We are searching for a seasoned, strategic, and highly motivated Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) to take our brand to new heights. As a Senior Brand Manager, your leadership and vision will play an integral part in driving our success in the apparel industry. Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic guidance and support to the brand management team in understanding and influencing the customers' business model and objectives.

  8. Drive store audits, lead critical customer meetings, and maintain account planners.

  9.  Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations and incorporate them into our strategy.

  10.  Lead cross-functional teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.

  11.  Manage and coach the Brand Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or a related field. MBA or a related Master’s degree preferred.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the apparel industry, product management, or related roles, with a strong track record of leadership.

3. Proven excellence in customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.

5. Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.

6. Advanced data analytics skillset to drive strategic decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.

7. Expertise in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and partners.

8. Flexible and proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning, growth, and taking on leadership responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization.

The Role

What you’ll do 

  • Coach and develop quota-carrying Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and continuous improvement while meeting and exceeding individual and team monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Develop and implement a robust process to promote thorough research and evaluation of promising leads for potential customers

          What you’ll do

          • Develop and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess the performance of the managed services business
          • Develop metrics to track the performance of individual managed service providers in the channel and create a framework for leading indicators around health
          • Develop and evangelize a GTM Strategy and Plan for the managed services route to market, and galvanize action around it across the business
          • Support the onboarding of new managed service providers in alignment with your developed GTM Strategy and ensure their smooth integration into our systems 
          • Lead highly x-functional initiatives to identify key gaps in our managed services processes and systems, and work to resolve them across respective teams
          • Drive large scale enablement across various functions to educate teams on the managed services process and GTM motion
