The Direct Access Gateway team is building a solution that allows customers who are working with Qlik Sense SaaS applications to reload behind-the-firewall data in a secure way. As an Automation Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our solution, test plan design and automation developmentthat will preserve the high quality of ourproductand make our customers satisified with it.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Strategic Testing: Review market requirements, functional specifications, and detailed design documents to derive comprehensive test objectives, ensuring the quality of our products. 
  • Automated Testing: Design and implement automated test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and analyze results to enhance testing efficiency. 
  • Manual Testing: Design and execute manual test cases as needed, aligning with test objectives, and contributing to a robust testing framework.
  • Performance Testing:Setup performance test environmentand execute test casesthat will mimic customer scenarios.
  • Customer Verification:Diagnose and verify complex customer issues and be able to reproduce such issues in our lab.
  • Framework Contribution: Contribute to the maintenance and further development of the test automation framework, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance. 

 

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • At least 4 years’ experience testing software prodcuts.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with automation development.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
  • Excellent system analysis skills.
  • Fast learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with automation framework – e.g. Protractor, Selenium.
  • Experiencewith SQL language and database systems.
  • Experience with Javascript  - advantage
  • Experience with .Net Core - advantage

About This Role

The iRhythm Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (SDET) with proven experience.  In this role you will be helping to build tooling and automation that will allow engineers in the organization to author automated test coverage for their features.   • Passion for quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Salesforce a plus.

  • You are comfortable performing peer reviews and providing constructive feedback as part of a mentoring/coaching approach

Optional qualifications:

  • You have a testing qualification - e.g. ISTQB Foundation or Certified Agile Tester certification
  • Experience with Blazor Front End and Orleans
