience at an a technology or healthcare company; early stage start-up experience preferred
  • Ability to create clear and thoughtful documentation
  • Experience and comfort utilizing a CRM like Zendesk and/or Talkdesk
  • Empathetic and loves helping others, especially when it comes to their mental health journey
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well with different kinds of people and is great at building relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, continuously learn, and successfully manage projects with a sense of urgency

The Role

We are looking for a tenacious Senior Market Expansion Manager to drive commercial success in our install base. You will serve as the internal face of our expansion motion. With a high level of passion you will thrive on finding innovative solutions to drive expansion within current customers.

The Role

We're looking for a Provider Experience Associate to join our Provider Success team. In this role, you will work with a team that supports our global network of providers (coaches, therapists, and Psychiatry & Medication Management providers). This position reports to the head of our Provider Experience team and will work directly with providers in our network as well as cross-functionally with our Clinical Strategy & Research and Tech teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Play a central role in managing and supporting our active provider network to deliver an exceptional provider experience
  • Develop an understanding of the Modern Health provider journey and the various support touch points along the way
  • Communicate with and support providers, ensuring they are set up for success so they can deliver quality care to our members
  • Partner with our Member Ops team on member feedback and manage provider escalations, finding creative solutions to get members access to care 
  • Create, maintain and improve on our tools, systems and documentation related to Provider Success and Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Complete other special projects as needed

The Role

The Senior Provider Growth Associate is pivotal in Modern Health's organization and will report directly to the Head of Provider Growth. With 1-3 years of experience in a related field, this position involves various responsibilities, including lead generation, database management, partnership development, user experience optimization, and direct recruiting. The role entails collaborating with internal teams to enhance the provider database, implementing automated processes for outreach campaigns, refining the signup and onboarding processes, establishing strategic partnerships with universities and organizations, designing engaging landing pages, and recruiting new coaches and therapists into the network. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce and database management, and excellent communication abilities. What You’ll Do

  • Enhance the internal provider database by identifying and incorporating additional relevant data
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admin to develop and implement automated processes for targeted outreach campaigns
  • Evaluate and refine the provider signup flow, application, and onboarding processes
  • Provide constructive feedback on user experience and address inefficiencies to improve overall satisfaction
  • Establish partnerships with universities and other organizations to identify providers early in their careers
