The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more through thoughtful and refreshing content and storytelling. You will serve as global social brand guardian, and collaborate closely with Love, Bonito’s key markets (SG, HK, US, PH, ID, MY) to build and strengthen Love, Bonito’s global social community and presence.

Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will analyse, report, and optimise social channel performance to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  • Lead daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.

Ideation and Analysis:

  • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
  • Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Lead in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
  • Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.

  • Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team.
  • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing Love, Bonito's presence on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, TikTok) through inventory and store operation. Reporting directly to the Senior Online Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our day to day operation. You’ll be in charge of new product launches, manage inventory, drive promotions, and keep store operations fresh during campaigns, while handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly, and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Launch Enabler:

  • Prepare and verify product details to ensure accuracy for registration, maintain precise details according to launch plan and correct product size classifications.
  • Ensure all product images meet the required specifications for various marketplaces
  • Accurately register products in the marketplace seller center before launch
  • Activate and deactivate SKUs as needed before product launches
  • Verify that all products are correctly reflected across marketplaces and 3PL system
  • Update launch trackers to ensure all SKUs are accurately registered

Inventory & Data Management:

  • Maintain inventory data by updating the SKU database to reflect registered product launches across marketplaces
  • Updating changes to price, product name, and variations as needed
  • Conducting regular end-to-end stock checks to monitor product movement

Promotion Management: 

  • Manage promotions across marketplaces including sales price, vouchers, gifts with purchase (GWP), and flash sales

Store Operation:

  • Responsible for store operations, including store decoration and category refreshment during each campaign
  • Handling ad-hoc store operation tasks as needed

The Role

You will become an integral part of the Merchandising department at Love, Bonito. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our Merchandising team scopes. From assisting Buying & Launching, to assisting sales performance review, you will be pivotal to the execution of our merchandising operations. You will also be responsible to support inventory movement and support team objectives to achieve high sales through rate & health inventory.

Main Responsibilities

Launch Execution

  • Prepare & execute weekly online new arrivals from product detail and image until all products are uploaded correctly.
  • Execute strategic website VM arrangement based on merchandising sorting logic.
  • Prepare & execute markdown items launched for monthly Sale Page and during Sale event. 
  • Liaising with HQ to gather missing product information(Barcode, missing SKUs, etc). 
  • Support any Online Projects & Sale event.

Assortment & Inventory Performance

  • Execute weekly New Arrivals Replenishment.
  • Curate weekly SKU Curation to support the Marketing Team in succeeding new customer acquisition. 
  • Curate and liaise with Marketing to create thematic SKU Curation.
  • Become key support for inventory movement and operations.

Requirements & Experiences :

  • Minimum 1 year of Junior Merchandising experience.
  • Proactive, and willing to learn, with good project management skills. 
  • Have good sense of Ladies fashion and trends.
  • Basic skills and knowledge in Excels.
  • Fashion design or Fashion marketing Graduates are considered major plus points.

The role

The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers & community reach out, campaign and offline events. The role will be the liaison for influencer partners, brand partnerships, campaign and event management. Additionally, a collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Assistant Marketing Manager and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

KOL 

  • Build thoughtful influencer campaign planning based on campaign objective and performance target both for branding and sale campaign.
  • Analyze and generate performance report for influencer campaign in weekly basis and suggest key initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Handle end-to-end execution of influencer seedings with the help of a PR intern.
    This includes: generating weekly influencer catalog, KOL outreach & fee negotiation, request clothing delivery, sending out KOL brief and unique links to monitor posting’s quality.
  • Active in researching and suggesting new potential influencer names that matches to brand’s profile.
  • Foster genuine and lasting relationships with LB’s KOL pools through planning monthly KOL birthday kit and care package, prompt in assisting KOL’s request and be the representative of LB or first point of contact to KOL in offline events.
  • Be highly collaborative with the internal cross-department (especially Creative team, Operations & Merchandising team) to ensure a smooth delivery of influencer campaigns. 
  • For special projects that require sending PR kit to KOL, ideate concept of PR kit including products to be featured and liaise with creative team for production.
  • For special projects, conduct KOL research and suggesting list of potential KOL for new market or geographical penetration.

Brand Partnership & Community

  • Under manager supervision, be the timeline and project manager for offline events – including but not limited to press events/ collection previews, influencer networking sessions, and VIP events.
    Project manager scope include, but not limited to:
    -Planning out of the box and on-trend offline event concept and flow
    -Assign relevant event hosts (KOL/ LB Community)
    -Production timeline management
    - Be the main point of contact to cross departments and event vendors
    - Be the main point of contact pre and during event day
    - Conduct post-mortem event report based on agreed event metrics
  • Actively scoping for new brand partnership and/or external potential partners to work with to drive brand awareness in the market.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with existing brand partners from national to local-city reach from digital-to-traditional corporations/ individuals.
  • For special projects, conduct community research for new market or geographical penetration.
  • Generate copywriting for PR-related marketing collaterals: translating press releases, greeting cards, event collaterals, others. 

Requirements & Experiences :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
  • 2-3 years working in Marketing, Agencies, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles

The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand and reaching new customers in our focus markets by leveraging on growth marketing and SEO. Main responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the customer journey in order to reach and convert the right audience by leveraging on growth marketing and SEO
  • Collaborate with other members of the Growth team, Analytics, Brand, Finance and country teams to strategize, plan and execute new customer growth initiatives
  • Define and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition while managing ROI and efficiency constraints
  • Leverage data and analytics to find new growth & optimization opportunities and identify key drivers for customer acquisition 
  • Translate analytics and insights into actionables. Measure and communicate effectiveness of growth initiatives, and channels performance

Drive customer acquisition and reach the most relevant audience

  • Drive strategy and execution of all paid advertising channels (Search, Social, Programmatic Display, Affiliate) and be responsible for all performance marketing KPIs across markets; work closely with all of advertising / technology partners (e.g. Google, Facebook etc.) to implement best practice of full digital advertising setup to achieve optimal growth and efficiency
  • Regular reporting to optimise the performance of campaigns across markets and share insights across all levels, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Measure, analyse and report performance of paid, affiliate and onsite channels and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
  • Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments,  incrementality tests and present data-driven recommendations for traffic growth and new customer acquisition in an agile manner.
  • Strategize and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular testing
  • Work with cross functional teams to optimise ad creatives and audience targeting to drive better conversions and ROAS
  • Coordinate and partner with analytics, data engineering and product team to improve marketing automation, attribution model and data tracking
  • Act as a functional expert and thought leader in cross-functional projects by providing best practices and consultation from a growth marketing and customer acquisition perspective

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in paid search, social and display

The Role

As the Customer Care AM/Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of our customer care team. You will manage a team of customer service agents to deliver efficient and high-quality service across our support channels.

  • Work with our BPO partners to enable a scalable customer care team with consistent, high quality service
  • Manage relations with our BPO partners, including: Contract agreements, invoicing and annual reviews
  • Manage onboarding program for customer care agents from: training material creation, screening talent, interview and ensuring smooth agent onboarding
  • Facilitate agent training sessions and briefings for ongoing campaign and promotional offers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Professional Degree in a relevant field

The role

You will have a front row seat in impacting women across the globe through our design. You will be responsible for managing the creation for all Love, Bonito’s collections, seeing the collections through from initial researching, sketching and tech packs to the finished product. You will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Love, Bonito as we develop our Design Department for internationalization and scale.

You should have / be

This includes sourcing for materials, explaining concepts and ideas, as well as negotiating design and cost constraints to problem solve together with our Chinese manufacturers.

Main responsibilities

Designing

  • User-centric, thoughtful approach to gathering insights and solving for customer needs
  • Understand the market, targeted customer personas, and good design principles through research, store visits and customer studies
  • Create products that fulfill our brand mission of being modern, relatable, and of good quality & value
  • A good eye for fashion, upcoming trends and spotting what resonates with consumers

Technical Development

  • Produce technical drawings, with the ability to create detailed tech packs with accurate measurements
  • Partner with other designers in creating seasonal color stories, initial fabric and trims selections
  • Actively participate in fit sessions, working with live models and giving comments to suggest fit changes

Project Management

  • Plan project timelines according to production and development days
  • Track and monitor relevant product development calendars
  • Maintain an organized archive of all tech packs and fit samples

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years industry experience in a Fashion Design / Technical Design role
  • International, overseas experience is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

The role

You’ll be part of the Global Social Media Pillar, with solid hands-on experience in developing a brand-centric social media strategy across various social channels.. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Global Social Media Manager to oversee the execution of the global social media calendar, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  • Manage daily operations across Global Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.

About the Role:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant to SAP Consultant. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior consultant in maintaining the SAP system.
