  • Responsible for all requirements gathering and documentation, including career site design briefs and configuration workbooks

  • Work closely with web development team to manage Career Site timelines and deliverables

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our Support team to help provide comprehensive technical application support and analysis in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In the role, one must be able to work directly with customers in high-pressure situations; have strong analytic, organizational, time management, and communication skills. We’re looking for a team player that possesses the willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is cross-functional interacting with Engineering, Operations and Professional Services teams.

What will you do?

  • Interact directly with customers to isolate, reproduce, troubleshoot and resolve data and product interface problems
  • Use problem-solving, critical-thinking and multi-tasking skills to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture, technical components and application functionality
  • Use troubleshooting experience to create and update our team Knowledge-base articles, Troubleshooting Guides, FAQ’s, and other related support collateral.
  • Ability to mentor and display leadership and ownership of issues

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with SQL, TSql, PL/SQL or similar database programming language experience. Of particular importance, SQL Aggregate functions (COUNT,SUM,MIN,MAX,GROUP BY)
  • Familiarity with any ticketing system.
  • Experience working in a support team environment,  supporting a product/service or helping others with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels of client organizations.
  • Ability to function and thrive in a team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals.  
  • Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues and identify root causes.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field

Extra Credit: 

  • Familiarity with “Big Data” concepts is a plus
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
  • Experience with Drupal or other CMS is a plus
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS and other web technologies

Overview

  • Recharge is looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to lead new and existing merchants through launch on Recharge’s platform or on new Recharge products. You will need to leverage your consultative, critical thinking, and people skills to support our Recharge merchants during their technical implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will be a project management master and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will need to collaborate cross functionally with  Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support to get our merchants across the finish line and set up for growth with Recharge. What you’ll do

  • Act as a Recharge technical project manager and trusted guide to merchants during the post-sales implementations phase (whether implementing Recharge for this first or adding on a new Recharge product).
  • You will consult our merchants to understand their business needs and craft solutions that deliver value and drive growth via Zoom calls, emails and slack.
  • You aim to be a step ahead of objections but when they arise you handle them by providing tailored and actionable solutions. 
  • On both individual and company levels, you will drive impact by taking ownership. You will be accountable for the success of launching your book of business, will drive outcomes while communicating with urgency, while always having milestones and launch dates in mind. 
  • Prepare for and lead technical discussions with teams ranging from non-technical business stakeholders to software engineers
  • Consult and provide technical insight to merchants as an authority on recommended technical approaches & best practices for the merchant’s category and setup

About the opportunity

We're seeking a Frontend Engineer to help us build a simpler, more customer-centric home buying and selling experience in partnership with real estate agents.

In this role you will

  • 12 years minimum Product Manager experience required.
  • Adobe AEM Experience
    • Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and other core functionalities.
    • Proven and demoable  track record of projects built in AEM stack
  • AEM Skills
    • Proficiency in AEM development tools including Adobe Experience Manger Sites and Adobe Experience Manger Assets.
    • Strong understanding of AEM development best practices including component development, sling models, HTL/Sightly, and OSGI bundles
  • Frontend technologies
    • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, with the ability to integrate frontend code with AEM
  • Integration and Customization
    • Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems and services using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
    • Ability to customize AEM functionality through the development of custom components, workflows, and servlets.
  • Quality and Testing
    • Proficient in testing AEM applications and components, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
    • Familiarity with AEM testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit, Mockito, and AEM Mocks.
  • Continuous learning and growth
    • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in AEM and related technologies, including attending training sessions, webinars, and conferences.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and best practices in the field of web content management and digital experience platforms.
