What does this role entail?

  • Meet or exceed sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall company growth goals.

  • Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization, guiding sellers on best practices and ensuring adherence to analytics-focused methodologies. 

  • Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure sellers can move opportunities to “close won” as quickly as possible, including assisting with pitches, pricing, proposals, and contracts  

  • Support sellers in producing compelling and visually engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, with a focus on effectively conveying complex data and insights through clear and impactful visualizations. 

  • Serve as an expert on the available content and the location of assets, including managing the sales material repository on SharePoint.

  • Leading the yearly price increase letter process, tailoring the existing template to client specific content together with the Account Development manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Instacart is seeking an experienced and driven advertising sales executive to join our Canadian Brand Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. You will empower partners to leverage Instacart’s advertising solutions and unique insights to accelerate their brand growth both on and off Instacart. 

About the Team

Our Canadian Brand Partnerships team is the newest and the first international ads sales team at Instacart. We are developing the Canadian business from the ground up, building upon the deep expertise and ongoing innovation of the largest online grocery marketplace in North America. About the Job 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, managing all aspects of the sales cycle for a book of business between 5-10 accounts
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual planning and budgeting process with partners
  • Identify and build relationships with executive contacts within your clients 
  • Develop data driven sales collateral, case studies, and custom ‘stories’ to translate benefits of Instacart’s platform to CPG advertisers business needs

What you’ll do: 

  • Be responsible for the full deal cycle, including building a pipeline through outbound selling, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, leading product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals

Role Overview

CarGurus is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our National Accounts sales team. The National Sales Executive is an individual contributor, responsible for managing the overall relationship with some of our largest and most strategic customers. This individual will be responsible for reviewing current performance reports, upselling new offerings, renewing existing programs, and identifying additional business opportunities within these complex entities. The candidate must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members in a remote environment, and have a strong on-site customer presentation presence.

The National Sales Executivewill seek to build and expand relationships with National Account corporate entities and both regional and store management. The primary responsibility will be to represent CarGurus in an assigned set of national accounts, expand CarGurus paying customer base within that assigned group, review on-line business practices, and consult with corporate and dealership management staff. This individual will work closely with the entire National Accounts team as well as cross-functionally with our product and advertising teams to develop and refine necessary product offerings.
