      Job Description

      • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team
      • Participate in estimation and planning sessions
      • Thoroughly understand and prioritize business needs
      • Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
      • Document, analyze, and visualize business processes
      • Identify current deficiencies in the development process, procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements
      • Report status and progress according to project demands
      • Communicate with the development team

      Qualifications

      • At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
      • Analytical skills and attention to detail
      • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
      • Meticulous in documentation creation
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
      • Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
      • Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
      • Understanding basic mathematics, basic coding knowledge of front-end, back-end, and databases to effectively communicate with the development team
      • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
