The Role

As an Implementation Manager,  you will lead the success of the customer journey from the closure of the sales process, to the launch of customer use cases within the platform, ensuring a durable, user-friendly, and maintainable outcome for the solution.

The primary goal of this role is to provide the oversight and management required to provide a successful and within-budget implementation that meets the goals of the engagement. Your skillset will include; establish communication and engagement with client contacts of all seniority levels, understand and speak to higher level technical topics, demonstrate experience in project managing large-scale SaaS implementations at Fortune 500 companies with appropriate carefulness, and in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. You will report to the Senior Manager; Implementation Management.

You will engage with the customer and Amperity teams on the daily management of the deployment and providing a communication channel & guidance with customer and Amperity executive steering committees. This regular stream of communication will be sponsored by your ability to evaluate risk, promote benefit, manage expectations, and control implementation scope.

Interesting Problems

  • Project manages multiple, concurrent implementations varying in duration and complexity
  • Guide customer and our teams to an on-budget completion with managed project scope
  • Oversee project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to clients, project sponsors, and senior management
  • Manage connecting the dots between the right resources (executive and technical) and the right problems, directly participating, and ensuring the teams are empowered to deliver the best possible outcomes
  • Mitigate project risk to deliverables, their dates, and effect on implementation success
  • Understand the client from a practitioner’s perspective - what does their day look like, what systems and technologies do they use, what are their pain points, how can Amperity’s solution guide the most meaningful results
  • Be curious about your customers from a strategic perspective - get to know their business, and their industry, and develop an understanding of Amperity’s value proposition within this context to deliver the best possible consultative experience
  • Be passionate about continuing to build on a world-class consulting business within the Amperity platform
  • Be an advocate of your client base across the organization – work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure the Amperity service is built to be well-aligned with client needs and goals

About You

  • Background in professional services, technical project management, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations, end-to-end
  • Experience managing partners across multiple levels and responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience managing concurrent projects across multiple external customers
  • Comfortable managing your partners across shared teams
  • Experience with a programming language SQL.
  • Understanding of data in multiple file formats such as CSV, JSON, Parque. Direct and curate efforts to dig into customer data and extract insights for partners.
  • You have  experience with diving into customer data to solve customer problems
  • Comfortable leading in an - you collaborate on design, architecture, and strategy, while not afraid to get into the  technical details when needed to lead quality deliverables

Amperity has an office in New York, NY or we have the opportunity to hire remotely in FL, GA, IN, MA, NJ, OH.

Compensation


Base Salary:  $112,000 - $150,000.Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives:Cash incentives are also available.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) operations across multiple teams, with a focus on sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who is of revenue operations and is excited about developing their skills alongside a team of experienced leaders. You will report to the Sr. Director of GTM; Revenue Operations.

Interesting Problems

  • Support the GTM revenue operations team by assisting in the execution of daily responsibilities across all channels.
  • Oversee evaluation of inbound requests from partners.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to provide applicable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Help manage data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing to track campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.
  • Work with other teams to improve operational efficiency and agreement across all GTM functions.
  • Support daily administration of Marketo including program creation, audience segmentation, email marketing, list imports, and database hygiene.
  • Support daily MarTech operations and data flow into internal systems like Salesforce.
  • Ensure accuracy of important system processes including lead scoring, lead routing, privacy compliance, UTM tracking, and data syncs between sales and marketing technologies.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to overall revenue operations..

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Drift, 6Sense, Bizible, Outreach, or Marketo).
  • 1+ years of Tableau experience
  • Excel and report-building skills, with a desire to grow in data reporting.
  • Interest in learning about broader GTM operations, including marketing ops, sales ops, customer success ops, and business process optimization.
  • Willingness to present to internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Programs and Enablement, the Sr. Revenue Enablement Program Manager will be critical in helping us refine our GTM motion, reduce time to productivity, and align our cross functional business partners to deliver relevant and timely enablement tied to business outcomes. The highest priority of this role will be to build out a comprehensive GTM onboarding program and continuous learning program for the pre-sales & post-sales team, inclusive of the content management strategy for everything from pipe generation, to product training, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, etc. Longer term team priorities include sales process & methodology, in-person events (i.e. Sales Kickoff & QBRs), and leadership development.

  • Develop / build comprehensive GTM onboarding 
  • Manage the Field calendar inclusive of continuous learning programs for both pre and post sales teams and in-person events like QBRs
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the teams in product, skills, and industry knowledge

About You

  • You have 8-10 years in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines optimally within a dynamic environment
  • Experience in delivering training both in-person and remotely
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Analytical - Experience using data and analytics to advise decision-making, with a track record of setting, tracking, and measuring goals to drive accountability
  • You're able to navigate complex processes and foster champions
  • A track record of creating documentation / onboarding plans in the past that have built successful sales organizations
  • You wake up yearning to create efficient pre and post sales teams
