ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will have exclusive right to perform the Role based on your niche, or preferred segment of the job market.

You will define, design, and develop your own recruitment and selection processes, like:
    - Identifying effective strategies to attract and recruit Freelancer candidates.
    - Creating, preparing, and delivering informative presentation to potential Clients;
    - Creating sourcing strategies through social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.
    - Developing and tracking recruiting metrics and other relevant data, including applicant flow, interviews and hires.
    - Building and maintaining a network and list of potential Freelancer candidates in ensuring time to fill metrics.
    - Mnaging end-to-end recruitment process for ensuring positive Freelancer candidate experience.
    - Ensuring that recruiting practices are compliant with employment and related laws.
    - Securing freelance project opportunities for Freelancers; 
    - Answering and following-up potential Client questions; 
You will get remuneration after Freelancer Searching and/or Recruiting products were paid out (payment is not cancelled) by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance is confirmed by you.

ABOUT REMUNERATION:
Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of a high fee split at: 
- 80% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for you for every successful selection and/or recruitment paid out (payment is not cancelled) made by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance confirmed by you. 
- 14% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for Freelance Business Development Partner, 5% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for Freelance Group Fund as payment contributed by you, and 1% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals; Or Freelance Business Development Partner gets 0% fee cuts. By reason of, 6% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for Referrer, 10% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for Freelance Group Fund (5% as payment contributed by you, plus 5% from Referrer), and 4% of total selection and/or recruitment cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will have to represent us in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with Clients and Freelancers;
Will have to serve as our strategic partner in maintaining long-lasting relationships;
Will have to consult with Client or Freelance Project Lead Partner - Consultant to understand business development requirements and/or needs;
Will have to assist and/or team-up with our Partners in managing Clients from presenting and selling the value of our Products to proper payments;
Will have to assist and manage Freelancers from searching to proper payments;
Will have to identify and pick out best Freelancer candidates to recruit for our Clients by finding, qualifying, screening, verifying references, and prioritizing candidacy of Freelancers;
Will have to conduct interviews and hire preferred Freelancer or full Freelancer team (remote, on-site, or mixed) for our Clients. This includes communicating feedback to unsuccessful Freelancer candidates;
Will have to answer and follow-up potential Freelancer questions; 
Will have to negotiate pay rates and close the Freelancer candidates in accordance with Client or Freelance Project Lead Partner - Consultant goals and expectations.
Will have to collaborate with Freelance Project Lead Partner - Consultant in selecting and/or recruiting right Freelancers for Client's project.
Will have to collaborate with Client in selecting and/or recruiting right Freelancers for the project.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
Should have own PC or Laptop with Internet connection, and mobile phone to get started. You can work from any location;
Should have good recruitment experience in US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or Philippines job market focusing on hiring right Freelancer candidates from any of freelance project categories below.

Skills & Qualifications

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $275,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire.
