Job Overview

We are responsible for designing and implementing ETL processes using modern dbt technology, managing DWH, data marts, and dashboards, as well as modeling, transforming, testing, and deploying data.

  • Strong SQL Skills (T-SQL preferred) - Expertise in writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity. Ability to design and develop data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and transformations.
  • Experience with MSSQL Server - Hands-on experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning on MSSQL.

Job Overview 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting forex products and services, and conducting market research to provide insightful analysis. You will assist clients with account opening and trading, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote forex products and services to potential clients via phone and email communication.
  • Conduct research on market trends and provide insightful market analysis to clients.
  • Assist clients with account opening and trading forex.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers.
  • Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto industry or other related industry.
  • Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.

What Will You Do

  • Communicate with other teams and departments to understand business needs and requirements
  • Provide a clear understanding of our products and services with the help of data analysis and investigations
  • Develop and monitor analytical metrics
  • Communicate proactively insights and analysis done by the team
  • Lead and expand Products and Clients Analytics team to meet the analytical needs of the Company
  • Improve and manage the processes of the team (hiring, development, growth, operations, analysis)
  • Manage AB tests analysis and contribute to analysis and interpretation of results
  • Lead process of development of Experimentation Platform and processes related to experimentation
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve Experimentation Platform and other analytical systems

Key Skills Required

  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in analytics (data science) and 1-3 years as a team leader of analytical teams
  • Business oriented with organizational skills
  • Highly analytical with critical thinking
  • Good level of Math and Statistics
  • Experience in AB-tests analysis
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Python/R/SQL
  • Upper intermediate level of English
