About this team and role:

Mozilla’s global Sales team is responsible for driving a key area of growth and investment across several advertising surfaces within Firefox, Pocket, Mozilla Developer Network (MDN) and newly-acquired Fakespot. Our Sales team develops and delivers new revenue opportunities in alignment with these product teams. We are seeking an outstanding Sales Marketing professional to support the team in driving expansion for Mozilla’s thoughtful Advertising business and long-term revenue growth objectives!

You will manage pre-sales activities and day-to-day marketing efforts for the global Sales team, working across functions to expedite and optimize sales enablement. The role requires someone who is thorough, pays attention to detail, works with urgency and approaches problems in a structured, holistic manner. Because the teams are small and growing, with new products and features coming online in quick succession, you will need to become comfortable with ambiguity. You are organized and excited to partner with Sales, Business Development, Operations, Data Science, Finance and multiple Product and Engineering teams to help us grow this promising area of Mozilla’s business. This role will require you to have a keen understanding of online advertising and the ability to work with technical, legal and business partners.

What you’ll do:
  • Project manage pre-sale activities (e.g., support pipeline generation, beta program), focused on fresh and effective sales and marketing materials (some bespoke)
  • Create and execute Account Based Marketing programs
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with potential buyers.
  • Create and manage programs to ensure that the team’s pipeline goals are met
  • Occasional reporting - help field reps by generating and pulling reports to support sales efforts
  • In concert with sales team, advocate for new features, products and offerings
  • Support market and opportunity assessment

About this team and role:

Mozilla is looking to fill a Senior Technical Program Management position to support Mozilla’s TPM Shared Infrastructure team. This will require skills to lead medium to large-scale projects. Together, we will drive global multi-functional efforts with geographically dispersed team members and will be responsible for developing and leading efforts, ensuring project work and business objectives are met. The Role:

The Role

As the Associate Creative Lead Visual Design for Mozilla's European marketing team, you will support the creative vision for our social media and marketing communications across Germany, France, and other European markets. Working under the Head of Creative Studio Europe, you'll manage a team of 2 to deliver on-brand social media content on a daily basis. You will also support in ensuring brand consistency and an cohesive and engaging experience that attracts and connects our audience to Mozilla and products like Firefox. A creative visionary with:

Your Professional Profile:

  • Fluent in German, with exceptional copywriting review and script supervision capabilities for German.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Creative Lead or creative leadership, specifically within a social media context.

What You’ll Bring

Your Professional Profile:

  • 2-3 years of technical administration experience with email platform administration
  • Experience managing platforms as part of a larger integrated CRM-ecosystem.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce and working knowledge of SOQL/SQL strongly preferred. 
  • An understanding of data architecture, integration processes, requirements documentation, and API setup and maintenance is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience building empathetic, collaborative relationships with collaborators and internal partners
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

  • Oversee and manage the integration between Campaign Monitor and Salesforce; monitor and troubleshoot issues around data syncing.
  • Support list hygiene efforts and ensure compliance with data policies in collaboration with Corporation and Foundation staff.
  • Collaborate with Corporation product owners around shared systems; support identification and resolution of developments that impact the Foundation.
  • Contribute to data integration development and maintenance between Campaign Monitor and other systems including data warehouse and Pan-Mozilla platforms. 
  • Work with key partners and fellow CRM team members to identify and expose necessary data for segmentation in Campaign Monitor and for use in BI tools.
  • Identify and remove subscribers that are no longer in data compliance with retention policies in coordination with key partners.

Training and Documentation - 20 % of time

  • Maintain the data dictionary used for email segmentation and train new staff on proper use.
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation for Foundation partners.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for staff on the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support for partner questions and knowledge sharing via internal channels such as Slack. 

 

Your Professional Profile:

  • 2-3 years of technical administration experience with email platform administration
  • Experience managing platforms as part of a larger integrated CRM-ecosystem.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce and working knowledge of SOQL/SQL strongly preferred. 
  • An understanding of data architecture, integration processes, requirements documentation, and API setup and maintenance is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience building empathetic, collaborative relationships with collaborators and internal partners
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. 
  • Experience with developing training and user documentation for onboarding and utilization.

About this team and role:

This is a hybrid (test operations, SRE)-type role in support of scalable build & test automation as well as architecting test strategy for all mobile platforms. In this senior role, you will be joining a team of quality owners dedicated to applying the highest industry-standard test engineering practices for all our Mozilla mobile products.

What you’ll do: 

  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a broad range of project teams inside and outside Mozilla including mobile developers, product, localization, release engineering, IT, operations as well as Firebase community and Bitrise support staff.
  • Contribute to the team in a spirit of mutual respect and support, look for opportunities to both learn and mentor as the need arises. 
  • Design, build and maintain test infrastructure to support scalable and robust test automation.
  • Provide architectural guidance for manual testing strategies focused on user experience.

What you’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in iOS and/or Android test automation.
