Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide transactional support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents.
  • Advise internal teams and interact with external parties on various issues, including contracts, real estate leases, business transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters
  • Manage disputes and litigation in the US and Canada.
  • Oversee property & casualty insurance management.
  • Offer effective legal advice on day-to-day business issues.
  • Provide counsel to senior management and oversee the work of outside counsel.
  • Assist with risk management oversight.
  • Regular reporting of legal claims and risks to the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

The Commercial Regional Sales Manager, is an outside sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships with commercial accounts while growing and maintaining the existing account base in the property mitigation and restoration industry. Working with Commercial prospects and clients, this leader will implement agreements with new and existing commercial clients in an assigned Regional territory as well as collaborating with offices on local/regional commercial opportunities to expand market share and growth initiatives. The Commercial Regional Sales Manager role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share for the Paul Davis network of offices, while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance to support and ensure our offices are delivering on promises and commitments made.

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities 


  • Build and secure new commercial accounts, referrals, and existing relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to maintain/grow the existing account base and expand our market share and revenue percentages 
  • Expand market share and opportunities within a defined list of existing accounts in assigned areas 
  • Communicate with, train, and motivate network offices to understand and support the Business Development department and expand knowledge base of Commercial initiatives 
  • Negotiate and complete MSAs (Master Service Agreements) and FSAs (First Priority Agreements) with local/regional commercial partners  
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by 
  • Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads 
  • Acting to close opportunities and finalize agreements 
  • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue and growth goals 
  • Responsible for developing business relationships and all commercial opportunities with Multi-Unit Housing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial Brokers/Carriers, and local/state Government in assigned areas 
  • Responsible for account management which includes dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and compliance with service level agreements 
  • Work with the Business Development team to facilitate service opportunities 
  • Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration 
  • Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the SVP of Business Development 
  • Analyzes and recommends programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all parties

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2 plus years’ experience with contracting and/or field work for a given trade 

 
Preferred Education and Experience:
 
  • Experience serving in a customer service role.
  • 5 plus years’ experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction. 

 
Physical Requirement: 
 
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.

This Quality Assurance Team Manager will serve as a member of the Quality Assurance team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager is to lead a team of QA members in performance management, SMART goal creation, and team meetings with collaborations between QA and Business Development and partnering with Operations; all designed to strategically place Paul Davis at the top of each carrier’s score card. Work standards for the Manager and the team are focused on accuracy, speed, and customer service. The QA Team Manager will support the team with claim management escalations and oversight.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities


• Recruits, onboards, and trains new QA team members
• Completes monthly meetings with team members for performance coaching and management
• Completes monthly Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) Meetings with team members focusing on
continuous improvement
• Supports team members’ growth with creation of SMART Goals and development paths
• Facilitates and conducts team calibration meetings
• Assists with coordination of claims, reviews of mitigation, contents, and reconstruction estimates, and
estimating through the FAST Program as needed
• Communicates effectively with direct reports, supervisor, franchisees, and insurance carrier partners
• Provides trend analysis of internal performance to supervisor and participates in problem solving
sessions to address gaps
• Partners with Account Management and Business Development VPs on specific accounts to review
carrier scorecards and creation action plans, where necessary, to improve ranking
• Provides updates to Operations team when escalations are necessary, based on franchise
responsiveness and performance
• Creates opportunities for team building through engaging meetings and events, strengthening the
cohesiveness of the team, and creating the opportunity for a high level of support to the network

Required Education and Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Assigning quality assurance claims/estimates to appropriate Team members
• Reassigning claim owners during absences, meetings, or due to volume
• Monitoring, routing, and responding to communication routed through the QA email distribution list, FAST Program shared email inbox, and general QA phone line
• Monitoring and utilize claim system notifications in XactAnalysis and Claims Connect to alert and support other team members in handling carrier rejections and document uploads
• Exporting and summarizing data to assist with reporting needs
• Assisting QA Team leadership with closing the loop in escalations with franchisees
• Monitoring and supporting QA service metrics including NPS scores and Close the Loop process
• Supporting FAST Program growth through tracking, reporting, and communication regarding additional service offerings, network participation, and other key data points
• Updating the QA Hub or other methods of centralized information sharing
• Supporting team with Zoom facilitation of meetings, and onsite meeting support as requested
• Providing overall support to the QA Team
• Providing input, evaluate and implement efficiencies for assignment and estimate distribution among team.
• Completing other tasks as set forth by the Assistant Vice President of Quality Assurance
• Assist Quality Assurance Team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Route new received assignments for SLA Compliance Monitoring, uploaded estimates for QA Estimate Review, and incoming FAST Estimate requests to appropriate QA Team Member or Supervisor
• Route incoming communication from Franchisees and escalate to the appropriate QA Team Member or Supervisor as appropriate.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance overall claim handling by QA Team

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS
 

• This is an entry level position. 
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years relevant experience in the field preferred. 
• Experience with Verisk XactAnalysis and CoreLogic Claims Connect a plus
• Prior Process Management a plus
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong qualities and aptitude for process improvement
• Career emphasis on learning and continuing education preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
