Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, offering advice and guidance through established service channels to our Experian's staff, including leaders and HR colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of digital employee files, ensuring sensitive information is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating orientation sessions preparing necessary documentation, and guiding new team members through company policies, procedures, and culture to foster a positive onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process for departing staff, conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance with exit procedures and documentation.
  • Oversee relationships with people services providers, ensuring the smooth delivery of services such as insurance and employee assistance programs. Act as a liaison to address and resolve any issues with benefits administration and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles with a focus on service excellence.
  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR projects is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and applications is preferred.
  • Advanced degree studies in HR, Administration, or related field; completed bachelor's degree preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $41,230 to $160,400. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
