What will you do?


The Account Executive, specialised in generating new business and in managing enterprise accounts, will be a crucial contributor towards driving new revenue and growing our business to achieve individual quotas. You are responsible for the vigorous expansion of our customer base due to marketing and individual outbound activities as well as growing annual recurring revenues from existing accounts. We expect you to be a sales professional, reliable and conscientious, and able to balance business empathy with a result-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to close new business and grow the existing business of assigned accounts with the objective to build profitable long-term relationships.


Responsibilities and Key activities:

  • Experience in value-based selling on a Director / VP Level and to C-level executives in complex selling environments
  • Understanding the internal structure / buying processes and delegation of authority of target customers
  • Ownership of entire Sales Cycle from qualified sales opportunity to an actual sale
  • Ownership of newly signed accounts as well of assigned accounts to grow existing busniess
  • Pipeline Management / Ownership and CRM hygiene a must
  • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Pre-sales, Client Success, Partnerships and Marketing
  • Identify and understand trends within design, graphic production and creative automation industries, what makes CHILI client successful and apply learnings in new business opportunities
  • Utilise and foster all relevant lead sources (inbound, outbound, partnerships) in order to turn sales qualified opportunities into a sale

What will you do?

Our Client Success Managers are asked to ensureassigned clients retention and revenue expansion.

The Client Success Manager is a high-touch, Client advocate responsible for ensuring clients are successful leveraging our product into their solutions. This role drives higher renewal rates, additional upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increased number of references and/or case studies.

What do we want you to take on?

    • Be the main point of contact for the Client from Sales handoff through to renewal of the subscription
    • Welcome and onboard newly assigned Client, ensure proper technical training and primary instructions are delivered for stellar onboarding
    • Analyze clients needs, understand their use case of CHILI publisher and manage their expectations
    • Build strong and trustorthy relationships with clients, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor for current product offering as well as future expansion opportunities.
    • Conduct proactive client/account health checks and escalate matters as required
    • Help drive new case studies, use cases and references with assigned clients
    • Consult with clients and create a user adoption plan for each assigned one
    • Communicate new features development, improvements and updates on the software into a comprehensive Client language
    • Responsible for the onboarding and implementation of our product/technology to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it helps to solve their problems, with a need of partner if required
    • Establish trustworthy and close connection with your Client and partners through multiple pro-active communication to stay on top of their needs
    • When the renewal date of a contract approaches, you know what it takes to retain the Client and even what type of upselling could even improve his user experience
    • Make recommendations on how new and existing features fit within clients’ use cases, providing best practices and guidance
    • Participate in Client-requested meetings and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews (onsite and/or remotely)
    • Provide proactive status updates on product issues resolution/new feature development to required partie
    • Leverage knowledge of your clients’ solutions and use case to assist technical Support, Product & Delivery, and product marketing in better serving your clients
    • Travel to client locations as (approximately 35% percent)
    • Participate in project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure CHILI publish integration is optimal for the client(s)
    • Flexible to handle Clients escalation calls outside business hours
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training, issues resolutions, and technical support
    • Build strong relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement with assigned accounts
    • Communicate new business development opportunities and customer intelligence to local Sales pod
    • Work to constantly mitigate churn
    • Act as an escalation liaison between the client, Technical Support, and Product Development to help resolve technical issues blocking product adoption
    • Provide feedback to Product Management on key features or product limitations that are inhibiting usage and growth.
    • Responsible for delivering high levels of client satisfaction
    • Perform other duties as assigned

What will you do?

The Solution Adoption manager delivers value-added services to assigned customers. These could be one-time services like pre-sales support, solution architect, onboarding and implementation, or ongoing services like training and project management to drive and influence adoption, retention, and net new revenue by:

  • Delivering convincing product demos personalized to the audience in line with overall CHILI GraFx story and brand messaging.
  • Well-planned and effective workshops, POC’s and support evaluations
  • ensuring smooth and successful Implementation and Onboarding.
  • providing solutions to common prospects requests.
  • Supporting accounts growth initiatives on as needed basis

The Solution Adoption Manager is essentially responsible to set up new clients and no-usage clients for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process with/without a partner. You will educate prospects, new customers/inactive customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.

As a Solution Adoption manager, you will make sure the client/partner has the first moment of success with our platform, basically taking them from the POC/signup to the 'first success'.

You will work alongside the customers/partners project to ensure best practices are adhered to, to identify any technical blockers in the feasibility of the project and help alleviate difficulties early on in the projects’ lifecycle from a CHILI publisher perspective.

You will be the contact point for the customer as they are learning CHILI GraFx and implementing it in the initial stages of their project.

Solution Adoption Manager needs to deliver continuous good support to clients, partners, internal stakeholders such as Sales, CSMs and Partner Success Managers to validate the ROI story.

The general questions to answer early in the customer journey are:

  1. Is CHILI GraFx a good fit for the project; do we even meet the technical requirements needed for what is to be achieved, and then
  2. How do we get there, and what is the best approach to soon prove ROI

Responsibilities and key activities:


  • Whether wearing pre-sales, the solution specialist, the trainer, or the onboarding specialist hat, you need to make sure the customers are clear with the product and features at every phase if required.
  • Be involved with the late sales stages or early pre-sales stages
  • Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a Client/Partner Succes Manager after onboarding and implementation
  • Facilitate communication between client's project lead, and stakeholders within CHILI publish
  • Make sure the customers/partners are clear with the product and features at every phase
  • Along with assisting in customers understanding of product, set customers & partners expectations of product capabilities right
  • Understand the goals & objectives of new/no-usage/returning customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process
  • Work closely with clients and their tech teams to fully integrate CHILI GraFx into their marketing/Enterprise tech stack
  • Provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation and launch process
  • Track and hit key implementation milestones
  • Ensure client and partners achieve their goals: o Educate them
  • Minimize roadblocks
  • Improve adoption of services or products
  • Own and manage customer relationships from the point of (pre)sale through successful implementation.
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.
  • Work with sales, Client/Partners SM, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with product evangelists to produce evergreen content and resources for clients/partners to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.
  • Educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
  • Quickly pick up and disseminate any updates to the product, both to clients and to internal teams as needed.
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding and implementing with customers.
  • Deliver custom trainings to Tier-1 clients
  • Provide support to the Sales Team to meet agreed account growth objectives

As a team member, you will work with customers to help them make the most of their solution, resolve issues, advise on optimizations, and help clients with their CHILI publish integration.


In your role as Technical Engineer you offer them:

  • Product knowledge: get to know our product inside out. We provide trainings to get you started, and next to that you’ll learn on the job.
  • Support: answer client’s questions and issues. It’s your job to understand the issues of the customer and guide them towards the right solutions.
  • Integration: provide trainings of the product on-site and online as well as providing server installation support.
  • Best Practices: advise clients on how to best use and integrate CHILI publisher.
  • Stakeholder Management: work closely with the R&D team, customer success managers and the marketing and pre-sales teams.
