The role:

As the Manager, Marketing, you'll spearhead our global marketing strategy, driving impactful campaigns that propel our business forward. Leading a high-performing team, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to generate leads, boost content awareness, and exceed revenue targets. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with our broader business goals, ensuring cohesive execution across all channels.

This pivotal role will position you at the forefront of customer acquisition and user engagement initiatives, shaping our marketing approach in Australia, the UK and US. Your innovative strategies and leadership will enhance our brand presence and contribute to our mission of transforming education through technology.

Please note that this is a maternity cover with a start date of 1 April.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the global marketing strategy, implementing and executing on successful and innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness, product adoption and generate leads through both traditional and digital channels
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team capabilities and high performance
  • Collaborate with product, growth, sales, customer success and content teams to create engaging marketing materials and align strategies with organisational goals
  • Analyse campaign performance, track ROI, and optimise marketing efforts based on data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Oversee major marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and industry conferences, while supervising social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience growth
  • Oversee the creation of educational marketing materials, including blog posts, copy, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to position ClickView as a thought leader
  • Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI and achieve growth objectives

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar position, from a technology-based business
  • Experience in EdTech or working with educators will be highly regarded
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire
  • Expertise in acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including event management and social media
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, with an understanding of the sales cycle
  • Exceptional communication skills, organisation and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence decision making on key strategic initiatives
  • High level of collaboration and ability to work across different teams and time zones
  • A self-starter, driven by accountability and an outcome-focused approach.

The role:

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to help us continue to provide exceptional product and technical support to our customers across the US. We are looking for an individual who has a genuine love of customer service and technology and has a great attitude and work ethic to match.

The ideal candidate will love following processes whilst using their initiative to solve problems, and maintain regular proactive contact with customers to build brand advocacy within the community. You'll be responsible for a wide variety of technical tasks which will allow you to showcase your technical and customer skills in a fast paced and innovative work environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Running daily live Zoom programs for customers, including session preparation, facilitation, and participant engagement
  • Providing technical support to our customers, assisting with platform access, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through features
  • Providing post-program support to our customers through editing video recordings and uploading to our platform
  • Data management (e.g., daily program registration management and attendance data), data entry, and managing the day-to-day of program updates and schedules

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years customer and technical support experience
  • Ability to provide technical support in a non-technical manner to suit your audience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and cases, and take ownership of your tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as being self motivated and self-managed
  • Develop and maintain trusting, productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Solutions-driven with the ability to identify customer needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard processes
  • Experience of working with and technically supporting SaaS products highly regarded

The Role:

With over 6000 schools using ClickView Worldwide, ClickView is seeking a driven and dedicated individual to develop and maintain customer relationships with decision makers using our Tig Tag product in schools. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with customers to ensure the product is actively used by teachers and students within schools.

Working with a fantastic education focused team, your responsibilities are varied, and include:

  • Oversee a portfolio of schools as the primary contact by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate customers about product features and best practices, ensuring they have the necessary tools for success
  • Maximise usage within schools by using data and tracking engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement or risk
  • Ensure successful subscription renewals by proactively building account plans that address client needs and opportunities for growth
  • Gather customer feedback to relay to product development teams to drive continuous improvements in the product and offerings
  • Provide regular reports on customer success metrics, progress, and insights to the management team via OKR targets
  • Work closely with Customer Success and technical teams to address customer inquiries, escalate and resolve product issues, and provide timely support to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Account Manager or customer success role is highly regarded
  • Background in Teaching, Education or EdTech is preferable
  • Comfortable working to revenue targets with the existing customer base
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to work autonomously and to take responsibility for the customer journey
  • Passionate about online learning and education technology

The role:

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead our customer-facing teams and drive revenue growth in APAC. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the CCO and CEO to develop a customer acquisition and retention strategy that aligns with our global objectives and meets revenue targets for ClickView.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, while proactively creating demand by engaging with relevant communities
  • Lead the customer success team to drive customer retention and satisfaction, and achieving renewal target figures
  • Develop strategies that help customer-facing teams demonstrate the benefits of incorporating video in the classroom
  • Report to the CCO on business performance and collaborate with other Managing Directors to standardise management practices across regions
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder engagement with schools and Government bodies through direct customer interactions, serving as a brand advocate to enhance ClickView's presence
  • Manage the P&L of the business unit to ensure consistent profitability and growth year-over-year
  • Oversee reporting accuracy and data integrity in Salesforce (CRM) and drive adoption of internal tools to improve operational effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in EdTech, including 2+ years leading customer-facing teams
  • Proven commercial acumen with successful strategy development and execution
  • Track record of growing sales and market share in education, successfully launching new products and building profitable income streams
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and pricing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and coach high-performing teams while ensuring accountability to sales processes
  • Experience leading customer-centric initiatives to enhance customer experience
