Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Professional Services who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the professional services strategy for a company. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and employee development. The Senior Manager of Professional Services will be responsible for leading a team of professionals that provides technical consulting, implementation, and support services to customers. About the role:

 

Cloudflare provides advisory and hands-on-keyboard implementation and migration services for enterprise customers. As an Implementation Manager for Application Security and Performance, you are an individual contributor working in the post-sales landscape, responsible for the technical execution of solutions and guidance to our customers to get the most value possible from their Cloudflare investment. You are an expert in Layer 7 products like: DDoS Protection, WAF, API Gateway, Bot Management, Certificates Manager, Rate Limiting, SSL and Page Shield.

 

This position has working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Occasionally, we support our customers during the weekends for specific changes that need to be done outside of their business hours. Travel is expected at 30%.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Plan and deliver timely and organized services for customers, ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare’s products and advice on product best practices.
  • Gather business and technical requirements, use cases and any other information required to build, migrate and deliver a solution on behalf of the customer and transition the Cloudflare working environment to the customer. Produce a Solution Design, HLD, LLD, databuilds, procedures, scripts, test plans, drawings, deployment plan, migration plan, as-builts, and any other artifacts necessary to deliver the solution and transition smoothly into the customer’s technical teams.
  • Implement changes on behalf of the customer in the Cloudflare environment following the customer’s change management process. Provide guidance to the customer to configure their CPEs and integration points.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering and other teams to assist technical escalations.
  • Contribute towards the success of the organization through knowledge sharing activities such as contributing to internal and external documentation, answering technical Q&A, and helping to iterate on best practices. Support building operational assets like templates, automation scripts, procedures, workflows, etc.

 

Experience might include a combination of the skills below:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position as a Customer Engineer, Security Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Onboarding Engineer, Consultant, Technical Support Engineer, Solutions Architect, and/or Systems Engineer.

About the department

Cloudflare’s Enterprise Applications Team builds and runs Enterprise systems to enable Cloudflare internal teams to operate efficiently and enable our customers and partners to do business with us. Enterprise Applications Team is part of the CIO organization.  Within the Enterprise Applications Team is a technical team whose main responsibility is to manage our Workday platform instance.

This team is responsible for the performance and maintenance of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for the Human Resources department planning and related activities. The team documents and analyzes the company's HR data system's needs and develops solutions to support the department.  They also collaborate with other departments relative to the interface of HR systems with other critical enterprise systems (i.e. compensation, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, finance, etc.).

About the role

As a Workday Functional Analyst, you are expected to be involved in the following:

  •  Lead workstreams for module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent and Performance, Advanced Comp, etc.)
  •  Lead and or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of Workday
  •  Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise

About the Department

The Cloudflare Customer Support Team solves complicated problems and answers technical questions via phone, email, chat and social media. Whether it is a Wordpress blogger using our services for free or a global Enterprise business with petabytes of web traffic, we are always eager to assist. Description

Security Operations CenterEngineers provide premium-level support for Cloudflare’s security products and features. Our largest and most technically sophisticated customers will contact Support for assistance and intelligence in dealing with threats or attacks on their infrastructure at OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. This will span the range of Cloudflare security products from Magic Transit Infrastructure Protection, DDoS mitigation and Network Firewall, to using the Web Application firewall (WAF), Spectrum, Bot Management and Rate Limiting to help customers.

Security Operations CenterEngineers analyze threats, make detailed and informed suggestions for mitigation and may need to implement mitigation strategies directly on behalf of the customer. The team also provides attack reporting beyond Cloudflare’s self-service reports.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and investigate the alerts to identify attacks
  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks, suggest steps to mitigate, and apply the appropriate mitigation, when applicable
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve the products and tools
  • Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone 
  • Review the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency. Create new tracking tickets for alerts that signal an incident and require review or escalation
  • Configure / Manager security monitoring rules and contribute to tool improvements
  • Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious
  • Previous DDoS mitigation for OSI layers 3,4, & 7 is a must: filter malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools like Magic Transit, Network Firewall, WAF, IP reputation lists, packet inspection, blacklisting, whitelisting, and/or rate limiting

Key skill sets

  • Modern internet protocols like UDP, TCP, etc.
  • Advanced understanding of iptables
  • Analysis of traffic for attack anomaly detection and creation of mitigation rules
  • Experience in handling attack mitigation and thorough knowledge of various attacks (L3/4 and L7)
  • Previous knowledge of Cloudflare Security Products & Features

  • For Colorado-basedhires: Estimated annual salary of $105,000 - $129,000

  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $126,000 - $154,000.

About the role

Cloudflare’s Director, Accounting Operations is responsible for driving accounting and finance system implementations, process transformation, continuous improvement, project management, and business analysis in the accounting and finance function. This role will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting large, complex finance transformation initiatives, including large system implementations, that are highly visible and critical to the business. The Director, Accounting Operations will provide strategic thought leadership, drive execution and lead collaborative teaming across different groups. Role will function as the internal point of contact for key business functions that participate in finance transformation initiatives.

The key objective of this position is to build structure, governance and process around complex finance transformation initiatives to ensure the successful execution and implementation, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our systems, processes and teams scale along with our business.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy for automation across the accounting and finance function and the prioritization of initiatives within the roadmap to ensure support of the company's growth initiatives.
  • Focus on transformational initiatives that will enable departmental functions to improve both efficiency and control through process optimization
  • Lead or serve as a key participant in groups responsible for executing on specific transformation project initiatives and goals, specifically as it relates to large system implementations
  • Create and maintain the prioritization of projects based on specific criteria and roadmap

About the Department

Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

Based in India, you will drive sales into BFSI focussed enterprise accounts across the Western India region, for Cloudflare’s solutions. Your strategic selling activities will include "hunter" type activities to proactively penetrate target named accounts, detailed account planning, focused relationship building and leading effective sales campaigns to successful closure.

The ideal candidate will possess both a major account sales background in technology solutions, primarily software based, that enables them to drive engagement with senior level decision makers within Cloudflare’s target customers. Industry experience selling into Finance, Retail, Manufacturing and other Enterprise verticals along with Service Provider and exposure to application and network security and zero trust is desired in this role.

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing against a Sales strategy/plan for assigned vertical or accounts, as well as driving large account sales into India markets to achieve revenue targets. Therefore, you must have a strong network of contacts with decision makers in enterprise accounts across the region, and have experience selling complex solutions to these accounts. You will have an intuitive understanding and experience with the key business and technical needs of these and large accounts and will create and deliver compelling value propositions to them for Cloudflare solutions.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical Engagement Manager to join our growing team. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and managing services opportunities involving both our internal implementation and migration team and external partner organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in professional services, project management, and customer relationship management working in a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals and value propositions for Services engagements from inception through delivery for new and upgraded services
  • Create a vision and articulate the value of professional services to customer stakeholders via several methods including preparing and delivering presentations at senior management levels
  • Resolving conflict between the proposal team and other organizational units in a satisfactory manner, including engaging management as necessary
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Teams when a professional services opportunity is identified.
  • Evaluate and determine the most suitable service approach based on the scope and requirements of each opportunity.
  • Coordinate and schedule calls with Account Teams to gather more details about the service opportunity and understand its scope.
  • Engage with relevant teams to create proposals, project plans, and timelines for service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity identification to project delivery.
  • Oversee the contractual agreement process, including Statement of Work (SOW) and product subscription agreements.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of services engagements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
  • Collect feedback and document lessons learned from completed engagements for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, including both internal and partner-provided services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of how the Internet works, Networking and Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs and related technologies
  • Experience with Jira and Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

The Orpheus team was formed to own a very important aspect of Cloudflare's systems: enable more reliable network connectivity for Cloudflare’s products than the Internet itself provides.

Almost all products in Cloudflare’s portfolio are or will be powered by Orpheus technology, including CDN, Spectrum, Magic Transit, Stream, Workers, Workers AI, R2, WARP, and more. As a member of the Orpheus team, you’ll be a key technical contributor to the cutting edge network software infrastructure used by those products.

You will work closely with various Engineering teams to translate their requirements into new capabilities on the platform. Likewise you will partner with Network Engineering and SRE to ensure that the technology makes the best use of Cloudflare's world-class edge network.

You will participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from designing and documenting systems, to writing code and automated tests, to planning, managing, and monitoring production software deployments. You will work with a wide range of technologies and programming languages, including Rust, Go, Linux networking, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Kubernetes, and more.

About the role

Cloudflare is expanding its IT Enterprise Application group and searching for a dynamic, forward thinking Salesforce QA Engineer  to join our team.  The QA engineer willprovide quality assurance on all of our Salesforce apps solutions and implementations;including Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash system.In addition, partner with the Salesforce Dev team to grow and scale our processes while keeping up to date on AppExchange solutions and industry practices for QA testing & automation.
This role will be a valued member of the IT Go To Market team within Enterprise Applications and as such help the team expand into testing automation through the expertise of trends and best practices within QA and a deep understanding of our testing processes.

What you'll do

  • Design test processes and procedures  to ensure the Salesforce solutions and implementations operate within the defined requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
  • Help develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
  • In depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing.
  • Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to own Adobe target. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the Marketing Technology team own the administration and execution of technical solutions to deliver web site testing and  personalization capabilities across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Be the day to day product owner of Adobe Target and administrator, managing and governing access, configuration, and integrations.

Qualifications:

About the Role  

Cloudflare Research is looking for a senior ML researcher who is eager to help define and identify projects in the AI/ML space that Cloudflare is uniquely poised to build and benefit from.  Researchers and engineers across the Research Teams investigate new ideas, build new technologies, inform and execute telemetry, engage with global communities, and even dive into existing codebases to make meaningful changes in production environments. Prioritization and planning are key elements as the nature of the team’s research necessarily shifts between putting ideas into practice and onto paper, while ensuring rigorous evaluations of performance, correctness, or impact. About the department

You’ll be joining the Developer Marketing team sitting in the Product and Solution marketing organization. Developer Marketing works cross functionally with field marketing, demand generation, and emerging technology and incubation to drive go-to-market activities for new and emerging developer solutions. The primary focus of this role will be on Cloudflare’s AI solutions with a secondary focus on the developer platform suite.

What You Would Do Here:

The People team at Cloudflare is growing. In this role, you will support mobility activities globally including coordinating international transfers and immigration compliance and provide advice on policy, relocation packages and immigration. About the Role

Process-oriented Campaign Manager and leader responsible for driving strategy, development, and execution for the Cloudflare Marketing Programs team. Specific experience in working with XDR’s (business development representatives or inside sales representatives) and Account Executives.

What you’ll do

  • Reduce prospecting cycle for high-priority accounts with additional insight on pain points and solution interest. Enable and work alongside Mid Market, Enterprise, Public Sector and Strategic sales teams.
  • Develop appointment setting program messaging, call scripts and targeted account lists. Manage several appointment setting campaigns and vendors at one time. Collect feedback from programs, monitor meeting count, warm lead handoff process and updated account lists across various sales regions and segments. 
  • Execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels including email, direct mail, content syndication, executive events, display, LinkedIn advertising and webinars.
  • Use internal tools to stand up campaign components including email nurture and audience targeting in Marketo, Salesforce to create target account lists (TAL’s) for sales teams, SalesLoft cadence creation, Contentful and Folloze for landing page development.
  • Define campaign objectives, tactics, assets and channels; identify target prospects in Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 enterprise segments.
  • Develop messaging appropriate for targeted personas.
  • Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
  • Measure and achieve MQL and pipeline targets leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau reporting.
  • Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders in the sales and marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security, etc.).

What you'll do

  • Assist with the preparation of the Company’s annual and quarterly tax provision (ASC 740), including but not limited to calculating book/tax differences and reconciling ending deferred balances
