ABOUT THE TEAM ????

As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with the Recruiting team to source and hire high-caliber talent. You will be responsible for developing a top-of-funnel sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates, while focusing on providing a top-notch candidate experience for every candidate.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand the specific requirements and nuances of each role, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and job descriptions.
  • Create a sourcing strategy to build top of the funnel for multiple job requisitions at a given time, across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Actively contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and engaging with underrepresented groups in the tech community.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights on sourcing effectiveness and recommending improvements for future strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and online communities, to uncover and engage passive candidates who might not be actively looking.
  • Provide support for various recruiting activities as needed, including application review and interview coordination.

ABOUT YOU ????

  • 3+ years of experience successfully sourcing and engaging candidates across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical-specific channels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates and foster relationships, even when they are not actively job hunting.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment is a plus.

Additional information: Salary range of $70,000 - $110,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.

  • Work alongside the Workplace Culture & Employer Branding team to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and strengthen the company's brand identity as an employer of choice;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • At least 3 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making;
  • Familiarity with social media, ATSs and professional networks;
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills on both Greek & English language;
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills;
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;

What You Will Do

  • Manage sourcing, scheduling & rescheduling, coordination, and Recruiting systems
  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their functional areas and ongoing hiring needs
  • Serve as the go-to recruiting systems member of the team, especially our scheduling tool, including identifying efficiencies and best practices, and proactively & regularly sharing those out with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Develop robust and diverse pipelines through sourcing and outbound messaging to attract great inbound applicants
  • Communicate directly with prospective candidates from the first outreach to the Recruiter handoff, regularly providing a proactive and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the interview process to the offer stage
  • Collaborate with the People team, including People Partners, People Operations, and Total Rewards to inform well-rounded and informed hiring processes
  • Maintain ATS including building interview plans, candidate communications, and ongoing req maintenance
  • Represent Lattice’s values and brand with passion and enthusiasm in all interactions internally and externally

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of overall Recruiting experience required, either from agency or staffing experience or in-house recruiting experience
  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Sourcer is required
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing across a range of roles including experienced and leadership roles
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
  • Highly proactive approach with a bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance both an excellent hiring manager experience and candidate experience
  • Experience leveraging Recruiting data, including sourcing and pipeline passthrough rates to inform and improve pipeline health
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sourcing and interviewing process
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system (Ashby, Lever) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop is preferred
  • Experience with Google tools and Slack is preferred

 

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $60,500 - $84,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans

    • Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline;
    • Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests;
    • Sourcing: search passive candidates & approach for the right opening jobs;
    • Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.
    • Oversighting the hiring process & progress;
    • Offering: prepare the offer, call the candidate to discuss the offer and relevant information, follow up with the candidate until the final decision made, update newcomer information on the portal;
  • Advertising opening jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external;
  • Making relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
  • Proactively build passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool;
  • Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities

Qualifications

  • Bilingual - English & Spanish
  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role; previous experience in a HR role is beneficial but not essential;
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent management;
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion, this role will be across confidential employee data;
  • A good understanding and enthusiasm for the benefits of effective HR for employees and the business;
  • A genuinely pro-active and helpful attitude, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail;
  • Initiative and confidence to work autonomously when required;
  • Ability to handle and effectively prioritize a diverse and changing workload;
  • Strong communication skills with ability to speak to a wide range of people at all levels.
