Job Description

We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Director, Corporate Transformation to join our growing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, and you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the governance and rapid response teams supporting Brightspeed’s transformation initiatives aligned to 4 pillars: BUILD, EXPAND, SAVE and TRANSITION. You will assist cross-functional improvement teams for the "most relevant value drivers" facing the company. The areas of transformation include but are not limited to sales force enablement, operational transformation (six sigma quality and on-time delivery), back-office transformation (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT), and game changing technology adoption. You will play a major role in achieving these initiatives as a single source of truth on measurement of program status and choreograph governance to keep programs on-track and by accelerating value creation from existing initiatives via strategic problem-solving to remove roadblocks/establish enablers and define incremental initiatives to bridge value gap.

As a Senior Director, Corporate Transformation, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and report on the progress of all transformation initiatives, including key metrics, risks, and issues, and proactively involve relevant transformation support teams, cross-functional and executive leaders, with focus on in-year and multi-year objectives
  • Help establish a company-wide project management office, with an emphasis on accountability and support rather than traditional PMO tracking
  • Focus on outputs by choosing the right KPIs to drive value for the business, holding owners accountable for achieving them, and offering support and corrective action when they miss them
  • Focus on inputs and ensure rigorous thinking about workplans and timelines to be reasonably aggressive in transformation timelines
  • Co-own initiatives with line leaders to drive through the change leadership process which includes structuring of ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, designing mitigation plans, organizing teams to execute, enabling change leadership throughout the organization, and advancing initiatives to get results
  • Build and manage a high-performing transformation team to support design, orchestration, & activation of the transformation strategy
  • Develop transformation best practices, consistency in initiative structure, tooling, and governance, conducive to speed and agility, across all transformation initiatives
  • Promote strategic alignment, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure team and stakeholder accountability against transformation charter to ensure transformations are scoped and delivered end-to-end, have the right level of transparency to the right stakeholders, and designed to optimize pace balanced with effective adoption
  • Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the organization's approach in alignment with company priorities
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders, including executive leadership, functional teams, and external partners.
  • Seek and take council from senior leaders and subject matter experts to analyze complex problems, assess options and develop recommended action

Provide guidance and support to team members on financial and business-related matters to foster a culture of business acumen

Qualifications

This representative can assist in sales, operations, and network implementation to achieve First Occupancy Dates (FOD), property readiness, and penetration levels by contract type.  

The role also maintains ownership and advocates for marketing materials distribution, tracking and compliance. 

As A Territory Sales Representative, Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

  • Builds effective relationships with property staff and residents in assigned modules.

As a Product Specialist, you will report directly to a Product Manager, Mass Markets, Enterprise and Wholesale. You will have a proven track record for documenting and grooming product requirements and managing different products in the US market, maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability across the whole product development process (end-to-end).

You will be responsible for driving the execution of specific requirements and operational activities for specific products and/or platforms with key stakeholders and teams as assigned by the Product Manager.

As Product Specialist, Product Operations, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for product and platform requirements
  • Drive the development and implementation of new product and platform features
  • Assist with project management tasks for selected projects
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing products and platforms
  • Convert features into smaller user stories and actionable requirements for developers, IT and other stakeholders as needed
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
  • Identify and recommend automation opportunities for existing products and platforms
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand products and platforms performance as needed
  • Drive the analyses to identify issues and bottlenecks in existing processes to recommend improvements
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product managers and project managers on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Interact with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Drive the process to work with IT and other key stakeholders to groom product requirements and turn them into actionable Jira tickets and technical requirements for software developers and network architects.
  • For larger projects, collaborate with multiple project managers to maintain an updated project plan and produce project reports for upper management. For smaller projects, act as the project manager for product development activities. For all projects, establish end-to-end product development plans involving all required resources -internal and external- for a successful development, implementation and launch of new products and features.
  • Collaborate with vendors and different teams to evaluate, test, qualify and select technological solutions associated to product initiatives.

  • 3+ years of experience as Product Manager
  • Proven track record managing products in the US market for Residential, Small and Medium Business, Large Enterprise and/or Wholesale customers.
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, product architecture, sales engineering, business analyst or operations roles 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently
