As a Senior Career Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of career counseling services to our clients while leading and inspiring a team of Career Counselling Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including seniors, mid-range professionals, and freshers.
Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and expectations.
Develop and implement personalized career counseling plans for each client.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of Career Counselling Associates.
Allocate clients to associates based on team capacity and expertise.
Monitor team performance to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
Service Delivery:
Oversee the delivery of all career counseling services to clients.
Ensure services align with clients' personalized plans and company standards.
Review and approve work completed by associates, including CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks on the team's work.
Ensure adherence to internal KPIs and quality standards.
Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly.
Data Management:
Accurately capture and store all client interactions and service delivery data in our cloud database.
Utilize data to track client progress and provide actionable insights for improvements.
Client Feedback and Improvement:
Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
Implement changes based on feedback to improve client satisfaction continuously.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and service outcomes for the Operations Manager.
Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing service enhancements.
