How will this role have an impact?

As a Recruiter, Network Management, you will locate, solicit, and recruit qualified providers to perform in-home health risk assessments for our client health plans. This position is responsible for developing relationships with clinicians by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, leads and referrals. The Recruiter builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified providers available for work nationwide.

This role will report to our Senior Director of Recruitment. 

What will you do?

  • Source healthcare providers, contact information and convert leads into working providers
  • Make outbound phone calls to providers and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider Signify Health
  • Screen, qualify and determine viability of providers
  • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare provider prospects
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with providers
  • Meet and exceed production goals and KPIs throughout a consultative sales cycle

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets
  • Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 to $110,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact?

A Sr. Client Operations Analyst supports the relationships with our health plan partners by providing prompt and accurate follow-up based on client requests, responding to ad-hoc reporting and deliverables from internal and external stakeholders, and pulling data to conduct thorough analysis.  In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client marketing materials, as well as recurring metrics and other support information necessary for effective client calls and capturing accurate notes for current and future follow-up items.  You will also ensure that deliverables are posted on time based on requirements outlined by our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for one or more complex, high-volume, national clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic programs and projects that align with the company's healthcare business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to define program goals, scope, and success metrics
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and provide direction and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with internal teams in support of client program objectives

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.

The Regional Manager team is responsible for leadership, management, and strategic oversight of Signify Health’s employed clinician network conducting in-home health risk evaluations. Positions reporting to this position:Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians

What will you do?

  • Provides point of contact clinical leadership to employed clinicians.
  • Direct supervision/management of employed clinicians including performance oversight, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions, as indicated.
  • Provide general management support to employed clinicians including review and approval of time off requests, disciplinary action, and expense report approval.
  • Conduct in field engagement including 1:1 coaching as well as group support activities.
  • Provide ancillary service training to employed clinicians as needed.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues in collaboration with the recruiting team.

How will this role have an impact?

The Regional Capacity Management Lead role is a critical role that will be dedicated to lead capacity distribution management and strategy for a territory of ~10-12 states and $200M+ revenue related to the Home & Community Services (HCS) business line. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be expected to drive capacity focused planning, stakeholder / goal alignment and lead overall planning / strategy for their assigned territory. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be responsible for consulting with and executing against Production’s client and regional forecasts and plans related to membership (TML), operating against the breakdown of state, county, plan assignments, and working with Network Development and Activation to establish a library of robust and confident Provider rosters.
 
Over the last 5 years, Signify’s HCS business has grown ~500% organically with the core operating model–including planning and forecasting–continuing to be conducted at the national level. In 2024, Signify’s structure will segment key operational functions out into a regionalized structure with a core team of four owning planning and execution in their territory. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be the owner and primary point contact for capacity management including all relevant stakeholders such as Network Development, Production, and Client Success teams.
 
The key responsibilities for this role include: 
 
1. Creating the capacity management forecast / plan for the region, leveraging details from the Production and Network Development Leads
2. Directing the focus of provider roster and assignments, or utilization, based on supply and demand drivers, promoting collaboration and communication between Production and Network Development
3. Establishing capabilities between demand and supply forecasts as part of Integrated Business Planning and leading monthly Capacity Review meetings for their territory

  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

How will this role have an impact?

Signify Health is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team within the Diagnostic and Preventive Services (DPS) Delivery organization.

About the Team:

Diagnostic and preventive screenings address multiple care gaps and can be completed during an In-Home Health Evaluation. Our nationwide network of more than 11,000 licensed clinicians conduct spirometry, peripheral artery disease, and bone density tests, plus lab collections that include HBA1c, eGFR, uACR, microalbumin, and fecal occult blood tests. Together, these integrated services create a more comprehensive and convenient care experience.

The DPS Delivery team is responsible for launching new screening and lab products that drive better health outcomes, close more gaps in care, and improve HEDIS and Star Metrics for our clients.


About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager of DPS Delivery, you will be responsible for managing strategic programs focused on new product development and service optimization initiatives. This role requires partnership with cross functional teams to define program scope and objectives, develop performance targets and KPIs, establish project plans, manage deliverables within set timelines, lead project team meetings, and manage status communications to executive leadership.

Cross functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential to success in this role. As a DPS Delivery Program Manager, you will report to the Director of DPS Delivery Operations and serve as a primary point of contact for Product, Operations, Finance and other business partners focused on the DPS service line.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product team counterparts to represent Operations team objectives and considerations through business case creation and approval for new product development opportunities
  • Establish program scope, objectives, success criteria, and develop phased project plans to meet program goals
  • Employ strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to convert transformative ideas to practical solutions that deliver results
  • Establish success metrics, including clearly defined and documented KPIs
  • Build project teams and program operating structures; effectively manage cross functional teams to deliver on program goals
  • Create standard project artifacts such as project charters, communication plans, requirements documents, project plans/timeline, and performance reports
  • Ensure exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Review and monitor operating metrics trends and results; partner with Analytics to obtain new or updated visibility into data when necessary
  • Manage program issues and risks as they arise; evaluate and solve complex problems including internal and external escalations
  • Develop scalable SOPs for Operations teams to support program expansion and scale enablement
  • Manage all written and verbal program communications to a broad range of stakeholders and executive leadership level
  • Run program retrospectives to surface process improvements to program management processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years professional experience with 4+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability owning program strategy, end to end management of program / project lifecycles, and delivery of demonstrated business results
  • Demonstrated ability leading and owning highly cross-functional programs within set timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to various audiences, including executive leadership level
  • High emotional intelligence, including the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various levels of leadership
  • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity who thrives in fast-paced and multifaceted environments and is able to deliver within defined timeframes
  • Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Adept with technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management and workflow tools like SmartSheets, Jira, Asana, or Lucid Charts
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience managing change and maintaining excellent relations with executives, customers, Operations and Product Management staff at all levels.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $88,200 to $153,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact? 

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations Analysis, the Manager, Operations Analysis will actively manage a team of operations analysts. This Operations Team is responsible for ongoing analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources to effectively identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of operational improvements in order to fill provider capacity to meet client goals.

This role involves strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders within the company, including but not limited to Member Outreach, Technology, Product, and Network Operations on individual assignments and within a team construct. It also requires high proficiency with analytical tools (G-Suite, Excel, SQL, Elasticsearch, integrated auto-dialing platform, etc.), strong communication skills and commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service. You’ll require a high level of adaptability to execute on new intra-organizational agile processes and utilize tools and applications to optimize the impact we make to the Clients and Members we serve.

Finally, this team member must exude a servant leadership style in coordination with their technical aptitude in order to coach, maximize performance, provide day-to-day progress, and help empower others with whom they work.        

What will you do?

  • Manage a team of operations analysts develop short and long-term production planning and execution for respective health plans by tactically approaching client & plan management to maximize acceptance opportunity
  • Lead internal sustainability efforts supporting issue identification and root cause analysis within our integrated auto-dialing system
  • Identify daily scheduling target capacity in close collaboration with the Capacity Management Team efforts.
  • Optimize daily provider productivity and ensure KPIs are on track to achieve client goal commitments via streamlined operational processes and enriched data enablement
  • Attend & lead planning meetings with the Director of Production and Production leads
  • Lead Operations team to implement action plans to troubleshoot systems irregularities
  • Conduct geographical analysis and planning efforts for membership territory analysis alongside systems staffing and capacity capabilities to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor membership volumes to maximize provider utilization and meet production goals.
  • Execute on pilot initiatives as required for business enablement functions
  • Create, maintain, and present reports to the Production leadership team to proactively communicate trends and status of current tasks, inclusive of process and systems improvements

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Logistics, Healthcare Management or other related field or equivalent professional experience/education
  • 5+ years of successful relevant work experience, preferably planning, forecasting, capacity management, productivity optimization, or logistics management.
  • Healthcare experience within direct Production or Operations environment a plus
  • An ability to identify trends and data patterns, make recommendations, and present findings to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated operations performance evaluation via analytical methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; especially Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and overall strong application adaptability.
  • A team-oriented mindset, the ability to assume leadership responsibilities in coordination with mentoring junior team members, and communicate with myriad organizational stakeholders.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,000 to $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
