Lovingly has tremendous plans for growth, and we're building a motivated and diverse team to help double our market share domestically and internationally. As a Brand Designer, you'll define and maintain Lovingly’s visual identity across multiple digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute design projects, delivering high-quality visuals for web, email, social media, and print.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Support the design needs of decentralized e-commerce partners, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Lovingly brand.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business objectives.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions offering creative solutions that drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
• Create dynamic motion graphics and leverage AI tools to enhance digital storytelling and user engagement.
• Stay informed on emerging design technologies and integrate them into your work to keep Lovingly’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
• Oversee the editing and final production of visual assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and are optimized for different platforms.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and motion design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma. Motion design software knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong editing and production skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with or excitement to learn AI tools in a design context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying design concepts.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between 75,000 and 85,000 based on skills, experience, and background.

As a Community Manager/Community Creator, you'll lead our social media growth with a specific focus on TikTok and multi-platform engagement while building meaningful community relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of on-trend, engaging content with a primary focus on TikTok, ensuring it aligns with Lovingly’s brand voice and objectives.
• Manage and engage with our TikTok and Instagram communities, fostering connections and growing our follower base across these platforms.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners that align with Lovingly’s values and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and produce compelling content that amplifies our brand across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Track and analyze the performance of content using insights to optimize future strategies, ensuring Lovingly remains a leader in the social media space.

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok and multi-platform content creation.
• Expertise in video production, native platform editing, and photo/video manipulation.
• A creative, adaptable, and highly organized mindset with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the latest trends across various platforms.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000, based on skills, experience, and range of expertise in social media/marketing, with a specialization in TikTok growth content & community management.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Lovingly, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end coding to solve technical challenges from a holistic perspective. You will handle complex technical challenges and plan and implement solutions that span multiple systems, enabling each sub-system to perform tasks it is best suited for. A strong technical background in software creation and testing, reverse engineering, and various programming tasks is required. You will oversee projects from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

· Maintain, develop, and document solutions for all levels of the technological stack, including infrastructure, database, back-end, and front-end systems.

· Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and business partners across the entire organization, including product, design, marketing, and customer service.

· Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

· Design and develop APIs.

· Model database schemas with future enhancement in mind.

· Investigate and implement solutions for issues affecting current systems.

· Maintain or improve high coding standards and quality iteratively.

· Implement unit tests, conduct end-to-end tests and load tests.

· Create specification documents outlining project requirements and estimate time to complete each task.

· Monitor the health of applications and third-party services.

· BS/MS in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience or code school training.

· 3-7 years of experience

· Working knowledge of Python, Javascript, Typescript, Next JS, HTML, CSS or similar languages

· Knowledge and experience working with DevOps provisioning technologies are a plus

· Knowledge and experience of AWS cloud infrastructure or equivalent services a plus

· Working knowledge of docker and containerization technologies a plus

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Work well independently and within a group environment

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery practices.

· Prior experience in e-commerce platforms or similar industries is a plus.

· Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing relevant skills is a plus.
