We're opening a new Integration Engineer role in our Professional Services department.

Preferably based in Paris, you will play a key role in our team, as you will participate in the whole project lifecycle from the Planning to the Go-Live.

This is a role with a strong customer interface, you will also work closely with our R&D to ensure the success of our projects.

Apart from integration experience, we are looking for individual who is used to testing distributed applications right from writing installation/debugging scripts, to analyzing a whole production system(logs, databases, network connections etc.)

  • Be at the source and the conclusionof the projects. At Intersec the integrators are their own responsible for their integration process, they are the ones that define them and build the reflection on how to implement them.
  • So as an integrator, you will have the responsibility to contribute on the automation chain, to give constructive feedback and always improve it.

  • You willsolve complex technical challenges and finding pragmatic answers will be part of your daily activities.

  • You will not be expected simply to deploy and integrate packages coming from R&D. You will be expected to troubleshoot, to find and propose solution with the help of other integrators.
  • You will go from the telecom part to the operating system, the network configuration, up to the functional aspect, with the necessity of great communication skills to be able to interact with customers.
  • An integrator at Intersec must always think out of the box to propose new solutions and work in a proactive manner heading towards success.
  • You will be working in a highly skilled environment, also in direct contact with our R&D engineers.
  • Installation and configuration of solutions on customers platforms (validation and production)
  • Creatingproject-specific documents(test cases, user's guide, requirements documents)
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of the solution.
  • Prepare and upgrade the solution when a new version is to be deployed.

About you

Technical skills

  • You understand and master the concepts ofgit in relationship with reviews, configuration changes, collaborative work.
  • You havegood knowledge of Linux operations and administration.
  • You have good knowledge and experience of Shell Scripting for Unix/Linux
  • You have good knowledge of Python.
  • You have good IP network bases under Linux.
  • Analytic/ Trouble shooting competences.
  • Knowledge of Ansible
  • Knowledge of Vmware
  • Test Automation expertise an asset.
  • A Plus: You know the concepts of CI/CD have already been working on those automation chains; are familiar with Kubernetes and Docker.

Notre équipe Platform Operations à pour mission de designer, mettre en place et gérer les infrastructures de déploiement basées sur Kubernetes, en environnement on-premises et cloud. Elle assure une intégration fluide avec les équipes DevOps pour garantir la scalabilité et la sécurité de nos applications.

En tant que Platform Engineer, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Conception de l'Infrastructure Kubernetes :
  • Élaborer les architectures de clusters Kubernetes adaptées aux environnements on-premises et cloud, en tenant compte des contraintes spécifiques des clients.
  • Concevoir des infrastructures de déploiement hautement disponibles, résilientes et sécurisées pour les applications.
  • Optimiser les coûts, la performance et la scalabilité des clusters en fonction des besoins.

Gestion des Environnements Cloud et On-Premises :

  • Déployer et gérer des clusters Kubernetes dans des environnements hybrides (on-prem et cloud).
  • Intégrer des solutions de stockage et de réseau adaptées aux différentes infrastructures.
  • Automatiser les processus d'infrastructure à l'aide d'outils tels que Terraform et Helm.

Automatisation du Déploiement :

  • Mettre en place des pipelines CI/CD en utilisant des outils tels que GitLab CI et ArgoCD.
  • Automatiser les upgrades mineurs et le build des conteneurs propres au client sur les repositories de déploiement projet.

Sécurité :

  • Mettre en œuvre des politiques de sécurité robustes pour les environnements Kubernetes (RBAC, gestion des secrets, certificats, etc.).
  • Garantir la conformité aux normes de sécurité (ISO 27001, RGPD, SOC 2) sur tous les déploiements.
  • Surveiller et renforcer la sécurité des conteneurs (scan des images, gestion des vulnérabilités).

Surveillance et Gestion des Performances :

  • Configurer et gérer les outils de monitoring et de logging pour Kubernetes, tels que Prometheus et Grafana.
  • Surveiller les performances des clusters, anticiper les incidents et assurer une amélioration continue des systèmes.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour évaluer et maintenir la santé des clusters.

Gestion des Montées en Charge et de la Disponibilité :

  • Assurer le scaling automatique des infrastructures en fonction des besoins des applications.
  • Gérer les politiques de haute disponibilité et de reprise après sinistre (disaster recovery).

Collaboration et Support :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes DevOps et R&D pour intégrer Kubernetes dans les workflows de développement.
  • Former et accompagner les équipes internes sur les bonnes pratiques liées à Kubernetes.
  • Fournir un support et une expertise technique continue sur les environnements Kubernetes.

Documentation et Reporting :

  • Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique sur les infrastructures et les processus de déploiement.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction de rapports d'audit et d'analyse des performances.

Les compétences qui vous aideront à réussir :

  • Infrastructure Kubernetes : Expertise dans la conception et la gestion de clusters Kubernetes, aussi bien on -premises que dans le cloud.

Providing technical leadership and support to our team of Integration Engineers worldwide (15 people on the 5 continents), you are the main point of escalation when they encounter technical issues during customer project deployment.

A week in your shoes as Integration Technical Lead will consist in:

    • Providing Technical Leadership to the Professional Services Integration Team

Based in Parisand traveling according to projects need. You participate in the whole deployment project lifecycle from the planning to the Go-Live. You are also involved in Presales activities.

This is a customer facing role, you will also work closely with our R&D to ensure success of our projects.


A week in our Project Manager shoes will consist in:

  • Supportingthe pre-sales teams until the confirmation of the commercial deal.
  • Launching the project(Kick-off, workshop with the client).
  • Project planning, budget follow-up and risk monitoring.
  • Scope Management as per Customer contract.
  • Building relationshipsand rapport with the client.
  • Developing deep understanding of the architectures to be put in place.
  • Management of the project team(Integrator, Solution Architect).
  • Participation in the project committeeand facilitation of meetings with the client.
  • Regular reporting to the customer.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Internal reporting to management and board.
  • Interaction with our R&D and Support Team.
  • Handover to our Support Team when the project is delivered.

Technical environment:Big Data, Data management, Gateway, telecom network integration, network protocols, use of configuration management / ticketing / versioning tools, Python, Linux

What we’re looking for :

  • You have an engineering diploma or equivalent in Telecommunication or Information Technology.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years Project Managementexperience, ideally in Telecom environment or with a Software Vendor(PMI or PMP is a plus).
  • You have a successful experience of working closely with external customers.
  • An Experience on VAS platforms such as Gateways, Routers, SMS, MMSC, IN is a plus.
  • You are known for your great interpersonal skills and excellent communication (oral and written).
  • You are open to international cultures and available to travel regularly.
  • You are customer service oriented and adaptable.
  • You master project management tools (Microsoft projector other).
  • You are fluentin English AND French, speaking German, Arabic, Spanish is a plus.
  • You enjoy travelling in Europe, Africa and all over the world, 25% or more of your time.

Description du poste

Intersec Group, recrute un comptable expérimentépour rejoindre son équipe financière dans le cadre du départ à la retraite de la comptableactuelle. En tant que comptable senior, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'entreprise et bénéficierez d'une grande autonomie.

Vos missions principales :

●      Tenue de la comptabilité générale : Enregistrement des opérations courantes et bancaires, gestion des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, provisions, suivi comptabledes filiales internationales (envoi des justificatifs, clôture annuelle).

●      Gestion des déclarations fiscales : TVA, CIR (en collaboration avec le contrôleur de gestion).

●      Gestion des fournisseurs : Récupération et suivi des factures, élaboration des plans de paiements, gestion des arbitrages, suivi des encours, élaboration d'une récap hebdomadaire (balance âgée).

●      Projets : Mise en place de dossiers de clôtures mensuels et annuels, réflexion sur la construction d'une balance âgée.

Compétences requises :

●      Formation : DSCG ou équivalent (Bac +5 en comptabilité).

●      Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilitégénérale, idéalement dans un environnement PME internationale.

●      Langues : Anglais et Français courant.

●      Logiciels : Maîtrise d'Excel et d'un logiciel de comptabilité (Sage, Cegid...).

●      Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale, des clôturesmensuelles et annuelles, des provisions, des normes comptables françaises (PCG).
