CURRENT FUNDED OPEN ROLES, supporting DoD remote work, requiring US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance:

1. Agile Architect; 10 years software development/information technology, Agile Transformation from Waterfall Methodology, SAFe Agile in SAP S/4 HANA implementation/major enhancement, Epic deployment of SAP business processes and capabilities. Revise System Engineering Plan from Waterfall to Agile Methodology design new Agile SDLC method based on workshop requirements, contribute to deliverables and performance metrics.
2. Celonis Solution Analyst SME / LCAT; D2 years design, build, test and deploy Celonis for business processes, support Celonis implementation and post-production, use SAP/ERP as primary data source. Process Mining with Celonis, code PQL scripts for data modeling, PQL to build front end components to meet the requirements and create KPIs. Develop data model codes PQL/SQL, UI dashboards, views, analyses, KPIs, reports and process rules. identify as-is processes and present output to stakeholders. identify inconsistencies and recommend process improvements based on SAP standards.
3. DevSecOps SME; 10 years SAP S/4, SDLC, Tier 3 environment, DevOps orchestration and automation tools, DevSecOps scanning/remediation tools, DoDAF, FISMA NIST, Zero Trust, FedRAMP. Provide pipeline guidance. Confirm, define, and develop business requirements, configure, data migration. Develop/maintain business process procedures, design specifics, process flows, as well as UAT cases. CISSP, CSSP, CISM, CCP, CompTIA certification.
4. Functional Analyst - Design, configure business processes in SAP, (FI/FM/FICO, SD, MM, EWM, AM/SCM, OF), configure module interfaces, functional area/module, SDLC, surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, uat), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP modules in a Tier 3 environment. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand processes, Implementing system enhancements, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
5. OCM Consultant - Change Management process and methodologies for large SAP implementations Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success, function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, consult with stakeholders to plan and execute OCM activities for changes in organizational structure changes, as well as to support successful transformation. Collaborate with Agile and Garage SMEs, identify training needs.
6. OCM Training Consultant - OCM training on processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations. Develop and revise courses, prepare training catalog, instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) as well as student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Prepare visual information maps. Conducts knowledge capture sessions and develops innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
7. SAP DevOp SME - 02033124; 10 or more years of SAP CI/CD tools and pipeline, DevOps with orchestration and automation tools in terms of SAP. Provide configuration, data migration, functional support, Lead design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, enhancements. Develop/maintain system documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, user authorization, test cases. SDLC supporting various SAP modules in a Tier 3 environment.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 5 to 10 years recent hands - on experience with SAP ERP with above listed skills, in a US Federal Government DoD enterprise systems environment 
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields 
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Secret
