Your Mission

The Nuvei Integration Services expert plays a crucial role in contributing to the day-to-day operations and activities of the Integration Services department. This position requires you to develop a deep knowledge of the Nuvei integration services and environment. You must build your expertise and knowledge in Nuvei integration API products.

The primary role of the position is to provide the Integration support team with 3rd level technical support services, but it also involves collaboration with other internal teams, including Sales, Relationship Management, R&D Product, System Analysts, and more, to deliver high-level technical solutions.

Hybrid working model - Employees are required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide adequate support and guidance to our integration teams and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for technical queries related to integration (3rd-level support).
  • Support the 1st and 2nd level integration teams and ensure timely resolution of any issues by coordinating with various teams, including Product/R&D, SA, Account Managers/Operations, TCSM, and other stakeholders, to address client needs.
  • Perform sign-off on new products in the sandbox environment and assist the technical implementation and integration service roles, ensuring that the integration support team receives practical and helpful support and knowledge.
  • Assist in the technical implementation and integration service roles, ensuring practical and helpful support and knowledge are provided to Nuvei’s integration support team.
  • Contribute to adopting new technology, tools, processes, and procedures to enhance our services.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to achieve goals and objectives, providing regular feedback on performance.
  • Contribute to delivering excellent service experiences and participating in strategic programs.
  • Demonstrate support for the corporate mission, core values, and long-term objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and highlight any technical issues to the team.
  • Hands-on technical experience in the Payments/Fintech industry
  • Proven experience in a technical Support role in an international high-tech company.
  • Knowledge and experience in the alternative payment options space.
  • Familiarity with REST API and SDK, understanding technical architecture, APIs, and overall system design.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in a technical role, demonstrating the ability to solve technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use data to support assumptions and define metrics.
  • Collaborative thought partnered with the ability to work across multiple team boundaries.
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure; occasional availability after working hours may be required.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex schemes.
  • Professional level of English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.

Sales Support

  • Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess cross-partner value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features.

  • Provide regression testing / documentation

Engineering

  • Providing and/or assisting with document and solution projects for end users and partners.
  • Provide Development with specifications for customer requests and feature enhancements.

Operations & Installation

  • Support installation teams as needed to make sure onboarding is smooth and any training needs are met.
  • Assist front line support with service and support related questions when the issue needs escalated.
  • Help develop and maintain support KB docs.
  • Develop subject matter expertise for end-to-end partner and customer experiences – across all channels

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain consultant level training for a primary ERP.
  • Ability to install / configure / train on primary ERP. § Work with publisher to retain licensing / sandboxes etc as applicable for ERP.
  • Minimum of 1 year Netsuite experience

Senior Level Criteria

  • The Sr Product Manager will be able to accomplish the Development – Sales – Engineering & Operations items noted above with limited assistance.
  • Demonstrate understanding of basic ERP business logic. § Demonstrate installation / configuration / processing of primary ERP as it pertains to the Paya ERP solutions (Ie: Sales Order / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable functionalities)

Overview:

Provides customer satisfaction by resolving technical, financial, and transaction issues while answering informational requests with various activities as related to Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network and/or Remote Deposit Capture transactions. Works on a team tasked with the critical job of ensuring that customers adhere to processing agreements in accordance to National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Rules and Regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches, corrects and maintains transactions to successfully process consumer debits through the ACH Network and/or Remote Deposit Capture
  • Controlling and reporting daily balancing of 7 central processing/ODFI bank accounts
  • Act as bank liaison to resolve outages and request supporting documentation to balance processing accounts
  • Request time sensitive proof of authorizations, originating from the ODFI
  • Complete merchant maintenance request, address change, points of contact additions, email updates, etc.
  • Gain understanding of our compliance system to handle tax edit revision
  • Inputs essential data and documentation from received authorization documentation of the Electronic Funds Transaction (EFT) or equivalent to provide to Collections staff for returned consumer debit transactions
  • Places outbound calls and emails to contact our Merchants (Paya Services Customers) to request authorization documentation, electronic funds transaction receipt (EFT), or equivalent for ACH Network transactions when consumer debit transactions return.
  • Receives inbound calls to answer inquiries from merchants (Paya Services Customers) resulting from requests for authorization documentation of the EFT receipt or equivalent.
  • Reviews and requests merchant debit/consumer credit requests as applicable.
  • Merchant (Paya Services Customers) maintenance for the purposes of successfully processing consumer debits or credits; merchant credit or debits; merchant fees; also, to include ISO payouts in relation to transactions processed through the ACH Network and or/Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Analyzes consumer and Merchant (Paya Services Customers) issues to identify problem areas and take appropriate corrective action. Requests approval from management when applicable.
  • Reviews, calculates, and requests refunds as manual ACH credits to ISOs, merchants, or consumers due to processing problems (i.e. duplication of charges, incorrect charges, or to salvage relations).
  • Makes outbound collection attempts on all returned merchant fees and debits transactions that were received from date received through 60 days.
  • Completes cancellations of merchants at the end of the month for returned fees and/or debits, and process standard incoming cancellation request.
  • Reviews individual merchant accounts to place or release funds in reserve as result of risk mitigation.
  • Prepares deposit report for all checks received in the Accounting and Finance Departments. Verify posting within eMagnus for internal cash controls.
  • Posts adjustments (cash entries) within eMagnus, for reconciliation purposes, duel verification required to ensure strong internal cash controls.Ensures compliance with internal documentation requirements by maintaining desktop procedures and/or checklists
  • Contributes to change initiatives, and seeks out opportunities to automate manual functions for efficiency
  • Participates in task/project groups across department lines, as needed
  • Protects company proprietary and confidential information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of related Finance or Banking experience
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
  • Knowledge and competence in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or similar office software products.

About You

  • Interested in people development and investing in personal development, coaching, experience doing so.  
  • Payments experience required with an ability to consult and advise clients on many facets of the payments ecosystem.

Your Mission 

Responsible for providing support to the contact center during daily operations. Duties include live monitoring of service levels, schedule maintenance, phone system and queue optimization, as well as preparing numerous reports relating to contact centre performance. The Workforce Management Specialist will also be expected to take on different projects related to Power BI and report automatization.  

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Create and automate Contact Center Reports using Power BI 
  • Act as Phone System Administrator to create and maintain IVRs 
  • Build and update monthly schedules 
  • Organize the offline activities and training sessions 
  • Assist Supervisors with real time adherence of contact center queue 
  • Prepare and maintain reports pertaining to productivity, attendance, adherence, and quality assurance 
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that we have the tools needed to meet our goals 
  • Perform root-cause analysis to understand issues affecting the Contact Center and assist management with strategies that will improve daily operation

 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:  

  • 2 Years of Workforce management experience 
  • College Diploma (University Degree an asset) 
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI 
  • Experience with phone system admin (experience with Five9 is an asset) 
  • Excellent track record regarding work ethic and attendance 
  • Strong computer skills and ability/willingness to learn new software applications 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the many variables that impact Contact Center performance 
  • At ease with working independently and meeting deadlines 
  • Able to work with urgency and intervene quickly during periods of peak call volume

Your Mission

Your Mission   

We are seeking a VP of Southern Europe Sales/Business Development to lead and build a team (10+ Fte’s) that’s dedicated to the delivery of new business, build our local footprint and will manage the teams in all countries. This role is accountable and responsible for the overall sales performance including achieving targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives aligned to the overall Nuvei business strategy.

Your Mission

The Relationship Management Support is responsible for the timely and high-quality data entry of Direct merchant application information into the company's systems. This position will liaise with sales, underwriting, and relevant merchant services teams to ensure the merchant’s seamless and efficient application experience. In addition, this position will provide be application lifecycle tracking and providing pre-application support (statement analysis). Assist potential merchants through each step of the setup process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have about the application process. Assist the Client Success Team with new merchant onboarding and merchant support tasks as needed.

  • Responsible for the set up and management of new merchant applications and documentation.

Your Mission 

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our troops. This person will be responsible for all aspects of functional testing of a web-based software development project. Manual and some automated testing should be performed. This position will work with the development teams to define, develop, and execute test plans and test cases, using industry standard practices and tools.

Your Mission

As Account Manager (Small and Medium business) you will be leading and accountable for all the operational related aspects to portfolio of large and medium size merchants. Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our team. About the position

The Risk Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding Nuvei and its Merchants against fraudulent activities and maintaining the security and integrity of the organization. The role combines the expertise of fraud detection and prevention with advanced business intelligence (BI) capabilities. The Risk Intelligence Analyst manages the dynamic and ad-hoc analysis of data to identify sophisticated fraud patterns and develop preventive strategies to enhance the company’s fraud detection systems, leveraging information from all available internal sources and BI tools.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

  • Monitoring and optimization of approval, decline, 3DS, and authentication ratio in all Nuvei Acquirers.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent activities and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with other team members and the Risk Intelligence Analysts Team Leader on data collection, analyses, and synthesis of information.
  • Design and maintain databases and data systems necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborates with the team company’s, departments, and management goals and solutions, prepares complex presentations, and assists with multiple projects, safety practices, and deadlines assigned by the Risk Intelligence Analysts Team Leader and VP Risk Management.
  • Works closely with Risk Management, IT, Compliance, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure cohesive and effective data-driven analyses, fraud prevention measures and reporting to achieve set goals.
  • Regular review/evaluation of data analysis practices, strategies, implemented fraud detection models and BI processes to best identify trends and patterns and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assists the Risk Intelligence Analysts Team Leader with procedures maintenance and implementation of best practices to minimize loss to the company due to chargeback or fraud issues, technical or system communication problems.
  • Be actively engaged in learning and finding relevant insights about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to fraud detection, data optimization and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance and economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience and knowledge (3+ years) in a fraud prevention role and data analysis, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Google Data Studio, etc.) and data analysis software (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM tools (SalesForce precisely).
  • Superior Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.

Our Contact Center takes care of our merchants in North America and makes their lives easier by helping resolving both customer service and technical issues.
We are the first line of support, greeting all our clients, answering majority of their queries, and solving the issues, or escalating them to other relevant departments 24/7.

In your role as an Analyst, you will identify and process both ACH and Transaction rejects. You will be responsible for reviewing accounts to validate and update merchant banking information. As part of daily tasks, you will also update internal tracking, create reporting, notify merchants of rejects, fix reject issues, place merchants on hold, monitor hold accounts, and resubmit rejects to get funds.

 

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Identifying rejects using back-end reporting and settlement systems (e.g. e-connections and Green screens)
  • Placing merchants on hold and monitoring hold accounts
  • Updating multiple Internal CRM and tracking databases when rejects are reprocessed
  • Creating reports using Excel
  • Communicating with merchants
  • Fixing rejects and resubmitting to get funds, requiring detail-oriented and logical reasoning
  • Updating bank account information
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications (Skills/Experience)

  • Minimum 1-year experience within the Credit Card processing industry, banking experience is a plus (preferably ACH)
  • Good practical knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Customer service experience

En tant qu'analyste, vous identifierez et traiterez les rejets d'ACH et de transactions. Vous serez chargé(e) d'examiner les comptes afin de valider et de mettre à jour les informations bancaires des commerçants. Dans le cadre des tâches quotidiennes, vous mettrez également à jour le suivi interne, créerez des rapports, informerez les commerçants des rejets, réglerez les problèmes de rejet, placerez les commerçants en attente, surveillerez les comptes en attente et soumettrez à nouveau les rejets pour obtenir des fonds.

Principales tâches / responsabilités

  • Identifier les rejets à l'aide des systèmes de reporting et de règlement en amont (par exemple, les connexions électroniques et les écrans verts).
  • Mettre les commerçants en attente et surveiller les comptes d'attente
  • Mise à jour de plusieurs bases de données internes de gestion de la relation client et de suivi lorsque les rejets sont traités à nouveau
  • Création de rapports à l'aide d'Excel
  • Communiquer avec les commerçants
  • Correction des rejets et nouvelle soumission pour obtenir des fonds, ce qui nécessite un raisonnement logique et axé sur les détails
  • Mise à jour des informations sur les comptes bancaires
  • Toute autre tâche assignée.

Qualifications (compétences/expérience)

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le secteur du traitement des cartes de crédit, une expérience bancaire est un plus (de préférence ACH)
  • Bonne connaissance pratique d'Excel et d'autres programmes MS Office
  • Expérience du service à la clientèle
  • Bon jugement, fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale en anglais (indispensable)
  • Une connaissance de base du français est requise, car ce poste implique des communications avec des collègues et des clients qui peuvent se trouver au Québec.
  • Personne débrouillarde et capable de prendre des initiatives
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en pleine croissance et au rythme rapide.

Your mission:
As a Financial Controller at Nuvei you will be reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures including G/L maintenance and reconciliations;
  • Preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements of the company and reporting to the Bank of Lithuania;
  • Manage an on ongoing reconciliations for the EMI activity;
  • Work with external auditors and advisors on audit and accounting / tax matters;
  • Work on a daily basis with an internal accountant (direct reporting line);
  • Perform ongoing financial activities to ensure the integrity of accounting information and perform controls over bookkeeping transactions and reporting;
  • Assist in a cash flow management and analysis including handling ongoing payments activity and reports from local and foreign banks;
  • Assist site managers with ongoing finance related tasks;
  • Control a payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers;
  • Implement and maintain finance policies as well as take part in Ad-Hoc projects.

 Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar;
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, audit or controlling;
  • BIG 4 work experience;
  • Deep knowledge of financial & accounting requirements and taxation;
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial reporting (IFRS standards);
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel;
  • Proficient English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal);
  • Experience in Navision would be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Problem solver and "get the job done" attitude;
  • Well organized with outstanding attention to details.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Corporate accounting systems analyst to join our fast-growing Financial Reporting team. Reporting to our Director, Financial Reporting, you will be supporting the team on our consolidation system and other reporting system initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and improve our consolidation system (OneStream)
  • Support and improve our reporting system (Workiva)
  •  Identify issue and recommend solution for corporate systemsExecute on system development project and initiative
  • Interact with the different business units and corporate departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial system implementation experience (ERP or EPM) is a must

Nous recherchons un analyste financier senior pour rejoindre notre équipe financière en pleine expansion. Sous la responsabilité de notre directeur de rapports financiers, vous soutiendrez l'équipe sur notre système de consolidation et sur d'autres initiatives de systèmes de rapports.

Principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le support et la maintenance de notre système de consolidation (OneStream)
  • Assurer le support et la maintenance de notre système de reporting (Workiva)
  • Soutenir la conception d'un plan de projet et d'une stratégie de test pour l'outil de création de rapports financiers
  • Exécuter le projet et l'initiative de développement du système
  • Préparer des rapports pour l'équipe de gestion du projet
  • Interagir avec les différentes unités opérationnelles et les départements de l'entreprise.
  • Veiller à ce que les contrôles SOx relatifs à la gestion du changement soient exécutés et correctement documentés.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Une expérience de la mise en œuvre d'un système financier (ERP ou EPM) est requise.
  • La connaissance de OneStream est un atout majeur.
  • 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité
  • Niveau d'énergie élevé, axé sur l'obtention de résultats et la réalisation d'objectifs commerciaux.
