Summary:

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to  maintain and build  account relationships with clients under their management with a primary objective of supporting their ecommerce initiatives, managing day to day site operations with a focus on driving GMV and incremental revenue and adding value.

Position Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Content Author will report to the Content Manager. The Content Author willcreate new content pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 or move existing content into a website depending on business need, building out webpages to meet designs, ADA requirements, and brand guidelines utilizing AEM components, templates, and other appropriate authoring techniques.This person will also need to have strong presentation and training skills to train new authors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Content Manager is responsible for maintaining content within a client’s web content management system. Typical projects include day-to-day updating of web content (typically Adobe Experience Manager), working with clients in conjunction with website refresh activities and manual completion of automated web migrations. The Content Manager role is not responsible for writing/creating content, but is responsible for posting content onto client websites, updating links, uploading images, creating new pages and similar website maintenance tasks.

Position Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a detailed-oriented QA Manager that will support the needs of our rapidly growing team. The Quality Assurance Manager works within software development and consulting teams that focus on the development and use of content management and ecommerce systems for enterprise clients, allowing for creation of highly customized digital experiences across web, social, mobile, internet of things (IoT), and in-venue channels. This role will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of quality assurance and testing plans for the project team(s) they are a part of. This role is also responsible for acting as the consulting face of the QA practice directly to our customers and stakeholders.

At the core of the Quality Assurance Manager role a candidate must be a proven leader able to navigate large projects with globally distributed teams. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with customers and be able to manage up as well as down to make sure all parties are aligned.

In addition, this role must be able to tailor a quality assurance and testing plan that’s appropriate to their product(s) and efficiently lead testing and inspection activities. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for providing project-level leadership and support to groups of Quality Assurance Specialists and external testers.  As a member embedded with development and consulting teams, other opportunities are available to participate in delivery as capabilities are demonstrated.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Principal Architect is a senior Technical Architect who develops technical specifications, models, and guidelines within a coherent technology framework.  Following formal solution, enterprise, and infrastructure architecture processes.  They design engineering technical approaches, including the standards under which engineering plans will be developed. POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION SUMMARY:  

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of eCommerce technology solutions. Areas of responsibility include project schedule variance, project financials, project success, project scope variance, project team utilization, and consistent high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Most importantly, we seek a team player with the ability to accomplish results as a team leader and as an individual contributor.  

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages day-to-day communications and expectations to ensure project success 
  • Facilitates regular status meetings via phone, video chat, and in-person meeting; generates and presents weekly status reports
  • Collaborates with internal teams, third parties and client stakeholders to ensure activities are planned and executed in a timely manner in accordance with project schedule; creatively solves problems and brainstorms solutions; communicates difficult information timely and tactfully
  • Controls quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation; enhances deliverables as needed; suggests process improvements when appropriate, ensures final acceptance
  • Manages risk, threats, opportunities, blockers and associated mitigation plans that could impact the success of the project; notifying internal and external stakeholders and escalating when appropriate
  • Understands what has been sold, what Blue Acorn iCi is responsible for delivering, and ensures the delivery of those commitments 
  • Overall accountability for project gross margin and management of client budget
  • Manages change requests for all scope, schedule, or budget changes
  • Creates, maintains, and executes detailed project plans
  • Coordinates tasks assignment, monitors progress, and ensures proper task completion
  • Identifies resources needed and collaborates with Resource Management to ensure optimal project staffing
  • Ensures client’s business objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable

QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a project management role in the technology space
  • Project management (including risk, issue, dependency, process, and milestone management)
  • Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Cross-functional team and people management
  • Budget and financial management including profit/loss, billing, and earned value management
  • Experience managing client and other third party relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities

PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES:   

  • Experience working at a professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm 
  • Experience managing complex web development projects 
  • Experience working in the eCommerce industry
  • Experience with Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), or Shopify+ platforms
  • PMP certification 
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Mavenlink
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require travel upon request.
