Summary: 

As a client service representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our client satisfaction and revenue leading into retention and revenue growth objectives. You will be providing phone-based support to customers from the comfort of your home! You will help resolve and escalate product & platform issues and answer account and billing questions. You will be using your communication skills and customer first mindset to empathetically collaborate with TCP’s customers to solve their issues. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email and chat based on SOPs 
  • Utilize TCP’s tech tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in day-to-day operations 
  • Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines 
  • Record, review and follow-up on requests and resolutions 
  • Investigate and research solutions 
  • Update customer records during conversations 
  • Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs including client facing time, call quality and occupancy 

What we are looking for: 

  • Technological Requirements: Dedicated home workspace needed; equipment details will be sent via email during the interview process. 
  • Comfortable working remotely in Eastern Time Zone for 08 hour shift with 30 mins unpaid lunch and two 15 mins paid breaks. 
  •  Availability for Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time
  • 1-2 years' experience of customer services in B2C focused financial and banking services industry 
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans 
  • Customer first orientation and being empathetic to their needs 
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset 
  • Hunger to learn and equip self with TCP’s technological suite

Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be leading and managing the digital affiliate program for The Credit Pros (TCP) while collaborating with the Director of Business Development and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Develop and manage relationships with existing and new affiliates to drive traffic to TCP's website resulting in increased clients and sales who need their credit to be fixed.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support our Director of Business development by cultivating deep business relationships with our existing traffic partners in order to become first point of contact within our organization and maximize opportunities.  
  • Assist in onboarding new partners including overseeing their setup and technical integrations with our systems 
  • Provide targeted solutions that set our partners up for success and provide ongoing support. 
  • Create an engagement rhythm & meetings/calls including business reviews and solution selling opportunities. Actively follow up on all actions. 
  • Hunt for new opportunities to identify new potential affiliate partners. Pitch, close and onboard new sales deals and record all interactions in our company CRM (Salesforce). 
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure optimal service management for clients.  
  • Provide comprehensive reporting with appropriate data that helps drive the engagement and partnership and results in opportunities and growth 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners . 
  • Reengage inactive affiliates partners by offering new opportunities and solutions for collaboration.  
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance 
  • Present management with reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Min 2 yrs. experience in the digital marketing space, Credit Repair experience or other digital account management or affiliate sales experience will be a plus.  
  • Post secondary education in sales and/or marketing
  • Hunting mindset while performing in an individual contributory role
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for partnerships from new verticals   
  • General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication 
  • Organized and Efficient follow up skills 
  • Negotiation and campaign optimization skills 
  • Excellent online skills and experience with CRM and BI systems

Summary:  

The FP&A Analyst will report to the Controller and will have the opportunity to provide deep insights into the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results for the business as well as support forecasting activities and advanced analytics. Will also act as a trusted business partner to all business units leveraging resources across the organization to contribute to the identification of actionable insights for strategic decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively involve in preparation and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create and update financial models and projections based on various assumptions and scenarios.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with business units and functions.
  • Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and explain the drivers of performance deviations.
  • Understanding and managing financial risks, including mitigation strategies and risk assessment, by analyzing the financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and provide financial support for strategic initiatives and projects. Using planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts.
  • Participate in the information gathering and preparation of supporting documentation required by auditors.

What we are looking for:

  • Remote part-time availability 5-days/week or up-to 30+ hours (Mon-Fri in Eastern Time 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM Eastern Time). 
  • Bring Your Own Device: You need to have a computer matching our requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or modeling.
  • Knowledge of US GAAPS.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit, self-driven and passionate about transforming organizations.
  • Stellar work ethics and ownership of work. Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated discipline, organizational skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with financial software and systems.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A certification such as FP&A is preferred but not required.

Summary:  

As a Remote Sales Manager, you'll play a leading role in driving the revenue growth objectives with the help of your inside sales representative team. The role reports to the Director of Sales and executes the overall sales strategy of the TCP while developing and leading highly motivated sales super stars. 

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Take complete responsibility of the team’s sales target and lead them successfully achieving them. 
  • Manage a team of 15 to 20 remote inside sales agents. 
  • Manage overall team and individual agent’s KPIs with a closing mindset 
  • Motivating agents to perform better and go beyond minimum expectations.  
  • Managing a weekly budget for team building and agent motivating activities. 
  • Interviewing and recruiting sales agents to manage their team size. 
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members by reviewing call quality, administering training and coaching sessions, 1:1 check-ins and team huddles. 
  • Reporting performance and metrics to management and working alongside them to better execution and achievement. 
  • Perform agent management and administration tasks including payroll, approving paid time off (PTO) and attendance. 
  • Follow, create, update and recommend changes in processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness
