Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Functional Solutions Architect to play a key role in optimizing operations and maximizing the value of the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and transportation.

The position is 100% REMOTE, however you must currently reside in the USA and there is NO SPONSORSHIP available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify new suppliers.

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Develop and maintain inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet customer requirements.

• Manage logistics and transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

• Leverage Oracle Supply Chain export functionality to extract and analyze data for improved decision-making.

• Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance metrics.

• Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.

• Lead and mentor team members responsible for supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.

• 10 full life cycle projects, which includes at least 2 full cloud projects

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, particularly demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Experience with exporting and importing data from Oracle SCM systems

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Oracle Finance, including implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices for the Oracle Finance system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identifying, writing and managing business requirements
* Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping and process stages of implementations
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for Oracle Finance
* Identify and implement best practices for Oracle Finance

REQUIREMEMNTS:

* 10 years overall experience with a minimum of 5 years experience as an Oracle Finance Solutions Architect/SME
* 2-4 Oracle Financials Cloud implementations and 4-6 on prem implementations are required
* Proven experience with Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud applications in consulting environments
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
* Experience with leading and mentoring team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have Functional Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud MFG in either of the modules ( Manufacturing, Product Management, Quality, Costing)
- Must have done 2 or more implementations or more in MFG area (1st preference – Process Manufacturing, 2nd preference – Discrete Manufacturing, although in Cloud applications, it’s 2 in 1)
- Should have been part of complete life cycle of the Project from requirement gathering to deployment in the functional or architect role
- Should have on hand experience configuring the MFG modules and should be able to translate business' requitements into functional tasks
- Should have experience scope gathering and application design
- Should have experience in Data Conversion activities using FBDI, ADFDI
- Should have experience in Designing Security and Roles as per client needs
- Any technical skillset of report buildings and integration building is a plus
- Having experience on Oracle EBS in MFG is a plus
