We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at ProArch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions across the United States.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and understand position requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage with qualified candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing logistics and providing timely feedback to candidates
  • Manage relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition in the US
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and progress

  • 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on recruiting for the US market
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role; previous experience in a HR role is beneficial but not essential;
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent management;
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion, this role will be across confidential employee data;
  • A good understanding and enthusiasm for the benefits of effective HR for employees and the business;
  • A genuinely pro-active and helpful attitude, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail;

What You'll Do:
