Summary: 

As a client service representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our client satisfaction and revenue leading into retention and revenue growth objectives. You will be providing phone-based support to customers from the comfort of your home! You will help resolve and escalate product & platform issues and answer account and billing questions. You will be using your communication skills and customer first mindset to empathetically collaborate with TCP’s customers to solve their issues. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email and chat based on SOPs 
  • Utilize TCP’s tech tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in day-to-day operations 
  • Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines 
  • Record, review and follow-up on requests and resolutions 
  • Investigate and research solutions 
  • Update customer records during conversations 
  • Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs including client facing time, call quality and occupancy 

What we are looking for: 

  • Technological Requirements: Dedicated home workspace needed; equipment details will be sent via email during the interview process. 
  • Comfortable working remotely in Eastern Time Zone for 08 hour shift with 30 mins unpaid lunch and two 15 mins unpaid breaks. 
  •  Availability for Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time
  • 1-2 years' experience of customer services in B2C focused financial and banking services industry 
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans 
  • Customer first orientation and being empathetic to their needs 
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset 
  • Hunger to learn and equip self with TCP’s technological suite 

What’s in it for you: 

  • Start Date: December 05, 2024 
  • Base Salary: $4/hour or $693/month 
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (01st & 15th of each month) 
  • Work Location: Remote
  • Work Hours: 09 hour shift with 01 hour of unpaid break (09 AM to 09 PM Monday to Friday). Saturday's as required post training.

The role covers end-to-end security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safeguarding sensitive data across all aspects of our IT environment. 

What you'll be Doing

End-to-End Security Management: Oversee the overall security of our infrastructure, including cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and core applications, ensuring robust protection across all systems and layers.

Infrastructure Security: Implement and maintain secure configurations for all cloud services, networks, and applications, safeguarding the organization’s critical assets and data.

Access Control & Identity Management (IAM): Manage and enforce identity and access management policies, ensuring proper access controls are in place for all users, systems, and devices.

Core Application Security: Ensure that all business-critical applications are fully secured against vulnerabilities, regularly perform assessments, and address potential security gaps.

Device & Endpoint Security: Manage the security of all employee devices, including enforcing BYOD policies and ensuring endpoint security measures are consistently applied.

Network Security: Design and maintain secure network architectures, including VPNsfirewalls, and monitoring, to protect internal and external communications.

Disaster Recovery & Incident Response: Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and incident response plans, ensuring quick and effective responses to security incidents.

Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.

  • 1-2 years' experience of customer services in B2C focused financial and banking services industry.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans.
  • Customer first orientation and being empathetic to their needs
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Hunger to learn and equip self with TCP’s technological suite
