Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or other relevant degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, preferably in an area of systems engineering
• 10+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying software products
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level reliable and scalable solutions
• Demonstrable understanding of systems level concepts in Windows, Linux and macOS

The Basics: 

Reporting to the Head of Global MSP Sales, Tanium is seeking a Regional Sales Director for our Eastern MSP partner sales. This role is responsible for developing and expanding Tanium’s Managed Services Provider program and ecosystem that will become an integral part of the next phase of growth for Tanium. The individual that fills this position will work with key stakeholders in the regions and various corporate functions to leverage MSPs to open new markets for Tanium. 
 
As the lead for identifying, recruiting, enabling and executing sales campaigns for the Eastern half of North America, this position will work closely with internal teams including Partner Programs, Partner Operations, Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, various field partner organizations, Sales, Finance, Legal and other groups within Tanium that support the overall Alliances and Channels organization.  
 
What you'll do:

• Americas eastern region: Identify and develop the first few MSP/MSSP partners to support the Americas business
• Evaluate potential MSP partnerships with a due diligence process that evaluates the correct business fit from both a Tanium and partner perspective
• Critical to this role is the ability to pitch the Tanium value propositions directly to the MSP mgmt team  
• Work with Legal to develop the appropriate contract frameworks for MSPs
• Work with our partner enablement team to develop any necessary modifications or adjustments to our standard partner training program
• Work with development to ensure that Tanium’s solutions are optimized for a managed service environment
• Work with engineering, finance, enablement to price, define capability requirements, appropriate training curriculum and pricing for MSPs to deliver Tanium support
• Work with sales ops and recommend internal compensation changes for sell to and sell through products and services
• Work with GEOs to develop business plan including revenue targets, investments and resource requirements and metrics

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
• Experience:
  • 5+ years experience working in a Business Development capacity for an IT/Software company with focus on MSPs/MSSPs and/or GSIs
  • And/Or Experience working at an MSPs or MSSP
  • Experience working in a multi-partner type Alliances & Channels organization  
  • Track record of developing new areas of business with MSPs and/or MSSPs
  • Background in direct sales in cybersecurity software a big plus

The Basics:

Tanium is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategic Partner Development, to expand and deepen Tanium’s burgeoning strategic partnership with ServiceNow. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Partnerships, this person will focus specifically on the development and execution of joint GTM activities across EMEA that ultimately increaseServiceNow-influenced pipeline and revenue at Tanium. The ideal candidate is a seasoned consultative sales executive with a strong grasp of partner management and strategy and deep relationships across the ServiceNow field and partner organizations.

• Create and execute the strategy to connect and activate Tanium and ServiceNow sellers against joint sales opportunities

The Basics:

Tanium is adding to its world-class accounting and finance organization and is looking for a best in class Order Operations Analyst to join our growing Order Operations team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. This is an interdisciplinary position responsible for global order management, billing, cash collections, and licensing. In this position you will partner closely with Deal Desk, Quoting Operations, Contracts, Revenue, Global Sales, Tax, and our finance teams.

The Basics

As a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack - Endpoint at Tanium, you will build and maintain best-of-breed products as part of a nimble development team. DSA–EnterpriseSales

The Basics

As a Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) on the Tanium field sales team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within an assigned territory and/or accounts. You’ll be equally as comfortable with the CIO, CISO or VP Ops as you would hosting a roomofRed Team members; from talking business benefits to bits and bytes. The successful DSA drivesa superiorcustomer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs andis able toexceed their assigned quota. 

What you’ll do

• Articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle 
• Nurture and develop relationships within the assigned territory and/or accounts, presenting to the C-suite the value of the Tanium platform 
• Work with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts within assigned territory and/or accounts 
• Generate appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management 
• Accurately forecast, maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene 
• Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads 
• Travel as needed 

We’re looking for someone with

• Significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large & complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region 
• A strong team mentality - selling is a team sport at Tanium, where managing and using virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles is a must have skill 
• Proven track record of exceeding quota 
• Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts 
• Background building and cultivating relationships with partner ecosystems to bring a partner-centric go-to-market approach to our customers 
• The ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within an assigned territory and/or accounts. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Candidate should be located in Tennessee or Louisiana

The Basics

The Director of Business Systems (CRM) here at Tanium reports to the Senior Director of Business Systems and isaccountable for the team which owns strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance for most technologysystems associated with Sales and Marketing for Tanium. This ecosystem includes Salesforce (Sales Cloud and ServiceCloud), CPQ, Salesforce Community, Marketo, multiple Lead management tools and much more.

This role will work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and related business units to develop and deploy newfeatures and capabilities which support, enhance and enable our go-to-market teams. More than that, this role will beexpected to partner with the business teams to build and implement a vision for these technologies going forward.

What you'll do

• Develop a vision for Sales & Marketing technology within Tanium – and make it happen
• Manage a team of architects, engineers, and analysts responsible for the evolution and maintenance ofTanium’s Sales and Marketing technologies
• Manage a team that is distributed across multiple locations and time zones
• Manage the support team and measure support metrics to improve throughput and quality
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, align and prioritize a multitude of business needswithin a consolidated strategy
• Consult on the implications of new systems, integrations, and changes to existing technologies
• Refine and improve ongoing development, break-fix and implementation work using Agile methodologies
• Define, mature, and enforce governance processes and technology controls
• Work closely with the teams to ensure thorough and effective QA on projects
• Monitor, measure and report on the health and effectiveness of Tanium’s Sales and Marketing technologies
• Chair the Sales Systems steering committee
• Maintain and develop relationships with executive leadership across Tanium to enhance strategy alignment andawareness of new and existing capabilities

We’re looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience. You know how to run a team of architects, administrators, engineers andanalysts, assess performance, and cultivate talent.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture,functionality, integrations, and development processes. This is a hands-on role that requires hands-onproficiency with Salesforce.
• 3+ years of experience with peripheral Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Marketing tools(CPQ, Marketo, etc).
• Strong knowledge of integration systems (Salesforce, Workato, API’s etc).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, GitHub.
• Strong experience working with Agile and Scrum and will require the ability lead the Agile team and manage thebacklog.
• Good understanding of enterprise business applications (ERP, HRIS) is a plus.
• Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, success in this role will in large part be driven by yourability to connect with stakeholders and drive consensus.

Education
