As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll … 

  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives across various categories to support the company's objectives.
  • Manage the sourcing process, including identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their sourcing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead market analysis efforts to understand trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function to enhance processes, tools, and supplier performance.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on sourcing best practices and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.
  • Manage the supplier selection process, including RFPs, RFQs, and bid evaluations.

As a Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer, you'll

  • Oversee the provisioning and deployment of infrastructure using Pulumi, ensuring seamless deployment of Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Athena, and other critical systems on AWS.
  • Design and implement strategies for scaling Airflow, Kafka, and Spark clusters to accommodate increasing workloads and user demands.
  • Lead efforts in optimizing performance, capacity planning, ensuring fault tolerance, and implementing failure recovery strategies across all infrastructure components.

  • Architect and implement high-availability solutions across multiple zones and regions, including backups, multi-region replication, and disaster recovery plans.

  • Implement caching strategies, indexing, and query optimization to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Implement monitoring and logging using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch and OpenSearch.

Project description

We’re looking for an experienced contract Brand Designer focused on print and experiential work. This role is structured as a short-term and temporary independent contractor engagement, not as an employment relationship. About the project engagement 

  • Conceptualize and design for print and experiential touchpoints autonomously as part of larger campaigns and initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet project specifications.
  • Liaise with the marketing team as an independent consultant to interpret marketing goals and produce creative work that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Independently develop and refine brand guidelines and visual identity, collaborating with the creative team as needed to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
  • Oversee and prioritize your own brand design project workload, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to project deadlines in a self-directed manner.
  • Initiate and maintain communication regarding project status and milestones with the Manager, Project Managers, or other designated partners, ensuring transparency and independent progress updates.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will: 

  • Define, design, and launch end-to-end experiences to ensure early success on the Webflow platform across multiple persona types.
  • Architect platform-wide design strategies to quickly onboard users to create best-in-class web experiences.

  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue

As an Instructional Designer, you’ll:

  • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including but not limited to online courses, tutorials, videos, text, and instructor-led training, to support Webflow user education initiatives.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional design models, approaches, and tools, as well as best practices in creating engaging content from outside of instructional design, to create effective learning experiences. What will this role contribute?

 

You will work closely with teammates on sales, product, and marketing to create collateral and PR campaigns that sell our services to new and existing markets and inspire existing clients to spread the word about work-sharing.

 

Areas of Ownership

 

PR Outreach Campaign Creation and Management: Create, monitor, and analyze PR outreach campaigns. 

Press Release Distribution: Organize and consolidate existing press lists and manage the distribution of press releases to push stories of interest. 

Media Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate professional connections with media and influencers using personal and professional networks.

PR Metric Definition: Define and monitor PR metrics like earned media, media impressions, media reach, share of voice vis-a-vis defined market competitors.

Brand Evolution: Work with teammates in Design, Product, Sales, and Marketing to evolve the look and feel of our brand. Our current brand era is called Inviisble Manticore. Who knows, maybe Invisible Griffin or Invisible Chimera is next!

Brand Messaging Evolution: Evolve the messages and messaging that make up our brand, make meaningful choices about visual identity, and roll out updates coherently, in collaboration with marketing, product, and sales. 

Ad Campaign Creation: Create, monitor, and analyze ad campaigns pitching specific process products and our company as a whole. 

Asset Design: Collaborate with teammates in Design, Sales, and Marketing to create simple yet compelling visual assets and asset classes that will bolster our ability to share our stories.

We’re a lean team that’s growing fast. That means in some cases requirements will be really clearly defined, audience insights set, comms templated and you’ll sweep in to execute. In other cases, we’ll be working from scratch - putting our heads together to come up with solutions. You’ll be working closely with people from different parts of our business, helping build campaigns and processes that’ll help to hit our big goals.

As well as pure marketing comms, we also deliver email, sms and push messaging on behalf of our customers as part of our product offering. That means while you’ll sit within the Marketing team, you’ll work really closely with the product and customer service teams on delivery as well. 

  • Excellent written communication skills. Particularly, reflecting different tones of voice, writing like a real person and communicating complicated ideas simply. 
  • Our sales/marketing stack is evolving, but you’ll be working (directly or indirectly) with Customer.io, Segment, Pipedrive and Webflow, as well as all the usual social and google ad platforms. 
  • Marketing outbound (in close collaboration with the sales team), inbound and customer newsletters will be managed by you, with the overarching strategy developed and set together with the VP Marketing.
  • Where necessary, writing copy to populate email and SMS campaigns may be handled by you, as well as developing consistent and targeted messages to our different audiences.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliver trigger-based comms on behalf of our customers.
  • Utilise out of the box functionality and reporting features within the tech stack.
  • Help develop a data-driven test and learn program so we can create recommendations and strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Analyse marketing automation performance and journeys, report on results  and share learnings to help drive business decisions. 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years+ experience in marketing automation. 
  • 2 years+ in B2B marketing (bonus: with HRTech or recruitment industry knowledge)
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Familiarity with some or all of our core tech stack: Customer.io, Segment, Twilio,  Pipedrive and Webflow
  • Skilled in email development utilising HTML and CSS. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Skilled at developing complex audience segments and email/SMS campaign logic (the right message to the right people at the right time).
  • Experience in working with and appreciating good design - basically, you can see when something is on-brand and looks good, and you can create or configure email templates to comply with brand standards.
  • Experience in developing audience insights to inform marketing strategies, approaches or campaigns.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, in a frequently shifting environment
  • Represent Weirdly and our products with a high degree of professionalism
  • Understand and demonstrated experience with key concepts including but not limited to: domain / IP reputation, industry accepted performance measures for email & SMS, partial list testing, quality control process design

  • Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll

 As a U.S. Payroll Manager, you will … 

  • [15%] Implement a prompt and efficient US payroll cycle process, including but not limited to base pay, variable pay, commissions, equity transactions, payroll taxes, 401k, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc. for both the US, and any off-cycle payroll runs.
