Your Mission:

Product Manager will oversee and further develop Nuvei Banking products, platforms and its services.

We are looking for additional team member to join the rapidly growing Banking product team. The selected product manager will join a small yet professional, ambitious, and highly motivated team of fintech experts that is building a new generation of banking products within a global financial technology company. The person will oversee and further develop Nuvei Banking products, platform, and its services to satisfy increasing international B2B partners’ needs.

About the position

Nuvei’s Team Lead Solutions responsible for a team of Solution Engineers who act as a technical and product consultant to potential partnership or strategic clients. Architecting client or a partner solution with Nuvei payment services to apply both client business demands and Nuvei best practices.

As a Team Lead of solution engineers you will be responsible on team of experts who act as technical leaders and liaison to our technology partners ecosystem, for Nuvei’s products and technologies in the US and Canada.

  • A key expert and leader with knowledge in payments, in SaaS and Acquiring technologies, integration frameworks and able to define, design and implement sophisticated techniques to deliver best-in-class technical product services.

Your Mission

As Operational Account Manager - Enterprise, you will be leading and accountable for all the operational-related aspects of a portfolio of large and medium-sized merchants. Through constant customer engagement, products and services enablement, managing multiple tasks and project management, onboarding of new entities, and supporting the expansion of existing and future merchant businesses.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products with excellent customers experience. The Sales Operations Delivery Manager is based within our Sales Operations team and reporting into Sales Operations Director.

This role oversees the operational aspects of multiple deliveries at a time. You will collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, create proper plans, and ensure they are delivered with a time-sensitive deadline.

The Sales Operations Delivery Manager must be a strategic thinker and able to influence others as well as successfully work and manage operational tasks across several teams. This role requires a highly motivated and skilled candidate with proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Customer experience is mandatory with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for the execution of multiple complex operational deliveries.

Nuvei’s Senior Technical Client Success Manager (hereinafter: “TSM”) acts as the trusted advisors to premium accounts of the company, as well as a strategic focal and escalation point for technical improvements, business requirements and important incidents that may arise. The TSM manages client’s projects, managing client solutions and coordinates requirements in cross company collaborations – work in collaboration with internal and external experts. In addition, is responsible for researching potential market trends and product developments that will provide added values to client’s business technical operation, while directing the technical teams with partner’s latest schemes and essential needs.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the business framework and its technical implications for a client or a prospect partner, within the turbulent payment landscape throughout new trends and ongoing regulations applied to relevant markets.
  • Represent Nuvei most strategic clients and their interests (mostly technical and product demands), by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client, while constantly engaging with the client to achieve at most satisfaction.
  • Learn and specialize in the Nuvei Core Platform architecture and business cases, to accommodate client needs properly, with Nuvei’s various solutions.
  • Matrix managing payments technical solutions per required regulations, market demands, and client needs for complex implementations and high-level tier prospects and partners.
  • Identify product gaps, raise with the relevant internal teams by taking main role in shaping and designing the products, payment features and services, and oversee the delivery with full accountability.
  • Mediate custom requirements between the client side to internal departments while you liaise with both the internal engineering team and client teams, to ensure successful delivery stream by coordination of project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to manage client projects and ensure delivery per plan.
  • Establish operational service excellence through identification of issues, troubleshooting and execution of technical fixes to improve efficiency, remove obstacles, or create optimal processes and approaches to the business.
  • A go-to person for Production escalations, and clarifications, while directing the Support teams in resolving client issues, while putting effort to tie up loose ends.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of internal and external data sources, in order to identify strategic alternatives and devising detailed development and technical plans for Nuvei Premium clients and Key accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks running on parallel timelines and collaborate in a global and remote environment, while working in versatile fields (technology, product and business).
  • Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple platform units, while working with remote teams and external partners both from client and platform side.
  • Provide excellent customer service (white-gloved) through active listening on every interaction while adjusting support approach to accommodate client needs.
  • Passionate about technology and customer service and helping others.
  • BS.C in Industrial Management or BA in equivalent degree.

Your Mission   

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Nordics team. Reporting to our Sales Director Nordics, you will be supporting the team on developing new commercial relationships with a key focus on ecommerce.  

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within global enterprises with a thorough understanding of one or more of the targeted verticals.

  • Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at C-level. 
  • Directly identify and develop new sales programs with merchants. 
  • International mindset and ability to coordinate cross countries' projects and intercept new opportunities from partners and industry regulatory changes. 
  • Strong pipeline management via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecast of performance and deliver consistent results among Tier1 & 2 prospects. 
  • Have one or more vertical specific sales experience in retail, digital content, financial services etc.
