Що будемо робити:

  • Оптимізовувати та розширювати стратегії ключових слів на основі аналізу конкурентів та ринкових тенденцій;
  • Співпрацювати з контент командою для оптимізації наявних матеріалів, створювати нові сторінки з високою конверсією та використовувати інсайти про ідеальний профіль клієнта ICP;

Що тобі буде потрібно:

  • 1,5+ роки комерційного досвіду у якості SEO Specialist;

What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on companies, products, tools, technologies, frameworks, and industries;
  • Organize and present key findings to stakeholders while systematizing essential information for future use;
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies and products, as well as best practices in customer support and process optimizations for BPO;
  • Analyze competitor strategies and new market developments to inform R&D initiatives;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent in English;
  • 4+ years of research or analytical experience, preferably in customer support or customer service field;
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, process mapping, and project management;
  • Technology-oriented mindset, strong interest in new tools, frameworks and products;
  • Knowledge of emerging customer support technologies (e.g., AI, automation, CX tools) and a passion for continuous improvement;
  • Working with advanced sources of information (above regular Google search);

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

  • Sales and negotiations: prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings and draft contracts — up to closing a deal;
  • Research industry trends, potential markets for business opportunities;
  • Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads coming through inbound and outbound channels; 
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and build relevant solutions; 
  • Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments on Account Management, Service Delivery, Sales or Growth positions, ideally in tech industry;
  • Experience in closing deals;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset;
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2, both in writing and speaking);
  • Profound understanding of market research and data analysis techniques;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and AI-driven solutions;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner;
  • Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal;
  • Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement;
  • Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations;
  • Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things to seek solutions and progress always;
