About This Role
The iRhythm Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (SDET) with proven experience. In this role you will be helping to build tooling and automation that will allow engineers in the organization to author automated test coverage for their features. You will be using your experience in CI/CD to integrate existing tests and frameworks into the development pipeline and be involved in the architecture of new frameworks and automation. This position provides an opportunity to work with a talented team on a diverse, innovative set of SaaS based solutions within the medical device/software industry. Responsibilities include:
- Improve existing and develop new automated tests for APIs, web applications, and end-to-end clinical workflows.
- Seek out opportunities to automate labor-intensive manual tests, maintain and optimize test frameworks.
- Automate test data creation – either at runtime or prepopulate.
- Show passion for teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Collaborate with Software Development and DevOps to build continuous integration pipeline.
- Develop automation infrastructure that meets high standards of technology best practices, quality, coverage, and reliability.
- Mentor junior test automation engineers.
About You:
- 5+ years of Test Automation development experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with integrating test automation with CI/CD
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise with an Object-Oriented programming language, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, etc.
- Experience working with testing tools such as TestNG, Appium, Selenium Web Driver, REST Assured, Postman
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions.
- Passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Salesforce a plus.
