TrueSense Marketing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage all recruiting needs and activities for the agency and donor engagement businesses working closely with leaders and HR team. 

  • Fill all job openings and manage recruiting needs including posting positions, resume searches and reviews, partnering with hiring managers to determine needs, preparing offer letters/approvals, setting up interviews, conducting phone screens/interviews, making offers, and any additional recruiting needs. 
  • Source and recruit both active and passive candidates at all levels of the organization using job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, referrals, college visits, etc. 
  • Manage temporary and permanent staffing agencies and contracts to ensure that recruiting needs are being fulfilled.
  • Organize job descriptions by speaking to managers, compiling details, and working closely with HR Managers.
  • Ensure the candidate experience (from application to hire/no hire) is positive representing a customer service focused approach and dispositioning all candidates.
  • Develop and adhere to metrics regarding time to hire, fill rate, candidate experience, cost ratios, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Develop a staffing protocol with input from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Train leaders on interviewing techniques, ATS, and sourcing.
  • Support production facilities staffing as needed.
  • Assist HR department in carrying out programs and projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct recruiting/staffing experience required
  • Proficient with MS Office and ATS software
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong organizational skills a must.

NOTE:  This position can be 100% remote or based out of the Warrendale, PA office.  There may be onsite training required during the initial orientation period.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, to include sourcing passive candidates, screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, facilitating debriefs and creating written offer letter for managers to present final candidate. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position specifications and develop knowledge of internal customers to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop new recruiting programs to attract the best talent graduating from colleges and other institutions.  
  • Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system/database and use reporting, metrics, and analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes. 
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process. 
  • Quickly identify roadblocks, seek out the root cause, then work to swiftly implement solutions. 
  • Utilize sourcing platforms included, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, talent acquisition tools and best practices and continuously incorporate into Bonaventure talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar
  • Possess an executive presence, including exceptional written, verbal, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills. Be able to effectively and professionally interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Possess strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize
  • Ownership and responsibility for all tasks related to this position while demonstrating a results-oriented attitude

Who You Are:

Th HR Specialist position will coordinate with external business partners for tracking and the administration of leaves of absence including but not limited to the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state-specific LOA, and Temporary Disability Benefits for multiple companies of varying sizes and locations. Serve as an HR partner for assigned existing client companies.

What You'll Do:

Human Resources Administration:

  • Function as the point of contact for administering and tracking Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state-specific LOA, Temporary Disability Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, and personal LOA for multiple companies of varying sizes and policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of FMLA and related leave laws in all 50 states to efficiently administer our customers' FMLA, personal LOA, and related policies and how each type of leave interacts with each other.
  • Apply concepts and rules as mandated by appropriate state and federal guidelines for FMLA and in coordination with clients’ policies.
  • Consult with our client companies regarding FMLA and other state-specific leave laws related situations and conduct training as needed.
  • Partner with other FMLA source team members to respond quickly to customer needs consistently and positively in order to foster a team environment.
  • Partner with external poster compliance and disability vendors to assist with the client offboarding process.
  • Manage upkeep of the poster compliance process ensuring terminated clients are no longer active with the vendor.
  • Provide support to HR Managers via the input of data and information related to Handbooks, Multi-State Poster Compliance, Leave of Absence, and other various HR and client-related documentation.
  • Work in conjunction with external clients and HRM’s as required.
  • Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities to meet all deadlines.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.

Customer Service:

  • Function as a point of contact for client and worksite employee inquiries as needed.
  • Field and resolve relevant client and worksite employee inquiries related to Leave of Absence, Temporary Disability Benefits, and coordination questions.
  • Actively listen to and empathize with worksite administrators and employees of client companies in order to identify and respond to the needs of the caller.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant client worksite administrators and employee.
  • Proactively manage core compliance services: work with the HR Manager to ensure all clients have a Handbook; deliver employment law posters and track to ensure poster versions are current/valid.
  • Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external partners.

Documentation:

  • Document client interactions as “Cases” in ClientSpace.
  • Make effective use of company systems including Microsoft Office and various Company tools and software.

What You Bring:

Education:

  • BA or BS Degree required.
  • Advanced study in business, human resources or employment law preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification highly desirable.

Human Resources Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR required with working knowledge of FMLA process coordination for multi-company administration.
  • Experience in Employment Law highly desirable.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment required. PEO industry experience highly desirable.

  • Strong command of federal and state employment laws including but not limited to: NJFLA, CFRA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, FLSA, and FMLA.

Job Description

Our Continental Europe People Success Team is looking for an People Success advisor to support our DACH offices. From our offices in Munich, as a People Success Advisor you will work closely with the People Success Manager DACH to support our leaders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to deliver an exceptional people experience and People Success strategy that closely supports the overall strategy of Unit4. 

We are transitioning into a true Cloud leader and are continuously improving and driving change across the business. As People Success Advisor you will help drive positive change to people, performance and business practices to improve the retention rate and productivity of our people. You will be challenging the status quo and driving a portfolio of coherent improvements. 

What will you do

  • Manage all HR administrative matters for the DACH region
  • Deliver effective case management for employee relations (e.g. long term sickness and any areas of potential contention) while coaching line managers to adopt a proactive approach to avoid escalation in the future
  • Support HR projects
  • Assist in the management of annual HR processes such as personal development reviews, bonus and pay review as needed
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues and Shared Services to ensure a comprehensive, seamless and efficient HR service
  • Ensure that new policies and initiatives are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders to provide absolute clarity and consistency in application across the business.
  • Support global employee engagement initiatives by helping managers interpret the results and supporting the delivery of any subsequent action plans
  • Build strong relationships with our benefit providers and ensure that we continue to receive the best value service from our brokers and providers for both benefits and pensions alike

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Human Resources or other relevant area
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in an IT or software company 
  • Knowledge of German employment law (knowledge of Austrian employment law is a plus) 
  • Experience in implementing and improving HR processes such as onboarding, organizational training, performance management and talent management 
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences
  • A positive, pro-active and highly motivated individual
  • Detail orientation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate Talent Sourcing (Researcher) Associate Consultant to play an integral part of the Impact Search Advisors Team. As a Talent Sourcing Associate Consultant you will become an expert in a portfolio of roles, support the ISA consultants on several professional and executive search engagements to source passive/active talent, screen and evaluate applicants, and maintain a qualified, diverse candidate pool pipeline. As a member of the ISA team, you will work closely with assigned clients/consultants to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements. You will conduct research and ongoing sourcing activities to attract talent and build pipelines.

The Talent Sourcing (Researcher) Associate Consultant will employ several sourcing models and data mining methods, including Boolean strings, a variety of search engines, and candidate engagement content. Build partnerships with professional associations, social networking sites, and other media platforms. LinkedIn should be the last resort. While this is not a sales role, successful Talent Sourcing will exhibit sales competencies, as this role requires influencing others and the ability to meet weekly and monthly hire goals.

This position reports to and works collaboratively with the Team Lead on various business initiatives, strategies, candidate specification developments, and interviews. This individual is also a key contributor to ensuring an accurate, responsive, high-quality client service environment. A strong candidate for this position will show the ability to do more than simple name generation but develop and assess potential applicants for adequate experience and qualifications (finding the needle in the haystack). Gain experience building talent pools, identifying potential candidates, and using cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract qualified applicants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to professional and executive search engagements by sourcing and screening passive/active talent.  Screens and evaluates applicants, and maintains a qualified, diverse candidate pool pipeline.
  • Ensures name-gathering/sourcing phase is executed in a timely & efficient manner to expand and develop diverse candidate pools for each engagement.
  • Partner with respective Consultants to understand hiring needs, priorities and timing.
  • Use creative and outside the box sourcing techniques to identify top talent for hard to fill roles.
  • Write and post online ads. Join diversity LinkedIn and other recruiting groups in order to share vacancy  announcements.
  • Directly source key talent through personal networks, LinkedIn, web searches, social media, job boards, associations, university career sites and other sources.
  • Employs a number of sourcing and data mining methods, including Boolean searches, a variety of search engines, internal sourcing, and external job board searches.
  • Track prospects via tracking tool designed by ISA Team and produce weekly reports for the consultants that track research results and the status of each recruitment.
  • Screen online resumes in ATS platforms, reject those who do not meet qualifications, and produce a list of those whom  the consultant should personally phone screen. May be occasionally asked to provide first-level applicant screening and pre-qualification.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and send prep materials in advance.
  • Help to train ISA consultants in creative sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Conduct research and deliver results with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects with competing  priorities, meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIRED

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years as a recruitment professional, that includes talent acquisition and search strategies, candidateand client management experience or volume recruiting expertise working with other search firms with a nonprofit practice or focus and proven connections within major subsectors of the social impact community including arts and culture, associations, education, health, and human services, environment and faith-based organizations. May also have combination of experience and education.
  • Two years (2) of experience in full-cycle corporate sourcing/recruiting experience with a large nonprofit is preferred.
  • Experience in both traditional talent sourcing techniques and experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools (including but not limited to Boolean, Google search strings, LinkedIn recruiter, etc).
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple search engagements and execution using selection methodology.
  • Attainment or working towards one or more certifications CSP/CSC/PHR/SPHR is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to recruiting toptalent within private, public or the nonprofit sector for a wide range of verticals or general industry experience and knowledge about recruiting for nonprofits and/or large trade associations.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, high level of initiative to improve processes and complete tasks, and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to represent the firm with credibility in front of clients.

ADA SPECIFICATIONS

This role will support employees in America, Canada, and Mexico (300+ employees in multiple locations).

Job Description

Onboarding responsibilities: 

  • Employment and contract letter generation via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Creation of the employment record in the HRI system (Sage People) 
  • Management of the background employment screening process through our vetting vendor 
  • Ensuring all documentation is returned by the new joiner in a timely manner 
  • Responding to questions from the candidate, making them feel welcome 

Lifecycle and Exit responsibilities will include: 

  • Being the first point of contact for employees regarding HR topics and either responding or passing on the question to the appropriate person and keeping the employee informed. 
  • Processing all employee lifecycle activities requested by line managers, employees and HR Business Partners such as family leave, changes to role or department etc, preparing the appropriate documents and updating the HRI system (Sage People). 
  • Processing termination cases, both voluntary and involuntary, creating the leaver documentation, updating the HRI system and ensuring that all stakeholders such as IT, the leaver and the line manager are aware of dates and their responsibilities. 
  • Semi-monthly Payroll administration, working hand in hand with Payroll to ensure that key information such as joiners, leavers, employee changes are processed in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Benefits administration including responding to employee questions. 
  • Running reports as required for Payroll and HR operations projects. 
  • Managing non-standard leave updates in the HRI system and responding to leave questions from employees. 
  • Monitoring visa expiration cases and informing the HRBP in a timely manner, as well as tracking to ensure that the visa is extended, or steps are taken for employment termination. 
  • Supporting HRBPs and other HR colleagues with ad hoc requests 
  • Auditing key data to ensure the HRI system is 100% accurate. 
  • Production of current and former employee reference letters. 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience
  • A degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred
  • Intermediate IT skills, including HRIS and MS Office, especially Excel
  • HR Operations experience preferred
  • HR Shared Services experience would be an advantage, ideally in a corporate environment 
  • Exposure to other HR disciplines would be an advantage 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team 
  • A friendly, helpful manner with good stakeholder management skills 
  • Able to remain calm under pressure

HR Onboarding Specialist

In this full-time, hourly role, you will work closely with both our Talent Acquisition and HR Teams to provide our Talent and Change Agent applicants onboarding support as they complete their applicant journey with Jitjatjo.

Our HR Onboarding Specialists play an integral role throughout the interview and onboarding process. This includes but is not limited to employment form completion, background check processing, and final application review and processing. HR Onboarding Specialists will support the development and execution of all HR processes.

This role requires an energetic and self-driven individual, who can act as a liaison, to ensure our communications and actions remain compliant and consistent across all teams.

Your Mission

Provide best in class, onboarding support for all Jitjatjo Talent and Change Agents while reinforcing Jitjatjo’s mission of Human Betterment

As an HR Onboarding Specialist you will:

  • Talent and Change Agent Applicant Onboarding - Responsible for assisting applicants with successful completion of all onboarding documents/processes such as tax forms, I-9 form, and background checks
  • Problem Solving - Resolve onboarding issues and guide employees through their new hire package.
  • Monitors our HR systems to ensure and maintain data accuracy throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Documentation - Responsible for the development and updating of all HR-related forms.
  • Gathering and filing all employee paperwork, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Responsible for all Worker’s Compensation processes including information gathering from employees, claim filing with carriers, OSHA form completion, and any other required communications.
  • Special Projects - Offer support and solutions to HR-related issues using critical thinking aligned with our goals and objectives.
  • Provides excellent employee responsiveness to calls/communications received from Instant Messaging platform.
