We are looking for a People Generalist to join our People & Organizational Development (POD) Team. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our People team as we begin to build our Webflow Mexico operations across our G&A+, EPD, and our GTM teams. You will serve as the subject matter expert on HR and labor relations within the region. This role is essential to support our organization’s compliance with Mexican employment laws, and to assist in implementing and supporting effective HR programs related to benefits, employee relations, performance management, and more.

As a People Generalist, you’ll provide… 

  • Labor Relations and Compliance: Expertly navigate Mexican labor laws, regulations, and ensure compliance with employment policies. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, legal risks, and dispute resolution.
  • HR Processes & Program Management: Support key HR initiatives including compensation and benefits programs, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Benefits and Perks Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and provide feedback on our programs and initiatives to align with company policies and employee expectations in Mexico.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Work with our Employee Experience team to lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, DEIB, and foster a positive work environment for our Mexico team. Utilize feedback mechanisms such as surveys and 1:1s to inform strategies.
  • Workforce Planning: Provide HR support to People Business Partners for workforce planning and helping to shape career development pathways.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including Benefits, Legal, and People Operations, to ensure smooth HR operations across Mexico.

About you:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within Mexico.
  • Expertise in Mexican labor laws and compliance.
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday), and comfortable with data reporting and analysis.

  • Build features on a product engineering team, using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Write a mix of frontend and backend code that powers visual design experiences and websites

As a Senior Sales Systems & Analytics Manager, you’ll … 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on key performance metrics, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance to plan. You will drive the cadence and reporting framework that supports strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Own and lead quarterly and monthly business reviews, presenting a holistic view of pipeline metrics, revenue targets, and progress toward strategic goals. You will facilitate discussions that not only track past performance but also highlight future growth opportunities and potential risks.

As a Senior Billing Analyst, you’ll … 

  • Participate in the customer billing process, including creating/sending invoices to customers, resolving customer payment disputes, keeping track of customer agreements and invoices, and the day-to-day correspondence of customer inquiries regarding invoicing
  • Take charge of the collections process, including applying payments received in Stripe and Netsuite and managing communications with customers to ensure that past due balances are paid

The Role- 

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Marketing Manager to be the go-to marketer for the Client Success team, focusing on driving user engagement of the Modern Health app. This vital role will involve understanding both client and user needs, working with CSMs to develop user engagement plans for client accounts, and executing on those plans by developing custom user engagement materials (i.e. flyers, slides, email newsletters, and more). You’ll also work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure alignment and integration of user engagement strategies across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a curious, adaptable, and action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, capable of managing projects with some level of autonomy, and have a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. You are user-obsessed and a strong writer who knows how to distill complex (clinical/technical) information into digestible resources using an approachable tone. Mental health is a topic that can be uncomfortable for some, so this role involves knowing how to connect with the audience about mental health in a way that feels approachable and welcoming.

What You’ll Do-

  • You will be one of the go-to marketing managers for our Client Success team
  • Develop user engagement resources (including flyers, emails, slides, videos, etc.) to help our employer clients promote adoption of Modern Health to their employees

  • Partner with Client Success to identify and build impactful and compelling customer stories, testimonials, and videos; own logo usage and press rights by client; manage private and public reference programs
  • Be the user expert with a deep understanding of user goals, behaviors and motivations, develop personas to effectively communicate insights to Client Success

Who You Are-

  • 5+ years in marketing with at least 2 years in a user engagement marketing role
  • Experience developing user engagement materials (i.e. flyers, slides, emails, posters, videos, direct mail, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly in the context of end user communication and engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience in building marketing campaigns from the ground up, with a focus on driving customer behaviors at key points in the customer journey

    • Zone B: $126,000 - $170,000
    • Zone C: $118,000 - $159,000

As a Product Manager, you will...

  • Advance the vision of Webflow’s collaboration capabilities, ensuring it scales to our largest and most strategic customers. 
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact.
  • Partner closely with other product and engineering teams to evangelize collaboration across the company.
