We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Management Analyst to join our Human Resources team and play a vital role in the recruitment process, training initiatives, orientations, internal communications, and Human Resources process optimizations while partnering with key internal stakeholders, leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and Recruiters to build collaborative relationships and deliver excellent employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Lead a monthly comprehensive orientation program for new hires, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals.
  • Design, implement, and oversee the corporate New Hire Experience program that accelerates new hire integration and productivity.
  • Partner with functional leaders across the organization to create department-specific onboarding programs.
  • Continuously refine onboarding processes and strategies to improve workflows, reduce redundancies, and increase efficiencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding processes, including coordinating job offers, background checks, new hire paperwork, and employment eligibility verifications, all while maintaining seamless communication between new hires and their managers.
  • Thoroughly review all background checks and provide recommendations that align with compliance standards and organizational expectations.

Recruiting:

  • Optimize the company’s applicant tracking system, ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in job postings, candidate management, and reporting.
  • Elevate our recruitment presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms, including enhancing company pages and crafting posts to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full job posting process, including coordinating interviews.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for challenging-to-fill positions, leveraging advanced search techniques, market insights, and proactive outreach to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports on recruitment metrics to empower leaders with data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations on how to improve key areas of measurement.
  • Oversee external agency communications and ensure contract requirements are successfully maintained.
  • Drive the integration and implementation of a new applicant tracking system, taking ownership of key aspects to ensure both a smooth adoption and alignment with organizational hiring practices.

Compliance and Training:

  • Stay current on all recruiting compliance requirements for all CoreSite markets, e.g., pay transparency, job posting timelines, and position notifications.
  • Create compliance-related new hire and promotion announcements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employee information in both the applicant tracking system and online file storage for use in Affirmative Action Plan reporting.
  • Annually evaluate compliance training courses to ensure they meet compliance requirements and accurately capture CoreSite’s culture.
  • Project manage all training, compliance, communications, and learning management system setups for enterprise-wide training initiatives, including audits.
  • Design and maintain the annual training calendar, determining communication timelines and ensuring timeliness for all program management.

As a member of the company’s Engineering team, the Data Center Design and Performance Engineer is responsible for designing and reviewing electrical, mechanical, and site plans. Duties:

  • Evaluate the efficiency, reliability, and engineering design of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life-safety, and building management systems for expansion and upgrade projects

  • Provide final quality assurance sign-off for engineered systems at the end of construction
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to design custom engineering solutions for customer deployments
  • Support the sales process for complex opportunities by providing technical expertise
  • Assess installed systems to optimize efficiency and reliability
  • Review and approve engineering modifications to existing facilities
  • Provide engineering support to Data Center Operations, including failure analysis and system maintenance of critical infrastructure

The Project Manager is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and customer satisfaction related to customer deployments and expansions within identified geographic markets. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in the Inside Sales and Marketing organizations by qualifying new sales leads and building pipeline. The role focuses on inbound and outbound lead generation and qualified opportunity creation. This includes leveraging various cold prospecting activities and strategies to generate outbound sales leads and opportunities for CoreSite’s assigned sales region(s). We are currently hiring for a 3-month contract that does have the possibility to extend.

Duties:

· Learn and understand CoreSite’s offerings and competitive advantage.

· Develop a personalized CoreSite pitch and product pitches.

· Understand target prospect personas including titles, job responsibilities, company size, industry/verticals, annual revenues and more. Build contact prospecting lists based on knowledge of target audience and personas.

· Understand assigned regional industries, top companies, metro areas, data center locations, competitors and other data. Build account prospecting lists based on knowledge of the region and surrounding metros.

· Generate outbound sales leads and qualify opportunities by leveraging SDR sales training, strategies, platforms and marketing resources. Maintain prescribed monthly frequency for cold calls, cold emails and social media outreach.

· Follow-up and convert inbound sales leads (website forms, inbound calls and referrals) into qualified opportunities. Assign opportunities to the correct regions, sales VPs and sales representatives based on CoreSite’s rules of engagement (ROE).

· Attend assigned regional sales calls and provide updates on current inbound and outbound activity, campaigns and programs. Provide sales prospecting support for regional VPs and sales representatives.

· Collaborate with individual sales representatives in assigned region(s) to generate target account lists to prospect on their behalf. Set meetings and appoints for senior sales representatives in assigned region(s).

· Provide critical feedback to the inside sales and marketing team on campaign success, quality of inbound leads, SDR tools and platforms.

· Occasionally travel to tradeshows, to provide booth support, badge scanning (~25% Travel), and to other CoreSite offices

· Identify and develop outbound prospecting email campaign strategy and provide feedback on existing marketing efforts and lead quality.

  • Strong problem solving (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction), conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Rally and/or other tools used to orchestrate team delivery strongly desired
  • Skilled in project management of small to medium-sized projects.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft or Enterprise Integration Strategies are a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ application is a plus
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new applications and operating systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information and systems technology, systems and techniques, computer network systems and various telecommunication systems

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related studies preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of related experience, which includes at least two (2) or more years of related experience supporting a variety of business software, and two (2) or more years of experience supporting IT with systems implementations as a Business SME or Product Owner.  
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
  • Experience with various project delivery methodologies and able to apply necessary processes to ensure project success
  • Salesforce certification(s) a plus (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator)
  • Demonstrated experience using and supporting developed and purchased business applications.  
  • Demonstrated experience discussing issues at a technical or non-technical level, depending on the audience.  
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a persistent focus to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Compensation:

As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner will function as a generalist in a variety of HR activities with a focus on ensuring we have best in class talent that drives the organization's success. The HRBP will partner with the business to achieve company goals and foster organizational excellence by utilizing extensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and competitive strategies to influence key business decisions. This role will interpret and enforce company policies and provide coaching to managers on all aspects of management, leadership, and employee relations. As a key culture leader in the organization, the HR Business Partner will learn about the key objectives and challenges of each business function, build relationships with stakeholders throughout the company, and partner with the broader HR organization to execute tactical and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities – a typical day may include:

  • Proactively provide day- to-day HR tactical advice and support to managers and employees based on HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Consult on employee relations, performance improvement, discipline and other human resources issues as needed
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Proactively manage people-related risk, perform investigations, document findings, and provide complex problem-solving recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal, state and local employment laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Serve as the internal expert on employment and wage and hour law compliance, policy matters, and ensure practices, policies and actions are aligned
  • Serve as a change agent helping the organization evolve to meet business objectives and work to positively impact challenging situations
  • Exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential personnel issues
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group
  • Track metrics and analyze trends in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Participate with other HR team members in leading assigned HR projects as needed in the areas of performance management, succession and talent assessment, learning, DE&I, onboarding, engagement, policy updates, compensation administration, employee communication and people-related customer responses

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two days per week onsite and adjust schedule for the needs of a 24/7/365 organization
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% between eastern sites including Washington D.C., Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, New York City, Boston, and other locations as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent years of experience
  • HR Certification preferred
