Join our Flutter Platform Team, where we're leading the charge in transforming mobile app development. As a Flutter Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving company-wide adoption of Flutter for superior mobile experiences. Collaborate with talented engineers and designers to create cutting-edge applications that redefine industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.

  • Integrating Flutter Modules in native iOS and Android Apps.

  • Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.

  • Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.

  • Code review of team members' commits and pull-requests.

  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android, or front-end web development.

  • Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.

  • Strong communication and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.

  • Experience in a remote software development environment.

  • Experience with building apps and software for a marketplace is a bonus.

  • Nice to have: Firebase, Azure DevOps, PWA (Progressive Web Apps).

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $130,000 - $232,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.

Vous assurerez son évolution fonctionnelle, tout en relevant les nombreux défis propres à la livraison d'un SDK : spécifications d'API, distribution, documentation...

 

Sur ces 2 thématiques, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos développeurs iOS et Android, afin d'assurer un parfait alignement entre les plateformes mobiles.

Aussi, vous intégrerez une "swarm", petite équipe agile composée de divers profils et dédiée à une thématique de notre produit.

En tant qu'Ingénieur.e Mobile, vous :

  • aurez à cœur de promouvoir les bonnes pratiques sur les systèmes d’exploitation et sur le mobile en général.
  • serez force de proposition et aiguillerez les choix techniques et fonctionnels dès la conception de nouvelles fonctionnalités, en collaboration avec designer et product manager,
  • aurez la responsabilité de spécifier, architecturer, implémenter, tester pour finalement livrer les fonctionnalités attendues, tout ceci en échange permanent avec les membres de votre swarm.

Par ailleurs, vous aurez également un rôle de veille technologique sur les questions liées au mobile afin d’aiguiller la stratégie globale d’iAdvize sur ces questions.

About you:

  • 6+ years of software development experience

  • Experience in designing, coding, and debugging mobile applications for various platforms, such as iOS or Android, using programming languages like Swift, Kotlin, Flutter or React Native
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of MVVM design patterns
  • Ability to work well in a team while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers on mobile development best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile tools. JIRA and Atlassian tools experience is a plus
  • Experience in modern deployments through a CI/CD pipeline
  • Strong understanding of Core Foundation and UIKit, including View Controller lifecycle, notifications, and delegation along with Core Bluetooth and HealthKit experience is a plus
