The mission of the Business Technology Team is to ensure realization of the full potential of our EW IT vision, mission, strategy and leading all aspects of the IT domain. Business Technology Hub Lead will proactively oversee the planning, development, budgeting and execution of the IT goals, strategy and tactics across the whole EW with the focus on the profitable strategical growth and efficiency at scale measured through balanced TCO or ROI.

The Business Technology Hub Lead is a key member of the Business Technology Leadership Team and have full responsibility over the IT Infrastructure across whole EW.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Establish and manage scalable IT infrastructure for an advanced EW Product Platform & Service Portfolio.
  • Oversee implementation, development, maintenance, and support of IT systems including DCs, Networks, Servers, Databases, Cloud Solutions, etc.
  • Collaborate with peers to devise sustainable operation and evolution plans for infrastructure services.
  • Provide expert advice during system upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
  • Actively participate in IT aspects of M&A cases.
  • Drive optimization of current IT solutions and promote innovative services.
  • Lead change management activities and project planning.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate technology strategies and policies.
  • Supervise IT staff, including hiring, evaluation, training, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligning with business needs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for hardware, software, and external support.
  • Create and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Educated to university degree level or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Czech

 A Payroll Assistant performs basic manual or computer relating tasks. Payroll Assistant is responsible for processing all inputs and closure of Time attendance in the HRIS systems to be provided to payroll provider. Payroll Assistant work closely with Payroll Specialist. A right candidate can utilize HRIS and Time & Attendance systems with accuracy and efficiency. Payroll Assistant is the basic role in the Payroll Team structure.

  • Consolidate the time and attendance data, reporting on then and applying corrections upon relevant stakeholders
  • Submit and report on allowances & deductions, communicate those with relevant departments
    (Finance, HR)
  • Follow a proper approval from upper managements towards relevant payments
  • Closely collaborate with HR Generalist Team and Payroll Team to ensure quality and timeline
    for employee data set including payroll inputs
  • Communicate with Employees and stakeholders on payroll related matters
  • Is responsible for the most of paperwork in payroll processes
  • Prepares all kind of basic reports
  • Assist Payroll Specialist under close supervision

Qualifications

  • Experience: any kind of administration experience is a must; modest experience in a similar role working with T&A and payroll inputs or similar is a plus
  • Education: Secondary level degree, University education in Economy is a plus
  • Knowledge: You'll have any experience with processing administration or office management including handling the employee data is a plus.
  • Data accuracy: You love working with data/numbers and are very good at it.
  • Computer skills: including the use of MS Excel as an analytical and reporting tool. Analytical skills.
  • Confidence: You know where to find the right answers. You behave with others with respect and treat all their data as confidential. This is an entry role to the Payroll Team for someone who’s excited about development into role of Payroll Specialist which is a professional who is responsible for processing all aspects of payroll or furthermore.
