Job Description

This is exciting opportunity to get technical training and hands-on experience from a rapidly growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. OnActuate is looking to hire full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants. This position is for individuals who have recently graduated from school or are changing to a career in the technology industry. If you can solve complex problems, are fun, trustworthy, self-driven, and carry an infectious positive attitude, we will train you on the required skills!

Location: Remote - Candidate should reside in and be legally able to work in India

Experience - 5+ years

Qualification : MBA Finance

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create specifications and test plans. Guidance will be provided!
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
  • Prepare and maintain documentation
  • Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, finance, or commerce and knowledgeable about finance and accounting fundamentals preferred
  • Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
  • Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive (CAE) to help drive our growth in the sales of technology solutions. Under the guidance of the VP, Global Sales, the CAE will help identify prospects and grow existing accounts. You work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and guide them toward solutions that will continue to provide value. A successful candidate is comfortable collaborating across multiple teams - sales, delivery, and solutions - to meet and exceed customer needs.

Where you will create impact:

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of one of ERP or CRM systems are required
  • Familiarity with HCM/HRIS systems is beneficial
  • Experience in commercial sector sales, specifically manufacturing is essential to success
  • Comfort with technology transformations, SaaS, and the digital landscape
  • Exceptional communication – able to ask the right questions to better understand our customers
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams
  • Ability to build rapport and foster positive business relationships
  • An understanding of financial, accounting, and HR processes, and/or previous implementation or sales experience is a benefit

Job Description

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central

• Worked in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central

o Full Life Cycle i.e., General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budget, Cash flow, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing

• Exposure to upgrades/migration projects and good knowledge in MS Implementation methodologies

• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database

• Fluent and conversant with (AL, C/AL) Programming and ability to do developments independently

Qualifications
