Commercial Account Manager 
 
This position serves as the Commercial Account Manager (CAM) overseeing the day-to-day incremental growth opportunities with the network’s top commercial clients. Strategic collaboration between the commercial team, the network and client partners to identify and improve daily function, partnership and overall satisfaction with the client experience and growth for the network.  
 
The CAM works closely with assigned client point of contact on all aspects of coordination the Commercial database administrator for accurate record keeping. The CAM is also responsible to build on the trusted business partner “indispensable” model which ensures successful implementation and ongoing management and maintenance of these accounts with key commercial partners.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Day-to-day point of contact for commercial clients and the network
  • Coordinates feedback between the network, commercial team, and Brand Experience Center
  • Project/action plan monitoring and follow up
  • Account scorecarding, Service Metrics Reporting, NPS/Webpunch monitoring and reporting
  • Provide and implement SLA and key metric customer service analysis/solutions 
  • May attend client meetings 
  • Facilitate network trainings and communications regarding commercial partners
  • Report communication to commercial clients
  • Facilitate meetings/calls with commercial clients
  • Project manager for commercial processes and strategy to obtain growth
  • Participates in company or team development events and meetings, including owner school and Meet the Team presentations on behalf of commercial division
  • Complete needed contract amendment, monitor expiration and facilitate renewals
  • Customer Satisfaction and conflict resolution with commercial clients and network
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Has a thorough understanding of systems used in the dispatch and reporting of claim transactions, including XactAnalysis and other systems as required
  • General knowledge of the commercial industry and Emergency Services
  • Restoration industry experience a plus
  • Obtains necessary industry trade certifications

Required Education and Experience:

Preferred Education and Experience: 
  • Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is an outside sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base in the property mitigation and restoration industry. The RSM will develop and implement Direct Partner Programs with insurance carrier residential/commercial in an assigned territory. The RSM role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share, while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with quality assurance and operations to support and assure that offices are delivering on promises and commitments made.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and secure new accounts, referrals, and existing relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to maintain/grow the existing account base and expand our market share and revenue percentages
  • Expand market share opportunities within a defined list of existing accounts in assigned areas 
  • Communicate with, train, and motivate network offices to understand and support the Business Development department    
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate strong leads 
  • Update Luxor records with account details 
  • Negotiate and complete MSAs (Master Service Agreements) with property insurance carriers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by 
    • Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads 
    • Acting to close deals and finalize agreements 
    • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue and growth goals 
  • Responsible for developing business relationships and residential/commercial programs with Tier two and three prospective property insurance carriers in assigned areas and defined as carriers who are top carrier in a state or a region outside of the top 100 in the country 
  • Responsible for account management which includes dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and compliance with service level agreements 
  • Work with the PDRI Business Development team to facilitate service opportunities 
  • Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration 
  • Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the VP of Business Development 
  • Analyzes and recommends programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all parties
  • All other duties as assigned

This position supports the Legal Department in managing and streamlining the contract review process, safeguarding data accuracy, and facilitating regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire contract negotiation process, from initial request and review to negotiation and execution. Ensure data integrity and adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the negotiation process. 
  • Spearhead the implementation, governance, and ownership of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This involves ensuring swift approvals, seamless negotiations, and timely contract executions. 
  • Review, redline, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including master service agreements, technology agreements, construction agreements, and NDAs. 
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring that contract terms are fair, reasonable, and aligned with the company’s risk tolerance. 
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with business owners across the enterprise as well as external suppliers, vendors, and partners. 
  • Responsible for creating reports, summarizing findings in presentations, collecting metadata, and suggesting ways to reduce risks and boost efficiency. 
  • Develop internal compliance programs to ensure regulatory, statutory, and contractual compliance and enforcement across the enterprise, including stringent insurance compliance measures. 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, document copying and binding, scheduling, etc., as needed. 
  • Provide other Legal support to all business units within the company.  


Work Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum of five years of in-house experience in Contract Management, preferably within a highly regulated industry.  
  • Having in-depth knowledge of contracting, from interpreting and understanding standard commercial contracts to redlining complex agreements and drafting simple addendums, Statement of Works, or termination notices. 
  • Having a working knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.  
  • Prior experience in implementing and managing a Contract Lifecycle Management Tool; Experience with Ironclad or other similar CLM is strongly preferred. 
  • Team player with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; capable of prioritizing requests appropriately while excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines. 
  • Ability to communicate complex contract issues effectively and to collaborate successfully with stakeholders, colleagues, and third parties. 
  • Hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders aligning on organizational objectives and driving actions to achieve project completion.
