Client Acquisition Specialist - Lead – USA Market
Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts for the USA market. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential leads, opening doors for our Sales Executives to close deals. This role requires working in the US shift to align with USA business hours. If you have a proven track record of lead generation and outbound success in the USA market, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the USA market using multiple lead generation channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, etc.).
Prospecting: Research potential customers to understand their needs and determine fit with PromptCloud’s offerings.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in a fully virtual environment, setting appointments and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifying Leads: Assess lead potential and qualify prospects for further engagement by the Sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand-off and effective communication of prospect needs.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of all outreach, engagement, and lead status updates in our CRM (HubSpot).
Market Insights: Provide insights and feedback on the USA market, including potential challenges and areas for opportunity.
We would love to see you onboard if you have:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of SDR experience, out of which 2 years are with proven success in USA B2B lead generation and outbound sales. Experience in the tech or data industry is a plus.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and initiate sales conversations in the USA market.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing interactions with USA-based leads.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM or outreach platforms.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with sales team members to align on goals and strategies.

Machine learning engineer
Responsibilities :
Work closely with product teams to implement new products and features using ML.
Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and rules-based models.
Own and drive all ML projects.
Inculcate ML culture within an organization.
Deployment of models & experience in the cloud.
Good knowledge on scripting and well versed with linux.
Requirements :
1 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
Python programming skill is a must. Strong coding capabilities in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression algorithms, Decision Trees), Distributions, and Deep Learning algorithms. Good understanding of Data structures & Algorithms.
Good in problem solving skills.
Understanding/Knowledge on ElasticSearch is a plus point.
Flexible with cross-functional work.
Any prior research publication is a plus point.
Strong programming skills with proven experience crafting, prototyping, and delivering advanced algorithmic solutions.
A passion for making ML methods robust and scalable.
Experience in extraction from structured/unstructured text (knowledge or statistics based).
Experience in one or more of the following areas: entity/relation extraction, normalization, text. summarization, semantic search, word/paragraph/document embedding, ranking, etc.
NLP algorithm implementation experience as well as the ability to modify standard algorithms (e.g. change objectives, work-out the math and implement).
Experience in deep learning approaches to NLP: word/paragraph embedding representation learning, text/sentiment classification, word2vec.
Experience with neural networks and deep learning frameworks (such as Keras, TensorFlow, torch)
Familiarity with database queries and data analysis processes (SQL, Python).
Good in natural language processing, information extraction, and text mining algorithms, tech stacks, and experience with datasets - benchmark and the real world.
Track record of leading, building, and deploying production NLP systems on large scale text data.
Should be very good at Natural language processing
Must have a transformer, BERT understanding. Should be able to fine-tune Transformer, BERT architecture for sub-level tasks.
Monitor the performance of existing pipelines and different services, continuously look out for opportunities to improve the developer experience, and cost optimization
Troubleshoot the platform related incidents
Create and generate periodic and ad hoc reports
Having experience in Bard, Gemini, etc will be added advantages.
