Your tasks:

  • You are familiar with e-mail marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Freshmail, MAPP or ELOQUA
  • You can use different CMS like WordPress, Hybris, Magento, SiteCore or Drupal.
  • You know CSS as well as HTML
  • You have a good command of Photoshop and enjoy being creative
  • You have an excellent command of content production and content maintenance
  • You know a good picture when you see it
  • You know which visual language pleases which target group
  • You have produced, tested and sent newsletters before
  • You are familiar with the latest trends related to digital marketing

Your skills:

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience – preferably in an agency
  • Experience with CMS, HTML and SEO
  • Independence, communicative skills and great commitment
  • Organisational talent and a structured working method

Responsibilities

  • Working in an interactive team consisting of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance engineers and Solution Architects to implement an optimal and sustainable product configuration with regards to customers specialties
  • Configure the Antavo Backoffice interface of our product and cooperate with the Engineering Team to extend our existing capabilities based on client request
  • Document and demonstrate the new product configuration that you deliver to the customers
  • Constantly expand your knowledge about our evolving product and customers’ feature sets with attentiveness to details
  • Answer client-specific product questions and assist them with guides to use the Backoffice in a self-service way
  • Suggest product improvements, discover new use cases and exchange knowledge with other colleagues

Requirements

  • Continuous learning of new technologies and use cases
  • Ability to memorize product specification details and think outside of the box
  • Understanding of software development processes
  • Work experience in a technical consultant or a tester position
  • Experience in using task management tools (eg. Jira, Asana)
  • Good overview and hands-on experience in web technologies (RESTful web services, Javascript frameworks, APIs, SDKs) and databases (both SQL and noSQL)
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • A friendly person who likes helping people solve problems

Nice-to-haves

  • Work experience at a SAAS company and/or in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with ecommerce (Magento, Shopify) and marketing CRM/automation platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys)
  • Deep knowledge in web technologies (RESTful web services, Javascript frameworks, APIs, SDKs) and databases (both SQL and noSQL)
  • Experience in working in an international environment

Who You Are


Required

  • 3+ years of experience in software development within the Magento 2 ecosystem.
  • Frontend language experience with  technologies  such as Javascript, jQuery, Knockout, React, and Less.
  • Experience with building, maintaining and debugging frontend templates, custom pages, and customization using Adobe Commerce best practices, including Blocks, Layouts, MVC Frameworks, etc.

Preferred / Extras

Corra is currently hiring an Account-Based Marketing Coordinator. The person in this role will be tasked with the creation and management of account-based marketing campaigns to both existing clients and prospects, in conjunction with the marketing team’s goals and efforts. The ideal candidate will display both creativity to ideate campaigns, and project management skills to carry out the work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and launch ABM campaigns to successfully engage strategic accounts moving them effectively though the buyer’s journey.

  • Work with the sales team to understand unique account opportunity scenarios and guide the team on the best ways to engage with their top accounts.

  • Regularly communicate feedback from the field to marketing to drive campaign and messaging evolution.

  • Partner with the clients success team to successfully onboard customers.

  • Assists in upselling and renewal work where applicable.

  • Create surprise and delight opportunities throughout the year, as well as manage celebratory client moments.

  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs , such as awards programs, community forums, and ongoing nurture campaigns.

  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.

  • Propose, drive and measure ROI across all projects and campaigns.

  • Assist with general marketing initiatives where needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of relevant Account Based Marketing experience

  • Experience creating and managing customer marketing campaigns

  • A creative mindset with the ability to program manage

  • Experience working cross- functionally with business development, sales, and customer success teams

  • Experience working in the ecommerce industry is a plus

  • Experience working with Hubspot is a plus
