This is exciting opportunity to get technical training and hands-on experience from a rapidly growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. OnActuate is looking to hire full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants. This position is for individuals who have recently graduated from school or are changing to a career in the technology industry. If you can solve complex problems, are fun, trustworthy, self-driven, and carry an infectious positive attitude, we will train you on the required skills!

Location: Remote - Candidate should reside in and be legally able to work in India

Experience - 5+ years

Qualification : MBA Finance

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create specifications and test plans. Guidance will be provided!
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Prepare and maintain documentation
• Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, or commerce and knowledgeable about finance and accounting fundamentals preferred
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive (CAE) to help drive our growth in the sales of technology solutions. Under the guidance of the VP, Global Sales, the CAE will help identify prospects and grow existing accounts. You work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and guide them toward solutions that will continue to provide value. Where you will create impact:

• You will participate in all phases of the sales to new and existing clients
• Grow our client base through outbound lead generation for new and existing accounts via phone, email and marketing
• Help grow project sales opportunities for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform suite and Dayforce HR suite solutions 
• Develop, maintain, and grow a profile list of qualified pipeline opportunities that align to our objectives
• Work closely with the OnActuate team to leverage marketing, inside sales, and other sales resources to manage and execute activities to further build your pipeline
• Clearly articulate our value-add of solutions & services
• Work collaboratively with our Microsoft and Dayforce partner teams on planning, development and meeting our mutual sales and other strategic goals
• Grow relationships with your customer roster to truly understand their business needs
• Collect and analyze survey data to improve the customer experience
• Attend conferences/summits as a representative of OnActuate

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of one of ERP or CRM systems are required
• Familiarity with HCM/HRIS systems is beneficial
• Experience in commercial sector sales, specifically manufacturing is essential to success
• Comfort with technology transformations, SaaS, and the digital landscape
• Exceptional communication – able to ask the right questions to better understand our customers
• The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams
• Ability to build rapport and foster positive business relationships
• An understanding of financial, accounting, and HR processes, and/or previous implementation or sales experience is a benefit
• Strong ability to coordinate schedules across multiple teams and time zones

Job Description

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central

• Worked in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central

o Full Life Cycle i.e., General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budget, Cash flow, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing

• Exposure to upgrades/migration projects and good knowledge in MS Implementation methodologies

• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database

• Fluent and conversant with (AL, C/AL) Programming and ability to do developments independently

• Experienced with API integration

• Excellent knowledge of AL language and development environment (VS, DevOps, Git

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Exposure to Power BI/Apps, SSRS is added advantage

• Knowledge of PowerShell

• Knowledge of Agile development methodology

• Knowledge of application lifecycle management

• Knowledge of automated builds and tests

• Experience with the development of complementary applications and publishing on Microsoft AppSource
