The Tech Lead position possesses deep and broad technical skills to assist in project and program level support of our software systems. Co-lead a scrum team with the Product Owner and be accountable for the Retail Point of Sale (POS) team’s outcomes

Our Next Software Engineer Tech Lead Has:
Extensive hands-on experience with Elixir
In-depth knowledge of retail operations and POS platforms
Experience leading a team of junior-to-senior-level engineers
Effective leadership skills and the ability to drive results
Expert ability to work across multiple systems and diagnose systems and create well-documented interfaces for intra-system software systems/dependencies.
Work cohesively with other departments (IT, Merchandising, Accounting, ERP team).
Integration Experience: Strong background in integrating POS systems (like Retail Pro/Prism) with external and internal systems, including ERP, inventory, and e-commerce platforms.
Services and API Development: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
