What you will do:

  • Sales and negotiations: prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings and draft contracts — up to closing a deal;
  • Research industry trends, potential markets for business opportunities;
  • Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads coming through inbound and outbound channels; 
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and build relevant solutions; 
  • Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner;
  • Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term tasks and objectives;
  • Coordinate efforts with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches or ideas;
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments on Account Management, Service Delivery, Sales or Growth positions, ideally in tech industry;
  • Experience in closing deals;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset;
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2, both in writing and speaking);
  • Profound understanding of market research and data analysis techniques;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and AI-driven solutions;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner;
  • Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal;
  • Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement;
  • Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations;
  • Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things to seek solutions and progress always;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts;

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Assume ownership of technical issues reported by our customers and triage them as needed.
  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve even more complex tickets
  • Gather required technical information to ensure the resolution of complex cases 
  • Process customer inquiries containing technical issues and/or feedback, and provide solutions and resolutions
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Support on-site activities for both technicians, customers, and subcontractors
  • Manage and maintain updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs

What you need to succeed in this role: 

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting, system optimization, and security analysis
  • Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of how hardware and software platforms interact with one another
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience with UAV/UAS systems
  • Hands-on experience with network-related architecture and cloud-based systems
  • Experience with remote hardware debugging
  • Experience with and understanding of firewalls and port configuration
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
